Highly disappointed with the customer service at this place. As a first time customer went in to get a limitededition Narturo character not realizing how expensive it was, and put it back (my bad) but the person who rung me up was talking bad about my putting the item back loud enough for me to hear. If your gunna talk bad about a customer you should at least wait till they leave the store. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who isn’t an expert on anime

Fantastic selection, the store clerk with blue hair was super nice and definitely knows their stuff! Made a 45 min trip and it was absolutely worth it. Will come back again to check out their rotating inventory. Ended up finding an Ulquorria Plush and Shinji Funko Pop! ♥️♥️

Need more products about new animes like demon slayer but its a great place to look around about Naruto, wolfs rain and other animes, great store

Small selection, over-priced, and the staff is not helpful at all. Asked a few simple questions and they made me feel like I was bothering them or like I was asking stupid questions. Really disappointing considering it’s one of the only Anime stores in this area.

Great shop! It was quiet and fully stocked for even novice anime lovers and games alike. Girl working the counter was awesome as well.

Not what I was looking for seems like a great anime / manga shop, I was searching for a comic shop and google took me here. Realizing as I walked in it was strictly anime.

Such a cute little store with very unique items! I loved the selection it was a lot of things I have never seen in anime stores before! I would highly recommend checking it out!

It is a nice small place offering a bit of anime/manga merchandise. My only comment is that the space feels misused inside and could fit so much more. Though admittedly if the owners like to stay with a small inventory I cannot blame them.

When i went there it was cool i like the place it was nice it got naruto and other thing is that cool im going there evey day cause im anime fans.

The employees are fantastic and the variety is great for any anime fan. I have been to multiple anime conventions and am a huge fan of many of the well-known series out there and I can confidently say that their products are much more unique than the average anime store. I cant wait to see this store gain more popularity and notoriety so that they can expand even more. All I can say is that whoever is in charge of ordering stock, you know what anime fans would buy. This shop is moderately sized with a large manga selection, an area where you can play DDR on metal mats, tables for playing board games or card games,, cosplay wigs, kigus, anime DVD rentals and lots of anime merch. They also have gatcha prizes and Hi-chew candy at the checkout. In addition, they have some out-of-print manga in their selection if you like browsing for some cool finds.I would recommend checking this store out if you live near Kenosha and like anime.

Clean nice set up but story ends there most tcg locals just let u play without asking to buy but they have direct signs didnt enjoy compare to other tcg locals that dont even bring it up disappointed there also lack of inventory expected a more choices compare to what they offer

Very unclean. Smells very bad. their inventory is way overpriced. Selling normal Pokémon cards as if they are super rare and super hard to find when they’re not. Overall will not be coming back here the prices are insane.

The selection is honestly not the best and the door is not conveniently located yes, but I was able to rent one of my favorite classic animes (Outlaw Star) from them and Buy a little bit of manga and some Pocky... Thats a great day for a nerd LOL. Give them a shot and I hope you will find the discovery as exciting as I did!

My kids and I are huge anime fans. This place is actually decent, they inventory is always extremely low, prices are a little pricey, and they are barely even open, maybe like 3 days a week... parking is VERY limited. But the staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, its just low inventory, and barely open, with a terrible location, hard to access. But the store is very clean and is in really good shape, they just need more products...

Always the best service, cool products from the 90s to 2019. They have fun events lined up. A good place to chill and geek out!

Good prices. Nice selection. Just good friendly people. I was impressed with how much memorabilia they had for some low-key anime. Membership is free and we got a 10% discount. Because we spent over a certain amount, we received a free car decal. Ill come back for sure.

This is a really cool anime shop with all sorts of various swag on sale for pretty solid prices. Its bright, well lit, and very clean and has a hang out area for community events. Ive been twice, and each time was able to find something interesting to empty my wallet on!Id love to see more stock or a wider diversity of anime franchises - seems like some franchises get heavier representation than others, but that could be based on market demand!Either way, its seriously worth checking out. As far as Im aware, its the only store of its kind for many miles. The only similar place I can think of would be the occasional Too Cool franchise location in malls or perhaps Kinokuniya Chicago in Arlington Heights.Go there and buy stuff!

Its more than a comic book store. This place does classes for cosplay, anime, and has fun parties for people that love to do this. Also if people like anime they have nice merchandise for purchase.

A hidden gem with great items available.

I can finally buy anime merchandise nearby my home without having to buy it on amazon and having to wait for days. There’s a lot to choose from and the staff is nice.

Relaxed atmosphere. Few places in the local area that cater to this kind of clientele.

Incredibly over priced. Was charging 17.99 for hats that I could get an Amazon or Ebay for 8.49. Would only recommend going for their manga collection, the only things they were selling that they didnt hike the prices up on.

This is a cool little shop with a wide selection of great merch from alot of different animes, mangas, etc. The main thing that concerned me though, is that right there on the counter, in plain sight, is a FULLY ASSEMBLED COLLECTION of all seven of Earths dragon balls! I mentioned to the worker there that this was an incredibly dangerous place to keep such powerful items, and at any time a great variety of monsters, villians, and diminutive emperors are actively searching for them. They looked at me like I was the crazy one!!! Nice place though...

Good store that has a little bit of everything you are looking for. They also rent anime if you sign up for their club card, which is free and you get 10% off of all purchases in the store. Kind of wish their prices were lower on some things though, like their Dvd and Blu-ray series that are for sale. Staff is very nice and approachable!

It’s a nice store, but i was a little disappointed in the selection. there wasn’t a lot of things for shows i was expecting would be there (love live for example, but other things too) and a lot for things like ouran and sailor moon.i think my biggest negative is i felt extremely uncomfortable. the staff was friendly but very awkward. i don’t even know howto explain it, but it just felt very weird.i will say though that i found the prices pretty decent, which was a plus. i’m definitely going to try going again, maybe there will be different things next time.

Great selection of Anime everything! Socks, shirts, DVDs, flip flops, hand bags, Manga, body pillows and little pillows too. Oh. And lots of hidden wall scrolls. They actually have cosplay costumes too! Rentable DVDs as well.
