Christ Episcopal Church relies on PCT for all of our church and office cleaning and sanitation needs. First, let me say that I do appreciate PCT’s service because as a working mom and wife, they did more than I have time to do. My slight dissatisfaction is based on the quality of service not meeting what I expected for a deep clean based on an experience with another cleaner who was not available for residential services . I do feel like we got a general maintenance clean for a deep clean price, but the cleaners were nice to us as was everyone I spoke with to set up the services!

We have been using PCT for approximately 3 months now and we are so happy with their services!!! They are efficient, detailed, trustworthy and go above and beyond, when cleaning our home and additional office space.It is difficult when hiring a new cleaning service, for obvious reasons, however PCT put my concerns to rest, quickly. Honestly, I dont even bother putting jewelry away anymore, because I know that I can trust it will be just as I left it, once I return home! (Thats a big deal)But beyond that, their cleaning services not only complete a wonderful and detailed result....... they include additional services that I have never had available with prior cleaning services. For instance.... leave clean sheets on a bed and they will make the bed up for you!! It may sound like a small things to you, but its been a wonderful thing...for me!Overall, we give them 5 solid stars! Great, professional, quality service and zero complaints!!
