She seemed friendly. BUT I was shipping a few documents and asked for FedEx envelope shipping. She prepared the label, put my docs in the envelope and then hit me with $20 to send from Ksaw to upstate NY. I shudda asked for the price ahead of time. I told her that and she said that was the normal price. And it will take 5 days to get there. Next time going to the past office $11 for same service.

Not one is price listed on her boards or website for business services? Why? So Sabina can scam people depending on her mood. If possible I’d give NEGATIVE stars. She is abusive and you are over charged me. When I spoke up I was called a derogatory name. STAY AWAY. FedEx and UPS are cheaper and more professional

Asked if they did Amazon returns. The lady at the counter said, and I quote, We can. I just dont feel like it. Then she walked away. I wish I were making this up. Yep, NEVER going there again.
Absolutely the worst place to go to. Save yourself the pain and suffering and go to an established and cheaper place like UPS or Fedex. Sloppy management and terrible customer service.
DHL had a bit of a tracking issue with my package and I was given contradictory information about its whereabouts. I was told I that it was being sent to Pak Mail for point of service pickup. So I called Pak Mail to see if they had indeed gotten my shipment and proceeded to get yelled at by the woman answering the phone. She wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise and I was finally forced to ask that she “please stop yelling at me.” I couldn’t understand what she was saying when she abruptly hung up on me.I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a hostile attitude from someone representing a business, hence why after many years online I’m leaving my very first Google review.I’d sooner walk a package to it’s destination than use Pak Mail.
Worst place to receive a package at. The owner/ manager is very rude. She is very incompetent and does not care about giving good customer service. The place is also very dirty and over priced.
UPS took the initiative to deliver a package to this store without my request. I get a delivery notice that its there. The clerk at the store starts by asking if Im sure the package has already been deliver. Then needs a tracking number to go find a package in their own store.
I have had 2 packages delivered to this store because I was not home to sign for the package when UPS Originally dropped them off. The same lady has been at the desk both times I have gone here. She is very rude and unprofessional. On my second visit I got my tracking number for a ups package mixed up with a USPS tracking number. I gave her the USPS number accidentally. She repeatedly stated that that wouldn’t have been the tracking number, kept demanding to see the tracking number. And by demanding to see it, I mean demanding. She repeatedly said’ “I have no idea why you came here.” She also stated, “I just unnecessarily looked through all of our boxes” when we both realized I had given her the wrong tracking number.
Always receive the BEST service here. I used to be a mail carrier and I prefer the wonderful customer service at this location. Thank you for taking such good care of all my shipping needs.
I will never use PakMail again. I made 2 paintings to send my mom for mothers day and I didnt know where to buy a box large enough and how to wrap it properly so that it didnt destroy my paintings so I decided to have it done by whoever I chose to ship it. I planned on using UPS or FedEx but PakMail was close and I heard it was nice from my stepmom. I also work next door at SuperCuts so I figured why not. After weighing my items that couldnt have been more than half a pound, she tells me it will be $31 give or take to pack it and ship it to Florida. I thought it seemed high but its for my mom and mothers day and I wont be sending packages all the time so I agreed to the $31. After she rings me up I see that its being sent through USPS and again I feel like $31 is way too high of a price but I keep reassuring myself its fine because its for my mom and shes worth it. The woman working never offered me a receipt and today I checked my bank statement and it says $40.50. $10 more than what I was told! IT DOES NOT COST $40 TO PACK AND SHIP SOMETHING THAT WEIGHS LESS THAN A POUND! I am so furious right now! I definitely dont recommend coming here.The woman did refund my $9 but only after raising her voice at me and all but calling me a liar because she can apparently never make a mistake and forget to hand someone their receipt.
I needed to renew my passport asap and went here to paid the expedited shipping, thinking it would be sent out quicker than USPS, I was wrong. I paid the premium and my package sat there all weekend, I checked the tracking number and it never left the store, I called and called and the owner Sabrina said it would be leaving soon. Monday comes and the package is still there, it was literally right in front of me with another 50 packages that has been sitting all weekend. After retrieving the package and asking for a refund, Sabrina refused to give me a refund. I took it to USPS and it was only charged a third of the price and was delivered in a few days. Stay clear of Pak Mail or youll get ripped off.
Called to check the status of a box that, according to the tracking number, had not left this location. I was basically told by Sabina that they dont know and its not their problem. She wouldnt even double check for me after I explicitly asked her to, and was rude about it. Never going back. Good thing there is no shortage of UPS stores around...
Sadina I think her name is was EXTREMELY RUDE! I called about a “sorry we missed you note” I received on my door so I called to ask a few questions. She then said cut me off told me to track the package online and hung up on me. I called back to ask her name and tried to ask to my questions she then cut me off AGAIN and said I was taking too long to ask my question and hung up on me AGAIN!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!
I have been coming to this pakmail for 10 yrs now and the service is reliable and always the same person every day. She is always pleasant and helpful. I trust her to take care of my packages. I moved away about 30 minutes and still come back here to ship stuff.
Most ridiculous charge EVER. I come into the store to drop off a package, and I was in a rush so I didnt tape it together beforehand. I kindly asked the lady to tape the package, and she said That would be a dollar. I said, Excuse me? and she insisted that taping the package had a charge. Appalled at such a request, I had to run back into my car and scrap up the change only for her to rip ONE PIECE OF TAPE and place it on the package. One dollar for taping a package??? For ripping a small piece of tape??? At least UPS offers to do it for free. It was truly a waste of my time. I honestly should have just run out, gone home, and done the job myself. To this day, I am still very frustrated with the ridiculous charge. It really dug a grudge deep in my heart and I find it hard to get over. How incredibly inconsiderate, that woman.
The owner of the store tried to charge me for sending an Amazon return. When I friend to explain that it was prepaid she raised her voice & made a few excuses. I ended up just leaving. Terrible customer service and possible scam going on.
The lady working there was rude, unprofessional and racist. She lost our package and instead of apologizing she was rude . I filed a complaint against her . Plus she left a racist message on my answering machine which is a good proof for complaint I filed against her and her business.
Sabina is awesome! I had to do several notaries and have shipped grandchildren boxes all over the country. She is always helpful in finding the fastest and most affordable way to do this for me, and was also great about helping with the notary papers that had time constraints. Cant say enough good things about Pakmail and will continue to use them for all my shipping as well as notary needs!
I have been coming to this Pac Mail for the last 2 years almost monthly. Service is always pleasant and immediate. I am never there more than a couple minutes. Highly recommend this location.

