Rude is understatement at this location! Nikeria or whatever her name is is EXTREMELY unprofessional and so is her sidekick Chaz, or Jazz whatever false name he provided. This is unacceptable!
This store definitely has a lot to learn. We walked in and were greeted by a representative, who took us to the back to discuss our account in detail. 2 mins into the conversation, while typing our social security number, we realize that she was on the phone! She had an ear pod in while trying to do business with us, and quite frankly I believe that is 100% unprofessional. As we progressed, team members kept appearing from the back room on the phone and just walking around very unprofessionally. I stopped ordering and left, as I felt like there was no true attention on me as a customer or no real want to solve my issues. Will try another location that’s a little more professional and respects a customer’s privacy.
One employee tried to help. She didnt know what she was doing, but at least she tried. The other two employees made conversation with each other, sat down and enjoyed an episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. At least they were having a great experience at the Xfinity Store. I cant say the same for myself.
Be careful when coming to this location... horrible experience. Wish I could mark negative stars. A few months ago I had to return a cable box but they were in such a hurry to close down the store that they basically chased me out and said they would take care of the return. Figured it was super simple, they could scan the box and my account would pop up as its associated with the bar code, then they would mark it as returned. NOPE. Instead I end up with Xfinity Voice added to my bill for the past few months, which I never wanted and did NOT approve the change. Never gave my permission. Then my husband has to spend two hours on the phone trying to get this resolved... TWO separate times. Once a few weeks ago when we discovered the charge, then again last night when we found out the issue wasnt resolved, even though we received a confirmation email that the charge was removed from our bill. Luckily we got in touch with the right folks that are helping us, but this produced a massive headache. Would recommend going to any other store (dont know if it was a product of stupidity or laziness).
Not specific to this location, but this is a horrible service. It goes out all the time and you will be charged $100 for them to come to your house. They lied on the phone saying I wouldn’t be charged and then refused to have someone take my complaint. When they say a rep will call you, either they won’t call or they will call and hang up on you. The service is way too expensive to be so terrible.
WORST SERVICE EVER!! Never been treated by a store before the way I wa shere, I wish I had read the previous reviews and seen the overall rating. The girl I first dealt with, took a full hour to find me TV prices that I found on my phone in 2 mins. Then she kept giving me prices wrong, tripling the costs of some plans, and never printed out the quotes or showed me the breakdown. When I questioned her on it, and why one was the wrong price, her two co-workers entered themselves in the conversation for no reason, because extremely aggressive, refused to listen to me, kept cutting me off, wouldnt listen to my questions and basically were almost threatening with their behavior. Got customer service on the phone, who confirmed both I was write about the price being wrong, and that they never should have tried to sell me the package without showing me a quote. Stay far away if you wanted to make sure youre being treated right.
Jasper was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! :) He was very succinct & to the point, got our issues resolved quickly, and was able to explain promotions and features that he knew would match our interests. Thank you!
I waited in line for far too long because ALL of the customer service reps were holding personal side conversations with their customers. I get being personable, But not at the expense of the rest of the people in line. Also ironically, the woman who helped me was rude (meaning short). I said hello when I approached her and she remained silent. She also did not say goodbye or thank you. Ugh.
I came in very flustered and anxious for what i thought was going to be an annoying or stressful process but Stephen was very patient, understanding, and nice. He made my move in and internet set up a lot easier and smoother. Cool dude
I When to this location swipe my 4K cable box -I was told by the director to sit and wait, after sitting for a while and waiting, I asked where is my 4K cable box I need to swipe, I was told by the manager, they do not have a 4K cable box and she was mistaken by telling me to wait. A waste of my time, poor customer service !!!!
Ditto on the review from a month ago! Dropped off a Flexbox I never use, was told I didnt have to wait for a receipt. Later I get an email saying I have a whole new plan with Voice added! I never authorized any changes to my account and had to go through unbelievably inconvenient and complicated call to get to a REAL person! I am going to file a complaint regarding this store and fraudulent treatment of customers unauthorized tampering with our accounts. :(
Omg I want to say Thank you sooo much to Nykeria for great service. Honestly this is a great crew. The manager is friendly. And the both workers are very knowledgeable. But nykeria has made this a great experience. She was able to fix a problem that Comcast couldn’t fix for some reason. She is a great person to have working here. And you can tell she genuinely likes her job. I see great things for her. Thank you for such an Amazing experience. An I walk out with the new iPhone. I’m soo happy on all accounts. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Will be back to this location.
Disconnected service without contacting me. They couldnt even explain it themselves. They told me I had to drive to store in the middle of the day to prove that I lived there. Ive only been at my new residence for a week.Major inconvenience poor customer service and lack of concern for their customers. I should not have to do the most to pay you

I went to visit the store in order to get a number of questions answered that were not clear looking at the website. I was specifically asking what packages were available and what the fees added on top of those advertised packages would actually make the monthly payment. with five people on staff, once I got to the front of the line, I was pretty much the only one left at that time and I could barely get any answers. I was greeted eventually, spoken to kindly but the gentleman I was talking to and his sidekick (trainee?) didnt have any answers. He spoke very vaguely, would not answer questions directly. He got a phone call on his personal phone about a minute into our conversation and right in front of me told the person hold one minute and held the phone down beneath his waist and then sped through every answer without actually answering anything in order to get me off the sales floor rather than sell me a product. I was ready to sign up today. all I needed to do was get some math done and some direct pricing answers and I was going to switch. instead I got brushed off by an associate that wasnt doing his job and didnt care about me. He was more getting rid of me so he could answer his personal call. the whole time, what looked like a boss stood there supervising but not doing a damn thing. This is the kind of customer service that Xfinity and Comcast have gotten a bad reputation for on the phone now theyre doing it in stores and they want my business?
My husband and I visited this location to have some questions answered since we are moving. The associate seemed nice at first when he asked us if we needed help. As soon as my husband started asking questions & what processes we should take, he seemed annoyed that he had to answer any questions/concerns at all and seemed frustrated when we gave him our new address that we wanted to transfer the service to because its a new construction home. Another associate was behind the counter throwing items into a bin repeatedly. Definitely will not be visiting this location again since all the employees seemed annoyed to be there.

