Didn’t have a cargo van available at this location, but Jacob L was awesome! He took the time to find us one at a location that would work out even better (don’t care for the “neighborhood dealers”.) He did it with a smile and good humor. Thanks for your help Jacob!

Save yourself the headache of ordering boxes from U-Haul.com. The product itself is pretty good but this store messed up the order and I have not been able to get hold of anyone to correct it, locally or corporate. They dont answer the phones and the email address given for the group that will correct this does not respond.

I’m here to say that Jakob (sp) at this location is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I rented a trailer and found ourselves in a mystery position of the lights simply not working, despite a seemingly fine connection. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get on the road safely. I can’t recommend this location enough, if just for the fact that he’s got your back if something goes wrong when you’re trying to get out the door.And to the management of this location - give this dude whatever he wants. He’s spectacular and deserves everything (and Brandy is a lovely human as well, that woman clearly gets things done).

This location gets a less than half star. I order the largest uhaul moving truck a week ago no one bother to call and let me know I would have to travel 45 mins backwards to a Marietta uhaul to pick up what I ordered at the Kennesaw location. This location is a joke! Always RENT WITH BUDGET! GREAT SERVICE, COMMUNICATION AND FULLY STOCKED AT THE LOCATION YOU ORDER FROM!!!

1 star for the extremely poor service we received from Jacob Lambert. Customer service means you make sure the customer is happy especially when you and your team makes a mistake. Instead of an apology and a smile from the mistakes made with the Rental. I received a stern attitude followed by excuse after excuse after excuse. I remained extremely polite and asked that 3 miles be taken off from the trip. Another associate stated that it could be done, while Jacob over talked him and refused. My complaint isnt about the rental anymore. My complaint is in regards to Jacobs unpleasant demeanor and carelessness to assist help and rectify and very simple mistake made by his co workers. SMH perhaps he should be retrained on how to treat other human beings and common courtesy.

Customer service is garbage! I have been trying to pay my storage unit for 2 days now and have had zero success. The online account is not working. The reset password isnt working. Ive called twice and been on hold for 50 minutes and then they hung up on me! Like do you want my money or not?

I moved from Colorado using 2 U-Boxes.the Kennesaw location NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and you always end up in the 800-U-Haul menusthey wouldnt take the boxes up my driveway, our forklift isnt powerful enough. They made one weak attempt and gave up.I had to hire move labor for $405 extra because U-Haul cant bring the boxes up the hill.the boxes were supposed to be picked up on June 5, they are still here on June 6, nobody has called me or tried to pick up.. I just spent 45 min on the phone on hold, spoke to 4 people.. they gave me ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL after speaking with FOUR PEOPLE.Worst customer service Ive EVER encountered.

I just want to say that Chris and Brandy were amazing!!! I was having trouble getting my rental truck through the U-Haul website and even though they were closed about to walk out the door both Chris and Brandy stayed to help me get my rental truck... I really appreciate the both of them! Thank you!!!!!

Booked a 10 ft truck and called in to let them know Im running late. The store put me on hold for 15 mins and since I was in the road headed to the store I disconnected. When I got to the store they had already rented the truck to a walk-in customer. I was sent off to another UHaul location for a larger truck. The lady there was extremely helpful so things worked out of in the end.This location has associates who have no clue about half the services they provide and are all ultra slow. Not the type of service you need when working through stressful moves.Right now Im waiting for associate to figure out how to return a store item, they sell you stuff saying you can return if you dont use it...But nobody knows how to use the system to do a return ...Its been 15 mins now and no help yet. If you have an option go else where...If not be prepared to put your patience to test.

Omg... had a hitch put on Volvo. Was told it would take up to 3 hours with a wiring harness. So I opted for the hitch only which he said should be 40 min.Well.... 4 hrs later I’m still waiting. I hope I get a discount for my downtime here but I doubt it.Hopefully they didn’t mess up something and just trying to cover it up.

Dont count on them to keep their appointments. I scheduled a trailer hitch installation at this location through Uhauls website two weeks in advance. When I showed up for my appointment everything was correct in their system but I was told the parts hadnt even been shipped from the distributor yet. Nobody bothered to contact me and let me know in advance that they would be unable to complete the work.