We trust Sabina, I do my business in there ans the bills me at the end of the month, its perfect!! I highly recommend this location.
I went to this location several weeks ago to mail a birthday card to Europe. The woman attendant calculated the cost and I paid in cash. She put the card in a tray under the counter and told me they would put the postage on it.Guess what? Today in the mail I received the birthday card back at my home address as return to sender for postage. The lady didnt put ANY postage on it.I paid them $3.50 for absolutely nothing. Will never use this place again.
Customer service is exceptional. I have been a customer for over 10 years and Sabina has tended to every need. I have shipped vital information to my son, daughter and relatives and never once had to worry about it getting to its destination.

I meet Sabine when we moved to Kennesaw 11 years ago. She has always handled both our personnel and business shipping with 1st class service . And over the years has become a good friend. It did not matter if it was large computer / furniture or small glass Christmas gifts. She made sure it was sercure and safe always resulting in arriving on time and all in one piece. I highly recommend her for truly caring service for all her customers.
Consistently does not open on time. I have been several times and waited up to 15 minutes past the opening time on their door sign. Have had to leave without mailing.

DO NOT ever use this location to send a UPS package. Sabina sold me a $14 box to ship my items in. She packaged them for me then proceeded to guarantee that UPS would be picking them. That never happened. I can only assume she kept the items. UPS has been conducting an investigation for two weeks now, and still cannot track down the package. When I went into this location last week; I was told by Sabina that I should have been more careful when shipping something. REALLY??? Horrible customer service... not sure how she has been there so long.
Dont waste your time and money! We had two priority mail boxes from USPS. We took them here since the post office was closed on Saturday. We would have been better off to wait until Monday and gone to the post office. We paid $40 for 2 packages that at the post office would have been $26 and they didnt even send it priority mail. We mailed it on Saturday and the packages are being mailed to a city two hours away and they wont arrive until Friday. Priority Mail is supposed to be two days not 5.Update - Our Priority mail box was rewrapped in brown paper and sent not as priority mail even though we paid for Priority mail. Ridiculous.

I went into purchase a number of those express mail envelopes. The woman wouldnt even look at me and I was unsure of what I was trying to purchase. She said 18.95 (I think). I told her I had seen them, I thought, for about $8. She said then get out and buy them there.I was stunned and left. Never again.Next door at the grocery store, I asked a clerk if shed ever been in there. She laughed. Not a good experience.

Ive been there several times when theyre suppose to open (9:30), but the store is never open on time. I also tried to drop off a package mid-day and they were closed as well. There was a sign on the door with a phone number to call, so I called the phone number. I inquired as to when the store would be open, and was told me to just leave the package outside in front of the door. Sorry, but no way am I just leaving a package outside the door. Thats a great way to have your package stolen, and theyre wouldnt have been any proof that I left the package there.My interactions have always been with the same person, Sabina, and shes been extremely rude on numerous occasions. Ive continued to go back because its conveniently located, but I cant tolerate the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism any longer.
Sabina is a liar! She said my package would go out same day. That did not happen. Prices are highly inflated. But, I can only blame myself for walking in there. Lesson learned.

Very frustrating process. When I drop off an Amazon return with UPS, they scan it, provide us with a receipt, and I shortly thereafter (usually within 20 minutes) get an email that they are processing my refund. We dropped off packages 4 days ago with Pak Mail, and were just told to put the boxes in a pile. We still havent received Amazon notification. I called in just to inquire about this and was told it wasnt the owners fault, no one has any problems but me, and its a 25 year old business. I just wanted to verify it would be received and would have been relieved to hear a confirmation that since it is a smaller business sometimes it takes a couple days. Just a confirmation. But her unhelpful and defensive annoyance with my question was very unnerving. Hope my packages get where theyre supposed to...

Horrible experience... Sabina I believe is her name is really inconsistent. Every time a package gets dropped there depending on her mood she will ask for certain paperwork. Then the one time when she reached needed to get my license and tracking number because it was a check that was mailed she didn’t even bother getting my license. Worse customer service and attitude to make it worse.

Worst experience ever. I called the lady there she said she couldnt check if my package was there and hanged up. I had to drive to drive 20min just for her to tell me what she could have told me on the phone. UPS should stop working with them. So inconvenient
