Super helpful and friendly. There is always someone close or nearby to help, and even if there isnt, someone else in another department of the store usually can help you figure it out. Geek squad personnel helped me figure out a computer problem based solely on my description on the problem. They are super awesome here!

The store itself is good, but over priced in most cases. They get bad quality items from major brands. For example, Ive had to return 2 different air pods because they were defective; but they were super quick about the exchange and the staff is friendly. Also, for an electronics store, youd think theyd keep up stock on major gaming consoles but allow their products to be sold out due to lack of purchasing restrictions
I have nothing but respect for this place. Customer service is top notch. Whenever i walk in this place they offer to help and if you say you looking around they step aside and give you space & time to look around and check things out. after some time they check on you when you look confused or unsure about something. They know there Products and they don’t tell you what you should buy or what’s best unless you ask them but they still don’t talk down on other products.
I enjoy going to BB and looking at all the electronics etc. I do yearn for the days of old; always had such a great video selection. Digital age eliminated 90% of this. Nice staff and usually make a purchase.
Bought a car radio online and set up an appointment for best buy to install. When i showed up for appt., they did not receive radio yet and stated it was backed up in a truck somewhere. They had no radios in stock at store to choose for install instead. Everything is out of stock or back ordered because of a chip inside them that china makes. Whatever..i cancelled the order all together and am still waiting on a refund even though the paperwork says its refunded immediately. Id pick zero stars if that option existed

Not a bad location. They tend to have what I need in stock most of the time. Staff is friendly and helpful, seem to know where everything is. They even seem to have the Holidays figured out pretty well, things move as quick as can be expected and people keep their cool. I ding a star because the prices sometime seem out of whack, but that’s more a corporate policy that these folks can’t help.

Easy to understand, unfortunately rarely correct about the location of the product you want. Open box items are never right. Feels like a bait and switch but due to bad design not intent.

I have bought computers, TVs and accessories from this Best Buy location and always been satisfied. Today was my first Geek Squad appointment. The consultant Tommy was very professional, informative and helpful. Above all he was courteous and solved my problem.
Received a voicemail about a delivery and install. They said to call the store and use extension 2291. Called the store and got an audio recording saying the store doesnt accept calls. Tried the extension anyways. Got redirected to national customer support. Got transferred around about 5 more times from there over the course of 2+ hours. Worst customer experience Ive ever experienced. Still waiting on hold to have the issue resolved as I type this.
Pretty good best buy, only problem is that sales associates are on the verge of lying about the performance of computers, and being a computer lover, that annoys the heck out of me. Also, this location doesnt have any components, like GPUs and CPUs

Through the covid faze-out employee to staff communications have been amazing throughout the best buy stores in Wisconsin! I was in and out in 15 minutes even when waiting for an item requested from the warehouse. Best electronics store out here.
The store was mostly clean, a bit too much clutter in the main isles, but otherwise was well thought out as far as floor plan goes. The employees were helpful and Friendly. Their store also seemed to be doing well to follow covid guidelines as well. Every employee was wearing their mask.Seen only two customers in store without any mask at all.. which is two too many these days.. how they were allowed inside is beyond me, but hopefully the staff sees this and further enforces their own guidelines about customers requiring a facial covering whilst in the store.
Took the daughter in looking for a camera just to do some price comparison the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a staff member who asked us what we were looking for directed us to exactly where we needed to go and got me and my daughter set up with the camera that she wanted and we are now currently going to be getting the delivery tomorrow for her upcoming vacation great store great personnel look forward to being doing business there in the future
Geek Squad here apparently only does in-store repairs on iPhone devices, not Android and is by appointment only. However, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely friendly and patient, and he directed me to a place in the mall where I could get my Android phone fixed. He also talked to me about warranties.Store is always clean and well-organized when I go in.

