I rented a 10x15 foot clinate controlled storage facility. The price was reasonable for no contract. A big shortcoming is not enough carts or means to get the product from my vehicle to my storage locker. Several times I have arrived and there is no carts. For 900 storage lockers there should be many more carts to move items. The outside of the facility could be kept cleaner. People must drop items when loading and they dont seem to get cleaned up. The lady in the office was very helpful and polite. With a few improvements I could rate it a 5 star facility.

This place is a joke!! Dont ever rent a storage unit from cubesmart!! Ive had a 10×10 unit for going on two years and its almost triple the price I got it for initially!! You got the nerve to charge so much for a unit in a building that clearly has mice and spiders all throughout it!!! After talking to the employee at this location who wasnt any help ill be moving everything out as soon as possible!! I got a brand new Malibu LT for 236 a month and a 10×10 storage unit is 216 a month!! I said to an employee, if I empty the unit into a truck and bring it back the next day in someone elses name then thats gonna get me the new customer pricing!? He said yea there are loopholes like that to get a better price!! This place is worse than cable companies!! Totally willing to give there long term customers the shaft!!

Great storage. Easy check-in all online. Brand new clean and well lit. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

While the facility is nice the rigid pricing structure makes it impossible to grow or shrink from your original unit rental. Facility management was impossible to reach. There are better more flexible priced storage companies. Dont get sucked into original offers.

The staff was always courteous when I emailed or called with questions. I found the sign-up and check out process easy with no problems.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped us chose the right plan that was the most cost effective and accommodated our earlier than planned storage date. Very clean, well lit and good access.

They charged my card without authorization only because I was one day late on taking lock off, when I had moved out 2 weeks prior to move out date. The on site representative told me I would get a refund when I removed lock and when I asked him he acted like he didn’t know what I was saying. Poor customer service

Convenience and low rates.

Facility was very clean staff is always helpful and pleasant. This was my 2nd time renting a storage the experience was very pleasant both times.

Watch out the fees start out small and then they increase them outrageously. They upped my fees $70.00 in a year and corporate blamed the store, the store blamed corporate and neither wanted to do anything to change it. I went to the competition and am very grateful for it. DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

I had the best experience working with alyssa to get my mom a storage unit. quick and easy in and out with keys in hand. looks like a real clean storage building with cameras to make it a lot more comforting knowing my moms things are safe. 5 out of 5 best place in kenosha. i highly recommend it !

Best storage facility Ive ever seen. Climate controlled, clean, secure units and facility. The see drive in area is excellent and great when weather is bad. Elevators to help move stuff upstairs and carts to ease the transition from car to storage unit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We have always stored our things at Public Storage in Waukegan and since we live in Pleasant Prairie thought we would store our things here. When we originally signed up we were never told that the price we were given was a temporary or promotional pricing that would end in 5 months. We also were not told that they periodically increase their prices. If we would have known that we would have kept looking. After 5 months, we received something in the mail stating that our rate was increasing. When I called to ask why, they stated that our rate was promotional and that they periodically increase rates. Our rate increased by 13% which to me is a pretty substantial increase. At public storage our rate did not increase during the time we had a unit. I just want to give anyone a heads up that may be looking to get a unit here, your price will increase and according to them continue to increase.Here we are 10 months later and yet another 17 percent increase in price. That’s an over 30 percent increase in a little over a year... during a pandemic... WOW! I will be removing my things from there as soon as I get a chance..

I called these guys frantically needing a unit within a few hours. They set me up with a great size, conveniently located on the second floor close to the elevator and made it so the paperwork portion of the process took little to no time at all! I wish I wouldve used them a long time ago. 10/10 recommend! Tyler was awesome!

I ordered a storage space on Wednesday afternoon, secured it on Friday and moved into the space on Saturday. Tyler was professional and very helpful during the lease rental agreement and on Saturday for the move the staff was helpful and really it could not have been easier. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

Katie was awesome! I had been shopping around for a clean and safe storage facility. They were slightly more expensive but their faciliti was clean, safe and office staff fantastic.

We had a a very unpleasant experience with this facility. We spent several months negotiating a contract with them to advertise their business spending time and resources supporting them in return for storage at their location. Then things went silent. We assumed it was related to COVID as to why they were not responding to any of our attempts to contact them but we were finally able to speak to the Store Manager today who told us they saw some emails about that but the District Manager would no longer honor the agreement. They would not provide us the contact information for their District Manager who made the decision and never made any attempts to let us know this was the case. They did offer us a generic email if we wanted to try and reach the DM which doesnt help considering despite over a month of reach out we just finally got a hold of someone today. Very disappointing considering it was very difficult to get responses from them the entire process. I would not suggest this facility based on the lack on integrity I have experienced and the lack of communication or responsiveness which occurred well in advance of COVID. We have since pulled the advertising we have been doing for them this entire time and are communicating with our other partners the experience we have had with them. We would have been much more understanding had they made some effort to contact us and communicate this decision especially before we incurred the expenses of advertising them for several months while we awaited their response in good faith.

I went into CubeSmart for a 5x5 unit and I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Then I realized I needed a 10x10 and again I was taken good care of without any problems. I highly recommend them.

This facility was ill maintained, staff was inadequate, the place was full of bugs, trash, broken glass, musty, dusty and had signs of water damage. Access was also not convenient and made moving in and out very difficult. Plus the price was too high for what was offered.

The staff at this location are super helpful and the facility is clean. I would recommend this location for anyone needing a storage unit.

The night before I had to move from one apartment to another was so frustrating to me, thank goodness that Cubesmart has in place the Reserve your unit with no credit check. I had nowhere to put all this extra stuff and I didnt know the size of the new apartment until the day before so I was in panic mode when I found out that it wasnt going to fit everything.Cubesmart is user friendly and convenient. They have carts plenty of carts available so you do not have to wait around wasting valuable time.I was in the unique opportunity to get to know the staff, Alex, Katie and Tyler more than most I believe. I only kept this unit until I could find people to take the items off my hands. Slowly but surely I started emptying out the unit and this meant I got to spend tome with the staff off Cubesmart.The staff is completely professional and courteous and also human. It turns out we have things in common: Katie used to go to school with my son Joe, Alex and I are into Escape Room challenges and Playing board games- he is the new age board games and I am old school board games, Tyler and I get into movies and stuff.I have no reason to go back there, I am no going to rent a unit for dust bunnies just so I can visit with my friends but when I do get in the area I will drop by to say a quick hello and goodbye.Thank you so much Cubesmart.

Had a storage unit here for a while . Over about a year and a half they overtime slowly raised the price by over double. Not only that but for some reason you can’t get into the busking after a certain time. I’ve gone there multiple times later at night (around 9-11 pm) and after you put your code in it won’t let you in. You can’t even look online to figure out the actual hours of when you can access your stuff because they only have the office hours posted online. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like having to pay more then originally promised.
