Had to pick up some things up from the Walgreens the pharmacy is unprofessional and rowdy. There is a lot of yelling and privacy is the last thing on the pharmacist mind! Seems like the front people do all the work I see the same front people all the time and they get yelled while customers are in ear shot. doesn’t make me the customer feel good about what I’m observing and I can’t imagine having to work in those conditions
If youre here to pick up your pills, I recommend not going to this specific Walgreens Pharmacy. Ive waited 4 days, for this is the fourth day as i am writing this, and I havent gotten my Rx yet which I refilled ALMOST three weeks ago because they were out of stock. This is the third time they have delayed this. Five days ago, I was done with the bottle, heck, even used my backup medicine in case I traveled elsewhere all day. I can see online they were open during the weekends, but their calls said my Rx will be available on Monday when they were closed for Labor Day, thus moving the pills to Tuesday, which is today. I contacted them again to make sure, and then they said theyll be ready for pickup *the next day*. I tried the other Walgreen Pharmacists, they didnt have any either, but it wouldnt matter because due to lack of travel, they werent closer to my area and I have been relying on 256ths WGS Pharmacy for around 2 years so I might change to Rite Aid right across the street. Will they push my prescriptions to Thursday? Perhaps Friday? I dont want to keep on worrying about my health due to the necessary but missing doses to keep me going.
Bad experience. Ordered something online. Waited outside of the store for curb side pick up. No message for more than an hour. Went inside the store and was told that they dont have any record of the order. Came back to my car and received an email saying that I successfully canceled my order. I never canceled my order.
The pharmacy hasnt done me wrong after 7 months with them 👍
Will not let customers use their restroom. Told to go elsewhere.
THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE!! I’ve been in the drive through line for over 20 minutes now and there’s only been 1 person in front of me the whole time. He had to honk for them to even notice him. This is not the first bad experience with them I’ve had either.

Horrible they never have anything that they say that they do have online for pickup! Its like they dont want you using THEIR COUPONS THEY GIVE YOU. THERES STAFF IS RUDE TOO.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with the one of the so called “managers” Sofia.I order from Walgreens all the time for my pictures, never again will I. I just recently had my baby, I had ordered my prints (over 100) and each time I went in to pick them up at the scheduled time, I was told the printer was jammed, they weren’t ready yet, that I would be called back, etc. five separate times I drove myself to the location to pick up my order AFTER receiving a text confirmation saying they were already done. Now this fourth time I went in, only half of my prints came out. The lady over the counter had me pay for me entire order and said to come back in an hour and she would reprint the entire order for me, so I was happy with that. Came back the next evening to talk to someone about not having to pay a second time, I didn’t have my reciept anymore, but it should be somewhere in the system and that I could even show her my banking statements saying that Walgreens charged me the previous day. Sofia wanted an argument from the very begining of speaking to her. She tried to tell me that she couldn’t find me order from previous day in the system and that I would have to pay all over again. I refused to do so, I paid for everything - didn’t receive all my pictures, and had to drive up here countless times because of their mistakes. She refused to admit any of their wrong doings, told me I would have to return and talk to “her boss” the next day about getting the rest of my pictures. My newborn pictures. Why does she care to keep my personal photos so bad? I had NO CLUE. they were MINE. Another female employee approached us and started to look up my order again because she had been there the day before and had seen me. She immediately found me and that shows how much Sofia was just refusing to help me. She even told me showing her the banking statement was okay, once I did that, she said that wasn’t enough proof. I THEN called my fiancé at home and had him searching for the reciept, he asked if there was any way he could speak to her because of how many issues I had been having, and Sofia said in the most disrespectful tone “Nope. Sorry COVID. Can’t touch your phone.” Then the two female employees started talking in Spanish for a while before they looked at eachother and said okay just give it to her. They both couldn’t decide whether they wanted to the right thing or not. Trying to Decide whether to have me come back a SIXTH TIME to speak to another manager. This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had, as a new mom, you won’t have my business anymore and you will forever have me telling everyone I know how terrible your employees treat your customers. SOFIA IS A TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE. Se deserves to be fired immediately. I will keep calling and complaining. ☺️
We had very bad experience with customer service at this walgreen. They sell things very expensive comparing to other stores.
Im only giving a 5 star because of Saapi the supervisor. I was greeted in the picture department by a older white woman who looked stressed out and tired. Questions that were asked her answers were rushed and she made me feel like she was ennoyed by my presence. Then to make things worse me and my girl were waiting for our pictures to be printed and a worker named Ashley was not helpful at all and told us that we would have to wait for about 30minutes for our pictures when shes right in front of us doing nothing /:She left to break or lunch through a door leaving us behind. Then out of no where here comes a nice lady smiling and very polite. She asked what we needed and assisted me and my girl with no problem. I hope this company trains their employees to be just like this supervisor BETTER.
Worse customer service you can imagine the employee hung up while I was asking questions and thought I was being rude and then didn’t pick up my call when I call back 5x times

