This is the best Auto Zone I have ever been in. I have gotten a few things here radiator reservoir odds and ends. Just a well run store with their attention where it should be - the customer. Great Manager.

Couldnt help me with changing battery in my key remote. Nice young men check out was smooth except for the key clicker. This Store Never has the same employees working turn over is horrible here. Not sure why because everyone seems helpful and nice.

Had the part I needed but not very helpful employees. I have never worked at an auto zone but I still had to tell the employee that was helping me me how to find the part I needed by cross referencing with another vehicle part list. I thought that was in their training but had I not told him to do that he was going to send me on my way telling me that they could not even order the part for me and was unavailable even for order. Definitely was NOT a great visit by no means. Only got as high as 3 star from me because they did have what I needed after I told him how to find it.

After a very disappointing experience at 2 other auto parts stores in town, I was taken care of very well by the people at AutoZone in Kennett MO. I needed a new battery and they set me right up. The personnel at this store is top notch, very friendly, pleasant, and they go the extra mile. Great staff here, I highly recommend them.

Michael Gardner always helps me with my automotive needs. He is time sensitive, polite, and professional when helping me get the complete job for my vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and always has a smiling face that is willing to help no matter the job. He has installed headlight bulbs, wiper blades, and batteries in tough weather conditions and has never complained or seemed irritated about doing these jobs. He is always very busy when I enter the store and he handles each customer with sincerity about their needs. I have noticed many customers will wait in line to deal with Michael and will also wait on the phone for him. This shows how passionate and dedicated he is about helping customers. I believe Michael is an extremely valuable attribute to AutoZone and is the perfect example of customer service!

Got the tool I needed to get my truck fixed right

Allowed me to use their diagnostics tool and take it out to my vehicle and find out that it was a spark plug issue causing the power loss instead of my new cold air intake so its a great help.
