Honestly if there was option for no star in order to post a review I would have chosen that! I personally didn’t apply to work at this job because I’m an active duty military. However, my brother who is a veteran was offered and coordinated through an agency to start work at this company. The way he was treated once he walked through the doors of this company was absolutely unprofessional and full of disrespect by one of their employees by the name or Teresa. He was greeted with attitude and disrespect as soon as he asked to see Teresa which was who he was told to contact by the coordinating agency. Once he spoke with her she made it very clear she was annoyed and didn’t understand why he was there, but instead of being kind, respectful, and taking time to look into what may have just been miscommunication between the company and agency my brother went through. This lady named Teresa kept pushing him to leave the property in a very ill manner. He contacted his agency, was told to report to a different individual named Kenny. He re entered the company doors and asked for Kenny. While waiting for Kenny, Teresa noticed he reentered and rudely kept insisting for him to leave. This woman kept intervening very rudely on him leaving the premises while my brother tried to clarify and figure out what was going on. My brother then just calmly walked out, having enough with being treated so unprofessionally for no reason at all. My brother was contacted by a manager after he drove an hour back home and asked to come back and apologizing for Teresa’s behavior, but the manager asked him to enter a separate door in order to avoid contact with Teresa. What??!!! So was this employee being held accountable?? Why would anyone want to go back there after that and then feel comfortable returning through a separate door??!!! No one should be treated like this! I don’t care if this individual was having a bad day, at work and in a professional environment people should be treated professionally and with respect not kicked out constantly because they are unaware of what is going on!

If you have a delivery with a flatbed.....you will be treated like a big reefer receiving facility.....dont try to explain to receiver that you have a confirmation with FCFS on it because you will feel like shit......enjoy having A BAD TRUCK DRIVER,,,BAAAD TRUCK DRIVER....treatment.....B.S.....