I’ve ordered our engagement cards that were designed online and special ordered to be on a thicker pager. When I went to pick them up we were ORANGE. It was horrible. I most recently put in an order of photos online, same day pickup on glossy paper for a friends baby shower to post photos around the party… the quality was so bad I was embarrassed to even use the photos. The images came out dark and gloomy. The pictures themselves were so thin the edges curled up. I will be doing any future Christmas cards, birthday cards, calendars and special orders elsewhere even if it takes me an extra week to get.Waste of time, energy and Money.
This store is horrible, I literally got an email saying my photos were ready for pickup 7 hours later I come here wait about 15min in the photo line to be told their system crashed. Manager said “I’m sorry but I had 5 books I had to print I wouldn’t have been able to contact each person to let them know the computer crashed” now I’m sitting here waiting another 10minutes and what sucks is they’re on the phone having to tell so many people they have to pick their stuff up tomorrow. Smh COMMUNICATION I just drove up here and now I’m totally late for where I need to be.
They close at 11:55, not 12. And I called and asked. Rude staff.
We phoned 3 or 4 WalGreens store on Fri,Oct-17-20 between 10:45 and 11:30pm on Oct-17-20. Some close at 11 pm, some at 12pm. We called Renton, We asked the guy if they do C-19 testing? The guy said he not know call back on Monday, We said thats to late. we debated for a spell on how to find out sooner, He said they are closed, I said we called B4 11 pm, you answered. He said its 11:02, I said we were in the IVR Que for a few moments. We called B4 you closed. One not cut off a call that was answered while open, during the call the store closes w/ customers issues unresolved. Time to claim they closed as a reason to not finish up making sure the customer is taken care of. He hung up. We then called the Kent WG, the woman answered and said she has no idea about if WG does C-19 testing and said call Tacoma, we asked for the # to Tacoma, she hung up. We called back 5-times (Call logs showed the 6960 # on all 5 lines). Call #1 was hung up on w/ no words, Call #2 was on hold for about 20min, never answered. Line # 3 was answered in 4 min and the gal answered and said want info on Walgreens - Google it. We asked why would google have more info than Walgreens? She said; she not know anything, she has to close the store and hung up (by this time it is 20-min till midnight. Line 4 was then answered, a gal answered and said she not know anything about all the calls we made, no one has called (its been quiet) & hung up. Unsure if there is a PBX system screw-up or we have a load of (front line of the co) employees at several store that just play dumb. W rude behavior. (or both). This company is a joke. Another example of the movie Idiocracy-The sequel. PS: WGs advertises FREE Flu shots, but we charge... A 3-rd party. Which in turn gets paid by every one in higher medical premiums. (How is that FREE).

The associate that was helping me in the pharmacy was nice but the head pharmacist was so very rude and no empathy.yelled at me I came back after an hour and she said another hour no matter what.my husband had a seizure last night and he really needs his meds right away.Im switching to rite aid.bad enough being so stressed cause I almost lost my husband I dont need to be yelled at.she also yells at employees
If I could leave 0 stars I would! my 3 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and they flat out refused. I have been a loyal customer but now will not return!!! Dont even know why I am leaving a one star review.... 1.8 rating!!! Get rid of your staff and hire better empolyees...
The cashier was talking to her dad on the phone and didn’t pay attention to my purchases and when I asked her to leave the phone and finish my payment she said go a way I am busy with my phone and do your purchases in somewhere else. It was Sunday April 26 at 7:45pm

Customer service representative was not helpful when I had to pick up packages. Was not helpful to try to communicate or show me that there was a dolly to help brings packages out to my car
I’ve always had issues with the pharmacy of not answering the phone, picking up and then immediately placing me on hold for even longer. They always seem to have issues with filling my Rx because of “insurance issues” but my rite aid that I use now never has. The reason I keep having to deal with them is because my dr accidentally sends my Rx to them. They are horrible, rude and never answer the phone. I need my meds and they always do this all the time I’m tired of it. I’m not trying to be a Karen about it but it’s all the time. Rite aid is way better
Please check the dates on whatever you buy, they have so many expired staff on the shelves.
Terrible pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions at, call wait time is extremely sad.... understaffed & rude. Don’t go here.
