Great place for shopping for consumer goods. My wife and I were shopping for a new washing machine. With multiple dogs and cats in our household we need a good cleaning solution. The sales lady was able to convince my wife that she didnt know what she thought she knew about all washing machines. Hopefully the sales lady was right as we bought what she suggested

I do not understand the 5 Star reviews! Bought Pedestal Washer and Dryer...there was an onsite argument between staff as to who was taking care of us. The argument continued during the install. So far the units are working fine. Several years ago I bought riding mower $$$ with a service contract. When I needed blades they did not have them!?! No response as to, Ill order you some...nothing! I had to go elsewhere. They did tell that they were NOT a SEARS Store...that was confusing since the sign says SEARS and my receipts say SEARS?? There was an explanation but I dont care about excuses when I need assistance! The SEARS service rep (MOWER) was unusually rude. He let me know that he did not like driving to Kerrville and also let me know that some of the things he was doing on my mower that I could have done them myself. I had a problem with reverse and he told me the mower was a piece of...well you know. He then said they all do that...Get use to it!. I stopped using the Service I had paid for after that. Today 7-31-21 I lost a belt on the mower and I reluctantly called to get a new belt and....they have no belt for my mower because they arent SEARS and do keep parts for my mower on the shelf. I was offered a 3 week wait if I allowed them to order it. Again....I do not understand the 5 Star reviews! Im glad that others have not had the disappointments that I have had.

Our washing machine recently went out and we went to our local Sears to purchase a new one. Amanda and her staff were very knowledgeable about their products and educated us rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive product. They were very friendly and helpful.I also bought a dishwasher from them several years back with a similarly positive experience.

Joe reached out to me and I do understand their position during this time of the virus. Having him listen to me and understand my frustration goes a long way. I simply wanted to be heard. Thank you Joe. I will try the store again when I need to purchase my refrigerator.

Beyond thrilled with both the service and the product. The price was excellent too, best I could find anywhere for the electric range I bought. And the gas range that I bought before that, that they exchanged for the electric range when I found out I couldnt get gas to our home. So helpful through the whole credit/exchange process too. Delivery was earlier than scheduled (by about an hour) and the delivery staff were fast, friendly, and efficient. Will definitely buy here again.

I went in for a new refrigerator. Got help right away and the gentlemen answered all of my questions and pointed me to which refrigerator would best fit my family. Perfect customer service!

Small error when they ordered the wrong appliance but quickly corrected it and delivered shortly thereafter with minimal inconvenience. Appliances are very good quality, beautiful design, seem to perform well, very happy with purchase. Salespeople were helpful, worked with our schedules for delivery, knowledgeable. Would recommend Sears locally for appliances.
