I love working at Scoops and I’ve always loved eating there before I ever worked there!. Julie is such a amazing boss to work with. 😊And I really love the homemade chocolate bananas, cookies, chocolate pretzels etc. and the ice cream is amazing as well!. ❤️My son loves going there too I will take him to scoops on my days off and he loves the Pac-Man machine and the candy. His favorite ice cream is the superman and ultimate Oreo both very delicious!. ❤️ Definitely such a great environment to eat there and especially to work there I love the bright bubbly colors. But this ice cream is delicious here. I recommend it to everyone. If only the service was a little faster, it would be perfect and to enjoy this ice cream you have to spend about 15 minutes in the line. if you already get this ice cream, you can eat it both inside and outside.

Fav Ice Cream! Always tasty and innovative twists on flavors. So many choices! Personally, I would like to see next summer have more than just two sherbet/Italian ice flavors come through. I know us non-dairy folks are in the minority, so they dont clear tubs as fast.... But maybe as life returns to normal we could see a few more flavors rotate through? This place is amazing. There are a variety of flavors to choose from. They let you sample. They also have milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, and other goodies. There are no dairy options that are in a separate freezer to keep them from getting contaminated. They are doing a great job and keeping you safe and satisfied.

This is a nice non corporate ice cream shop in Kenosha. It does get busy!! I love their Kitty kitty bang bang flavor, nothing beats it!

Scoops is a go-to staple here in Kenosha! No matter what you get, I promise itll be great! My favorites are the Fat Elvis and Kitty Kitty Bang Bang ice cream. This is a wonderful spot to meet up with a friend or take your kids to enjoy a sweet treat.

Great dessert options, especially love the lemon poppyseed ice cream. Will say staff comes off as fake nice sometimes with forced compliments which turned me off a little. Overall nice place to take your family on a hot summer day.

Super cute downtown location, the outside is quaint and lovely with an outdoor patio area that welcomes doggos. The inside is decorated very elegantly and the ice cream and candy selection is to die for. I highly recommend visiting!

You cant compare the feel of a family-owned business, not to mention they have SO MANY OPTIONS available that are very difficult to find anywhere else! The employees were also super friendly, so A+ on customer service as well!

This is a great small local ice cream parlor. They have over a couple dozen different flavors to choose from and their selections change. The staff is friendly and efficient. The ambiance is very welcoming and there is also a large outdoor seating patio.

This place is adorable. It has pretty lights outside and a few patio tables. It has its own parking lot which is helpful in downtown Kenosha. The employees are super friendly and the store overall is charming. They have an excellent assortment of candy and a great variety of ice cream flavors including vegan options. Which were so good I got even though Im not vegan. My two young kids think this is the best place in Kenosha. 😁 Definitely a great find in Kenosha... you will not be disappointed!

Ever changing and far numerous varieties of ice creams, frozen yogurts, sorbets and other sweet goodies for display, taste and purchase in a number of different ways. Plenty of options for dairy free and vegan patrons, too. Set in an old time parlor ambiance, the staff works to please. Portions are large and satisfying. Outdoor seating in season. Soups and other warm dishes during fall and winter. Oh! I almost forgot, they have frozen doggy treats, too for your four legged companions.

I have so many good things to stay about this place! First and foremost, supporting small businesses is something everyone should be thinking more of. Especially when they are amazing little gems! The ice cream here is top notch! Ive been in many times to enjoy their ice cream and only recently found out that they also make ice cream cakes! This was a dangerous discovery as it is, of course, INCREDIBLE! I cannot recommend these ice cream cakes enough! Not only that, but the owner was so gracious and patient with me through the selection process! She really took time to understand what I wanted and ultimately created an unforgettable cake! So unforgettable, that we are ordering another one for a small family gathering! THANK YOU!

Visiting from Arizona, I never pass up going for ice cream at Scoops. I was only in Kenosha for 4 days but went for ice cream three of those four days. I love this place! From the moment you walk in the door you can smell the freshness of the waffle cones. Best ice cream ever! The peach, rhubarb crumble and blueberry cheesecake are my favorite!

Its a nice family owned place tucked away off the beaten path in downtown Kenosha. I usually go on a leisurely Sunday afternoon because I have to drive 40 miles to get there. The place is always clean and tidy. The folks there are always friendly and very welcoming. They have rotating concoction of flavors (which are amazing) as well as a regular staple. My favorite is Fat Elvis!

Well my 1st trip to scoops and it wont be my last. It was phenomenal, great place to go on a hot day, great variety of flavors and cones. I was sorely disappointed that they didnt have Blue Moon flavor on that day but my hopes are ill get try it next time.

Delicious and good price. Sadly it has construction going on around it so its a little hard to find but thats not there fault. If your going through Kenosha and you want some ice cream definitely recommend.