Like I said I came in with the soul purpose of just paying my bill and leaving . Antoine took the time to fact find and ask me how my service was and if there was anything he can do to make it better. I ultimately left not only completely satisfied with the customer service, but with full confidence I have the best product/service on the market ! Thanks guys .

I came today to fix the problem with My account. Representative tried to Fix my account then noticed That is not able to told me that the system is down and cannot do it now.
I have visited this store today just for the sole purpose of adjusting a charge of $7.50 per month on my account for a unreturned stream box that was never requested to Xfinity. The sales rep was very kind and offered me to fix the issue, so after providing my account info to him, he reviews my account and then he stated that everything was fixed, he was so friendly. Then he generates a text message to my phone for me to click on a link and then to accept the I agree button to finalize the transaction, how nice of him.I am glad that i can read the English language, so I stared to scroll down the reading of the transaction that I was about to agree and bump into a accept auto payments line item, oops, so i bring that up and then he says NP lets unclick that (red flag), so i keep scrolling down and now my actual plan of standalone internet service of 100 Mbps (with no contract) was now converted to a 400 Mbps and with a wonderful discount of $36.00 per month with a 12 months contract, all this without me requesting such change o I told him, whats up with this? and now he tells me you will be paying the same with better speed man... i said yeah, sure! I just walk out of the store and out loud i told him that what he did was entirely wrong, loud enough for other customers to hear how this guy was trying to set me up with a contract! Just be caution reading what you are about to approve.
Very good customer service went above and beyond the Call of Duty I will go there again to pay my bill but the guys there were pretty great
This store is absolutely amazing!! Customer service ratings are through the roof. The location is ideal. The representatives and store manager are in a league of their own. Tadasia and John were so helpful in explaining everything to me as far as what my plan covered, how my new modem and voice remote will work and all the functions it has with it. Not to mention I feel like I got more bang for my buck; I never have a problem paying I just want to pay for the best services within my budget not just the minimum package. I even ended up switching over to their phone service and I have been with Verizon about 15years but what they offered I couldn’t refuse.But don’t just take my word for it go on down to their store and let them woo you like they did me. Not to mention they even open the doors for you when you are leaving! Full red carpet service and I couldn’t ask for anything more. :-)
Huge shoutout to the team the afternoon of 7-14-20. They were all working hard getting everyone taken care of with a smile. Chastity(?) helped me right away and was able to get me out quickly which was amazing. With all the trouble we’ve been having with our service, this was a refreshing experience.
I came in wanting to switch my remote. I was greeted professionally when I came in. One of the sales consultants notice that this was all I needed and took care of me very quickly. He also made sure I got the right remote as well. It is always great when someone actually listens to their customers concerns. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely unresponsive. I havent been able to speak to a person in 4 weeks. I moved to a new place during this pandemic and havent been able to transfer my service. I received an automated call saying services are not available at my new address 2 weeks after the initial call with an actual person who placed a ticket for someone to be able to help me transfer services due to my new address not showing in their system.. Im still getting a bill and havent been able to get through to anyone. The only option is chat which isnt even a real person. This has been very frustrating to deal with. I cant even cancel my services! it says to call customer service but I can never reach anyone!

I came in to buy a phone 3 minuets before close. The two employees were very polite when they were helping me and they answered every one of my questions in depth.
Came into the store to get internet a few days ago, it was a super simple process and took maybe 10 minutes. Decided today to add cable to my plan, again super simple process and took 10 minutes. Both times the sales women were super sweet and we got our equipment same day. Way easier than trying to order service over the phone! Definitely recommend this location!

Understandably won’t come inside due to current events. They give you an instruction sheet on how to set up your WiFi yourself expect it’s missing multiple steps, their app reroutes you away from the setup process at multiple points, if you have your own modem it will make you “upgrade your equipment” then act like there’s no problem once you click on the upgrade button, forcing you into and endless loop with no solution. So now you get to sit in line for an hour to talk with a representative about a problem that shouldn’t have existed in the first place if they knew what they were doing. They’re friendly on the phone but their website and app are a buggy, broken, and useless mess. Try to avoid this provider if you can.
I recently signed up with Xfinity. I read the channels that I wanted to the agent. I had the agent (Joel) read the channels back. I closed the deal, the next day my service was installed. I reviewed the channel line up and found that I was short (2) of the channels that I had specified. I called customer no service and was told: sorry about that, we will discipline Joel. If you want the (2) additional channels, itll be $20 more per month. Im open to suggestions on what my options are. Talk about a bad first impression. SMH

Store associate messed up my order 4 times before getting it right. Told me I was on autopay so I wouldnt have to worry about manually paying. Flash forward to a month later and Im sitting here with a late fee and deactivated internet because he messed up again and didnt actually turn autopay on. Thanks guy!
My only real complaint is that it took too long and there is no place to sit so your standing up the entire time.
