They didnt have the phone we wanted at the 1300 Main location. We were told the new store would be open today and they would have it. We went there today. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it didnt open today. We went back to the Main Street location, the associate went to the other store, and got the phone for us. Sidney worked with us to activate the new phone. Both she and the other associate went above and beyond. Thank you both do much!

The young ladies who helped us ship our boxes home were very pleasant and helpful.

I had messed up my phone big time. I couldntcouldnt even make a phone callI took my phone to US Cellular and fixed Mt phone in a matter of minutes.