BUYER BEWARE. Worst experience ever. Visited the Kenosha store to order a TV and was assured it could be shipped to our home in SC. I spent an hour talking with the associate and approved the screen which indicated the correct address with the date. After driving 17 hours to our house, was told the TV was being sent to the wrong address in Kenosha. I have now spent four plus hours on the phone with support, trying to get my $2,000 TV delivered and am being told there is nothing they can do for me. A supervisor promised to call in two hours, and it is four hours later and Im still waiting. I have been on the phone with at least four representatives, put on hold for a supervisor telling me it will just take a few moments - and I wait and wait for 30 plus minutes to be disconnected. I have tried calling the actual brick and mortar stores, and the answering service states that Best Buy is not accepting phone calls at any of their locations??!! So I cannot fix the problem online, I cannot fix this or speak to a rep on the phone, and I cannot speak to anyone in the store on the phone - so what exactly am I supposed to do here? This has been a nightmare and someone made a huge mistake and doesnt want to be accountable or even remotely try to fix this. Do not recommend at all, unless you want to waste hours trying to correct a problem that was initiated at their level. They will take your money but not follow-through or execute any real solutions after the fact. Buyer Beware.
Stock was sparse. Was looking for a cable for my Samsung phone. Couldnt find one. Seems supplies arent coming in like they used too. Covid is definitely affecting them. :(

I like best buy because I know I will get quality electronics when I buy from them. You do have to pay a little more than if you bought online but you know youre getting a good product the same day. This location seemed a little smaller than the other locations. I was looking for a Dell laptop for my son. I found three that I was interested in, so they did have enough inventory for what I was looking for even though the location seemed smaller.
I was just browsing for a monitor for an old computer. I like being able to look at the merchandise before buying it. I found a monitor that I wanted, but the blue shirt was too busy talking about video games to help me. I bought what I wanted online via Amazon.
One of the best employees working in the cell phone area is Josh. He helped us with our phone trouble for an hour and a half and was extremely helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and patient. Will definitely be going back for his help if we have any future trouble with our phones.

The best customer service I’ve ever received in ANY establishment. Without asking for (or really needing) assistance, I was helped every single step of the way through the store. The kindness and coordination to pull this off is something you’d expect from a 5-star restaurant that operates on the presumption of generous tips based on treating customers like royalty.Truly something I’ve never seen before and I’m impressed by the employees for their skill and management for getting all of them bought into this level of customer service.Also, they have cool stuff in the store too if you don’t just want the employees to treat you kindly.

I needed an adapter for my phone charger. The greeter knew exactly what part I needed. She turned me over to another sales rep who ordered the part for me. I paid for it in cash and it will arrive at my house on Tuesday. The two customer service people were knowledgeable and professional. I was busy doing a list of errands so their efficiency and effectiveness made my day more efficient and effective.

I dont visit BB often. On my l last visit in January I was immediately met at the door by a salesman who asked me what I wanted and basically escorted me to the right aisle and then to the register. No browsing. I dont know if thats a COVID thing or security or what. I dont know what would have happened if I didnt know what I wanted. For now, it seems, no browsing the store.
I tried to call the place to check if my car is done has been about 20 minutes and they still haven’t even answered the phone not sure why that could be.update: can someone pick up the phone? damn.

The employees always check in with me at least once every time I visit. It is also nice to see hand sanitizer as soon as you come in through the door. They are always helpful and kind.

I had a7-1 appointment today, starting calling around 4:30 a kept getting no where with anyone. Finally talked to someone who isn’t giving a straight answer to what can happen till Tuesday maybe Wednesday. I now had to take the whole day off and lose a lot of money . 10 hours before any kind of answer. I have never been just blown off and not had someone not to acknowledge how frustrating it is to sit with no communication.
I’ve always liked this Best Buy. Super friendly and helpful staff. Probably some of the best customer service around. I had a guy named Conner help me find a fm transmitter for my car and he helped me right away and found exactly what I needed. Really nice guy, made my day.
They don’t pick up their phones....ever. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have called 3 times (on 3 separate days) and have waited on the phone for over 30 min each time. I have only interacted with their useless robo phone operator and never have spoken with an actual person. 🙄