Check in was quick and easy. I forgot my phone in the car and the young lady quickly flagged me down to give it to me. Also...and this is HUGE...I forgot a bag behind the drivers seat that had something very special to me, an old teddy bear. I completely forgot it was there and when I realized it the next day, I immediately called the store. I talked to Brandie, who called the person who rented the truck and even went to meet them to pick up my bear. That was above and beyond anything I would ever expect from anyone and I can never give her enough thanks for getting my bear back to me before I left for Shanghai.

I employ their services regularly, and am usually in and out as quick as they can manage. They are oftentimes understaffed, but the guys who work outside and get your equipment set up are always super friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating last time I rented a truck.

Reserved 4 u-boxes to be delivered and shipped from GA to CA ... made reservation by phone (delivery of boxes on Friday and pick-up on Sunday) ... took a while to confirm that the boxes will be delivered ... on day of delivery, I was told that we do not pick-up on Sundays but that was not what I was told during reservation ... rushed to load the boxes but it was even picked up earlier than initially told ... now, the boxes were not delivered to CA on the day they should have been ... they were late by 2-3 days AND, 1 of the boxes got lost in transit (only 3 made it to CA) ... how can you lose a box that size ... amazing ... got a call from u-haul NC 6 days after the due delivery date, they are telling me that we do not have your box (it was not supposed to go there at all???) ... a complete mess ... do not recommend at all

These guys are great. Huge selection of equipment. Very accommodating hours of operation. I have rented trailers and tow dollies on several occasions and Ive always been pleased with the rates and service.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF THE FUEL TANK AND INCLUDE THE MILEAGE! They charged me for fuel although I returned the truck with the right amount. However, I had my pictures, called customer service, and they resolved it quickly. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Great place to get your propane. They charge you on how much propane they put in your tank not the standard $16.99 that most places charge. Jonathon was very helpful and accommodating and a great asset to the U-Haul team

Belinda and her GM are fantastic. They always look to see if the reservation I made online is the most cost efficient. Over two weekends they have saved me a couple of hundred dollars.

This place does a lot of U-Haul rentals. It isnt a side business like other places Ive been before. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have lots of trucks and trailers in stock. Ive done business with them on more than one occasion. I would go back again.

Ive been trying to reach the general manager Joe here since 730am this morning it is now 3pm no call back. Ive called twice and all the representatives are telling me they have email him and he should contact me shortly. Well Ive been waiting and I do work, I can pay the storage unit but still cant reach him to discuss what I can do since Ive found a place and would like to move my things out today without paying next month fee. I mean I understand people get busy but everyone checks their email and Im just as important as if I were to walk in . Very disappointed and I dont want to move my things out if I still have to pay. It will be on my credit report . Im very frustrated.

They basically stole 9 dollars from me for the fuel. I know that it is a small amount of money but I DO NOT APPRECIATE that. Will never be using u-haul again. I will be calling customer service asap because I was smart enough to take photos before I drove the van.

While service is normally friendly and courteous, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get a refund today and I was next in line. I saw the manager pass back and forth outside about three times and never offered to help. When I got help the lady who helped me never even apologized for the wait. This is my fourth time renting from here and while theres normally a little wait, today I was definitely disappointed.

Whenever we need a truck or trailer, this is the place we always go. While coming in from the south is a little tricky, one will find a clean, well-organized lot, quick and friendly service, and all of the U-Haul services that could be desired. Combined with the U-Haul app/website, the staff always makes sure that I get what I need with no hassle whatsoever.

Ive used this crew twice for truck rentals; with and without reservations. Service has been friendly and courteous. Both times I was able to rent a truck on a moments notice. Ill be using them again!

I don’t understand where the issue came from but the mileage is totally off. It states we rode 22 miles when that is impossible. We only driver from this location to Bridges of Kennesaw (3 miles) to load ONCE and unload at Townpark Crossing (3 miles from bridges) after that we went back to U-Haul which is 4 miles from Townpark Crossing and I calculated a total of 11 miles!I am so furious this whole experience has been so frustrating the moving in the rain and being charged way more than expected. Always something with this location.

