The sales experience was very smooth. I didn’t feel like is was pressured or up-sold. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the machine. I had a minor technical difficulty about a month after purchase and Dustin immediately drove to Fredericksburg to resolve it. I highly recommend this place.

Super place to pick up your new Gravely ZTR mower like I did. I had a small issue just 2 days after I picked up the mower and the service guys jumped on the issue and corrected the problem within an hour with no problems what so ever. Great sales guys, great service folks. Employee owned company!

The bobcat we rented was in good condition but beware! We ended up having to pay rental fee on the trailer we used to transport the bobcat even though I specifically asked if it came with it. I was told that it did, but not at an extra rental fee! When you are renting out equipment that you can get at several different places, service becomes the most important thing. We wont be using Ranchers again.

Be weary here here people. There is a snake in the grass in kerrville.I took a mower to these guys to get fixed and from there their only intentions were to bend me over. They wanted 1800.00$ to do repair that I ended up taking to real mechanic to fix for 450.00$.

A month ago I had a weld to break on my mower deck that I bought elsewhere and the warranty folks put me in touch with Dustin at Ranchers to deal with it. After several phone calls, lots of time on hold, and several rounds of pictures they requested, the manufacturer finally agreed to have Ranchers weld it back together. Dustin took care of all those things I just listed that dealt with the manufacturer for me. I dropped it off Monday and I brought it home Thursday. I mowed this morning (Friday) and it seems to be a good job and the part was aligned right to fit back on the mower. They also painted the weld to match the deck. Dustin did some extra things over the month that I wont mention because he may not be able to always do those things that made the process much easier. He and those that I interacted with at the shop were always friendly and helpful. While I was waiting to get it brought around to be loaded yesterday, I noticed Dustin working with another customer to make sure that the part that they had was exactly what the man needed, instead of just handing him the part, checking him out, and sending him on his way, like many places these days. This was the first time that I have dealt with them and would go back again, though I hope I dont need any more repairs soon!

To expensive. Bought a gas can and paid 50 when you can buy them online all day long for 30. My mistake but they are priced too high. Should have just ordered online.
