It was great experience- everything was as we discussed before coming for a test drive. Brandon Brown was knowledgeable with the features on SUV and helpful getting everything set up and ready to use. Financing went smoothly-paperwork ready quickly. This is the second vehicle we have bought there this year and will recommend Glen Sain to friends looking to buy.

I live an hour away and was told earlier today I could bring my car in to get check engine looked at ( With them telling me they don’t close until 5! I made it at 4pm) to get here and they tell me they can’t do it! Ok have to set an appointment!! I will not be coming here again!! Highly upset! I took off work early to get here! Just waisted time and gas!!

This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in because the gas gauge stopped working. I was told the part needed to be ordered and would take a week to arrive. A little over a week passed and I was contacted on November 16th to schedule my car to be repaired with the earliest opening being on November 24th. I brought my vehicle in on the 24th and was informed that it was the wrong part and that they would need to order the correct one. I called back on December 10th to schedule a second time to bring in my vehicle to hopefully get it fixed. December 17th was the earliest that they had an opening so I took that appointment day. At this point my fuel gauge is working after this second trip to have it repaired. I was informed that it was actually a recall and I didnt owe anything which was good news after the issues with getting the right part. Fast forward to Christmas/ Dec 25th and I noticed my vehicle leaking gasoline at my sister in laws home as I filled up my car and her driveway has an incline which was how the leak or lack of a seal became known. I didnt have this issue prior to my vehicle being repaired which upset me to say the least after everything else that came before this point. I call December 28th as the service department was closed and informed Tyler of the issue. He and I agreed to that they could check it on December 30th. I brought it in and explained how I was parked when the leak happened and he said they would check it out. I called a little late in the afternoon as I hadnt heard anything. I was informed that they couldnt find the leak and then became busy. I agreed that they could keep it another day to find the leak. I got my car back on December 31st with the leak supposedly fixed. I decided to fill up my car today and now it leaks parked in my flat driveway. Very disappointing after all the time and trips. Im hoping I dont have any further issues that I have to use them for.

Robby and Cory made my purchasing of a new vehicle enjoyable and easy. They have great upbeat personalities, no pressure to buy, they let me take my time and test drive several vehicles (including one on the floor). It was nice to have a salesman listen to what I wanted and not pressure me into getting something I really couldnt afford. They also took their time after my purchase was complete to explain how their service and warranty works and Robby showed me how all the technology works inside the vehicle. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for great customer service.

I am used to the other store on Hwy 49 in Paragould but found the staff very helpful at the Rector dealership and so very pleasant and informative. Highly recommend the girls in the service department as they were so very lovely.

They do very good service work, I find its very hard to trade with them on a new truck. I bought a new Gmc truck in 2014 from them. I have bought a new GMC truck every year since then. I find it is better to drive a little and save a lot.

Mark and Hunter in service dept are careless!I and my relatives used to have Kennett shop do service on our Chevy autos.Mark refused to do warranty work on my truck and it sat on lot for months without them touching it during which time I tried to sue them.Will be a cold day in hell before any dealer Danny ford,Hunter or Mark in kennett are involved get my busines!They dont do warranty work without a fight,and likely not even then.I now drive an hour away to Sikeston or Dexter to do business with Autry Morlan Chevrolet. Piss on Glen Sain Chevrolet!!!If you want respect in kennett mo,theres an auto dealer just across the street,Bayaird dodge, who will earn your business if youre not a lifelong hardcore chevy/gm loyal like myself.Yes,Ive been there and strongly considered trading in for a Ram but at end of day I love that bowtie in the grill.

Very poor I bought a 2014 gmc truck and appeantly when they traded for it they tried to hide issues I purchased on the test drive I asked salesman Rick if he thought there was a brake issue he said pedal felt fine to him later that day I went to get gas and it would not take gas come to find out it had a common problem with evap canister 1 day old truck my first 800$ then later that day it was warm turned on a/c guess what no a/c called salesman he said when I brought it back to clean up he would have the issues taken care of well after I took it back he said he could not get them fixed it was on me I left the dealer well the brake pedal he said was ok the new body style trucks has a vacuum pump that is belt driven to make vacuum for the brake booster well it went out no brakes I almost had an accident so now the truck I bought for a good deal turns out to of cost me 3500$ more making it way over priced so beware of glen sain they will scam you