Poor re-installation of bumper after installing hitch. Can clearly see the bumper didn’t get re-seated properly. They broke one reflector although they did pay for it. Also scratches to the bumper that weren’t there prior. Attention to detail isn’t there.

I get my propane tanks filled here. Excellence service. They dont believe they advertise it, but I was told that if you buy a new tank you get a free first fill up free. My next tank will be bought here. Some times they have coupons for propane.

Rental staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I rented a 5 x 9 trailer for a very specific load. When I go to pick up the load I learn that the INTERIOR dimensions of the trailer are NOT 5 x 9. I was furious!!! I had to do unnatural things to my load to make it fit. Return staff was VERY slow and it took 15 minutes to get my trailer unhooked for some reason. Very disappointed.

Your employees are trying to do their jobs and every system is not working, slow, alarm wont stop going off and ive been in line for 20 minutes even though I already have my teuck reserved. They wont give me the key and theres 6 more people here waiting just as long as I have. Garbage location.

Rented a small storage unit from them, very affordable, climate control so I never had to worry about photos and such I was storing there.

Rude manger. They seem to be under the impression that they are doing me a favor rather than providing a service. I always prefer Penske because of the caliber of people they employ.

I rented some Uboxes from this location in Kennesaw, I specifically went to the location so I could get the exact price that I would be charged. The clerk also told me that I would not be charged until the boxes were returned. The first two times I scheduled the delivery of the Uboxes they were not delivered, finally the third time they were delivered and upon delivery the driver relayed to me that I had to pay an extra $100 for delivery of the boxes. At this point I had no choice but to pay the extra $100. Two hours later my CC was charged. Forward to the second month I received an email from the General Manager Rob Barnard stating that I have incurred late fees for the second month, I tried reaching out to him via email and phone to which he never replied. Couple days later I get a phone call from a Customer service representative concerning my overdue bill which I proceeded to explain to her the situation; she said that she would contact the General Manager to discuss my situation. I never received a call back and realised the next day that my CC was charged again. I would not recommend using this location because the staff is incompetent except for the delivery driver Alexis who was the most helpful person in this entire ordeal.

Called this location to change pre made reservation,Spoke with a Ms. Trisha and upon hearing my last name she got really rude and asked me extra questions. Being really difficult that no other location has asked.After receiving my credit card information she told me someone else reserved the auto transport trailer at the location I desired to pick up from...seemed sketchy so I instead called the location and they actually answered(why I called this location in the first place)Made my reservation with normal question and no issues...very disappointing because I’ve used this location multiple times in person and usually don’t have issues ...

After having a long stressful day Khaylah & Tina Burnett was truly helpful! They assisted me w/ all my storaging needs, & b/c of that they helped ease some of the stress i had. Theyre really genuine & brought a smile my face. Theyre truly here for the people! I wouldnt recommend any other storage/uhaul facility thanks to Khaylah & Tina!

Horrible customer service. Woman with the ridiculous headset gave me attitude and was not friendly at all. Didnt even say Hello. I will never come back here or recommend any of my college friends that move on the regular here.

I had a good experience at this u-haul store. I got the wrong size and they had no problem changing and adjusting the price for the right truck.

So I rent an auto transport at this location and when I was getting ready to leave they wouldnt let me go because one of my break lights was not working which I understand but when I was trying to change the hours for my return bc I had to wait like 2 hours to get it fix the manager Robert barnard had an attitude and wouldnt let me get the 2 hours that I didnt used it.so I just cancel my order n start a new1 after I got back. Robert barnard is not a bussiness person he shouldnt be working there. The guy that was taking my order was very professional but I didnt get his name

I should have given this location is a 0. The lack of accountability at the front end is unexcusable. My family and I just recently relocated from Galveston Texasand drove over 20 hours to arrive on time and come to find out no Uhaul. Uhaul horrible experience!!!

The rental of a van for $19.95 was ok but charging per mile was aweful. I had to go 25 miles total. So it cost me $64.

Got propane filled here quickly and easily.
