Very good hazelnut mocha! Its a perfect blend and the associate was fast.The one thing I do not like is that they mixed the old black boba balls with new batch.I can tell because I have made boba balls at home.Otherwise I would give it a 5 stars!

This was the first boba place I discovered in GR and I am so glad I was able to find it. Excellent customer service, there are occasions when the cashier doesn’t speak fluent English, but that’s alright. This place is the best cafe for Bubble tea and fun vietnamese dessert drinks! Everything Ive tried has been unbelievably delicious. The $10 dollar credit card minimum is kind of a pain though. Besides that, its great!

Strawberry Smoothie is amazing and topping Strawberry Bursting boba goes well with it. The Green Waffles absolutely incredible.

This place has the best coffee. I drive a hour just for it.

At the moment of writing this, there are four location like this (If you dont count the restaurants). When this place opened it smashed the first that opened years ago which is pretty much dead. It competes well with the other two that recently opened. I like their yogurt smoothies.

A work of art.. tasty too. I had the yellow mung bean which was amazing. Daughter had her favorite taro root.Highly recommend going here grand rapids has some excellent vietnamese food and drink.

They have a wide variety of fruit drinks that are very delicious!! I myself love passion fruit and they have a very delicious passion fruit juice that will blow your mind.

They only accept cash for orders under $10. Credit cards arent allowed which is inconvenient during a pandemic when people are trying to limit exchanges as much a possible.

Love the Bambu Special! I will have to try other teas soon!

My wife and Is favorite boba place in Grand Rapids. Its hard to find boba with the perfect chewy consistency and sweetness, but Bambu makes them perfectly. We love the Thai tea boba and Thai green tea boba with a yummy pandan waffle on the side. Great place, great quick service, and delicious food!

Pretty standard Vietnamese cleanliness.Door was covered in dirt. Soap was empty. Paper towel was empty. Trash was full.Thankfully I didnt order any food because I dont want to get sick....

Absolutely love Bambü. Ive gone 3 times in 1week. I love the focus on vietnamese dessert and speaciality drinks. I havent been disappointed yet. My favorite drink is simple but perfect: Almond milk with original boba. 💜

I would have liked this place if the drinks has less ice in their milk teas. they always place 50% ice on each order making the drink lesser in quality and quantity so i end up ordering another drink with the same flavor. its also depressing to see so many boba left at the bottom of each drink covered with so many ice. ☹️

This place is best bubble tea spot in Grand Rapids. Their macaroons arent that bad either. Quick service was a plus as well! 10/10 I would reccommend if your in the area.

I fell in love with Boba Tea (bubble tea) when I lived in San Diego 15 years ago. I loved to see the different menu options, but the taste is not nearly as good as Cafe Boba further down Division. I am bummed, as this place is closer to my house, and the decor reminded me of SD authentic Boba joints. There are many fun things to try on the menu, the ché #10 was fun to drink, but the textures were a little too much after a few drinks.

Every time we are in Grand Rapids we have to stop by and get some bubble tea! Our kids love the strawberry smoothie with popping bubbles and we love our taro bubble tea.

Its a great boba place! There are lots of options and they taste amazing!!

I think this bubble tea beats out Cafe Boba for me. Theres tons of different flavours and styles to drink your tea. They have food and other desserts as well.

Friends and I love a good Boba joint, gave this place a try from our regulars and this one is way too over hyped for a ché place. The environment was great and the menu has got a large variety but I believe the service throws it all off. Didn’t feel welcome felt out of place no greeting whatsoever. By far the drinks, they were a bit overpriced for what we were expecting. I’ll stick to my regular bubble tea down the street. Sorry not sorry.

Im so FRICKIN glad Bambu is here in Grand Rapids. There are so many different toppings and a variety of drinks. There are some seating places, but why sit inside when you can be out in the sun while sipping on your delicious coconut milk with grass jelly and pandan jelly or your thai tea with boba and pudding? Tip: if you are going to spend less than $10, bring cash.
