They raise the rent too much . I went from 116 to 180 in 1 year. The only reason they get one star is because the manager Latoya is good that is the only reason why.

After only 3 months of renting a storage unit, I am leaving and very DISAPPOINTED and UNIMPRESSED in SROA - GR. The company increased my rate over 20%. They do not care about retaining customers but simply bait you in and then raise the prices and justified this by saying they look at rates from other companies. I am glad I was not in a full unit and could afford to get my stuff out and find another place quickly (and locked in a cheaper rate for a year) without being stuck and paying the higher rate. When they could simply keep prices the same for same unit for existing customers instead of increasing bottom line and even getting a refund for the remaining days - they must not know what a prepay is or how it works but will have a paid unit for the rest of the month and then charge another customer for same unit and prorate for the remaining days in month.The facility was not well taken care of and snow was just piled in front of units, causing a challenge of getting in/out of units. The unit was not maintained at all and had a roller broken and off the track, creating an unsafe door that could fall in. This was addressed when moving and was promised to receive a call to get the roller fixed (which this was before it ever snowed).The property manager was friendly enough but did not seem like getting the price issue resolved or even seemed to care. Simply stating this was a corporate call and they would not budge. When told I was leaving, I was asked about making sure everything was out but never received anything official for leaving and confirming the account has been closed.*****Update to reply to response*****Thank you for the response. If you would like to start improving policy, maybe you could start with refunding me for the remaining month of January 2021? That would definitely be be a great place to start.

I moved out of this facility after realizing I was paying 40 more a month than another space; and I am asking why I need to shovel snow to open my storage access. The place is poorly maintained, unplowed

I’m on the process of moving and searching for a storage to, date what I’m going through and when I heard and was suggested with storage rental of America a lady consultant help me of the name Latoya and she was very great and professional and she make me feel welcome and to be pleased to be there I gave it a five star with a smile and great greetings she gave me kudos to Latoya

This is the first time I have rented a storage unit. Everyone I talked to was professional and patient to answer all my questions and to guide me through the steps necessary to secure the spot. Pricing is very competitive too!

Hello been a tenant for 2 1/2 years, CubeSmart was the old owners which had wonderful service and great staffing. The new owners STORAGE RENTALS OF AMERICA took over the property and my rent was raised quite a bit $40+ and their online pricing for new tenants is what my charge use to be for my rental unit. I asked the manager why my pricing was raised and online it’s closer to the price of what I was paying before. The Manager told me the price will raise on the new tenants also once they become a tenant and when I questioned the manager about just reeling customers in and once you get the costumer services the prices raise. The manager quote “Cable does it all the time”.... If looking for a storage unit make sure to ask these questions about price raising because at SROA your price will raise once you become a tenant....

Latonya was fantastic!! We went in to rent a 10x20 shed, moved up to a 10x30 and then settled on a 20x30. Latonya was so cordial and nice the whole time. She really showed a lot of patience with us!!! On another note, we visited the shed this morning. One of the doors jumped off the track and the lights dont work in either side of the storage area. I was referred to CubeSmart by a person that stores a vehicle annually during the winter months at this location. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, I was given a tour of the location, (it was clean and well-maintained), and provided the necessary details to make sure my storage experience was a positive one. The only thing I wish could be modified is their referral program. The person that referred me will not be able to receive the credit because they are not currently renting - but they will be in a matter of months. No way to place their credit on the books??

Office open on Sunday, freindly+helpful.Units clean and in good condition, locks available if needed. No contact, month to month. Good location and appears secure.5x10 bigger than area average 5x8Very nice.

Manager there is Awesome. Best customer service I have had when dealing with storage in a long time. She helped me with options and even took time with me. Wonderful person.

The unit we had reserved was not sufficient in size for all of our belongings and they were able to get us into a larger unit immediately and still applied the discount we had for the smaller unit. Everything went seamlessly.

Amy, the general manager, was awesome! She was so personable, down to earth, and extremely helpful. Made our first storage experience great. We really appreciated her.

I asked latoya to be quick with the process bc I had a babysitter and a limited amount of time. She was fast and friendly! Highly recommend her.

This place is horrible dont go there. They sold me a storage with no lighting. Have been waiting on the District Manager for over a month to call back and has never called me. If this is how she conducts business I will never want to work with her again. Who dosent call a customer back at ALL she didnt even attempt no voicemails no incoming calls nothing. I will say the two ladies in the office did try to fix the situation as best as they could however I just feel as though the DM should have been more involved to get this situation taken care of immediately.

They say you get a free truck to move in but you actually have to pick it up from a different location and they count those miles so its not free. I also moved my stuff out the day before my lease was up and because I didnt gave them a ten day written statement that I was moving out they charged me for the whole next month. I would not recommend Storage Pros to anyone.

Units Are OK, but They Keep Raising the RENT! Way Too Expensive for Me! I Need to Move Out. The Garage Door, Is Very DIFFICULT To Open! I Used a Whole Can of Spray Lubricant, and It Barely Helped! I Told Office and Girl Said She Would Go Spray It Again but NO CHANGE. TRACKS Are RUSTY and Need SANDING Or REPLACING! I Have to Bring a Man to Help OPEN MY UNIT! Not Worth the Price! 👎

SROA over priced unreasonable gave me a $ 41.00 fee for 5 day late payment and denied access on top of already to high of prices would not recommend for a unit with no power outlets or anything I think they taking advantage of people who are vulnerable, don’t rent here .

So far its been nice my unit has a light but the bulb is blown I think ...its to high up to reach it and change other then that not bad

So far we are very satisfied with CubeSmart. Some of the people that rent, need to be reminded that others also use the space and not to block the complete with a car.

Clean and secure storage

Not secure at all! We parked our camper here and it was hit by a car and dented severely, propane tanks stolen, and nails left all over the ground by another tenant who was allowed to store junk piles in the parking spot next to ours. The main gate was left open often and there are no working cameras. Don’t store your things here if you want to keep them.
