Bought a power supply from here last week. Owner was extremely down to earth and helpful in picking out what was best for my machine. If you need someone who knows what theyre doing, this is the place.

I have used PC Tech for several years now. My son recommend them to me. I have been very well satisfied with their work in restoring my computer so it works again. The cost is reasonable, down time minimal, and they are pleasant to deal with.

PC Tech did a nice job on my laptop, reasonable time and price for what they had to do with it. Just re-getting to know Windows 7 again, as it had Windows 10 downloaded on it and was messing it up.

I asked a simple question stating if they happen to have any used 6th/7th gen Intel cpus. His response was let me know if you find any, It aint gonna happen This is my first experience and last. The reviews about the rudeness in these reviews are true. Stay away.P.s and FYI their is used processors out their but not local. But i will let you know once i get it in.

LOL WUT? I think they may want to look over their pricing again. Their Mid Range System is full of outdated hardware and software. For what they want for it ($1,150) I could probably build 4 at the same specs. Or for that price, I could build one VERY GOOD computer that wont fill me with the headaches associated with lag from a slow computer.This is based on my view of their website. Maybe their in-house parts are better. But if their such great PC Technicians, they would know how to update their website.

Overpriced and arrogant. I came in with a problem wanted to overcharge me for service needed. Went to McDermott and was treated much better and not as someone who doesnt know things.

I worked for this place years ago and am not a disgruntled employee. Actually, I am pretty happy I moved on and was ashamed to list this place on my resume for some time because it was a black mark that he skimmed my wages for six months and I had to get Wisconsin EEOC involved to get him to pay me what he owed. He fought it every step of the way through three appeals. Beyond that I watch him lie to customers and take advantage of peoples lack of knowledge of computers to sell them things they dont need or cover up his employees mistakes (ie. wiping a whole hard drive with family photos then lie and said a virus got it.) My conscience made me sick working for this guy. Am I worried about a libel or slander suit, NO because everything I am stating is TRUE. I have written decisions from Wisconsin EEOC to prove it. MY ADVICE, STAY AWAY!

I came in to see how the pricing on some pc parts might be and was treated very rude. Will never shop here again, and I would avoid it if you dont want to get price gauged also.He essentially told me to f*** off when I asked him to help me find a part in his very unorganized store.

Pc tec got my laptop back and running in less than a week.

Couldnt help me when I asked about current prices on newer hardware.
