15 Years ago I came into the store at closing time on a Friday evening with a ripped tire on a Kawasaki mule. They quickly fixed it And I got back to my waiting familyThey Couldn’t have been nicerThis past 6 months I bought a Honda Generator and a pole saw...and they were great at explaining the need to use the best premixed fuels etc.Good people to deal with in my opinion

I just purchased a new Stihl chainsaw from them. They were very courteous and answered all my questions. I would have given them 5 stars but am waiting to see how their service after the sale is. So far Im very impressed.
I have bought from Secor through the years. Numerous Still and Kawasaki brands. When I called Lee as I was shopping UTVs, he made things simple and effortless with no salesman talk. When I reached out to him for my 2nd UTV purchase I was in a rush do to my work schedule. They put me as priority and had the machine serviced and waiting for me 2 hrs later. I recently called Ed to order some parts I needed ASAP. He was texting with me after work hours making sure I had everything I needed. I will continue to buy from Secor because they take care of us!

Dropped off my L110 for service for ONE particular repair. They proceeded to do more work, then hold my mower hostage if I didnt pay. I didnt authorize the additional work prior, and ended up making them unfix stuff that didnt need fixing! Not sure how this place is still in business!
They only do what your saw requires. Other places replace carburetors and charge a ton for it. Dont go anywhere but here.
Cant give no stars or else i would. worst place to go to get anything worked on or looked at. they quoted me $1,200 for fixing a steering knuckle on a small tractor and took it to boerne and they fixed it for $500. dont ever go there
I bought a 2018 SX 4x4 from these guys and when it needed its 50 hour service:$400-$450 for a 50 hour service on an SX 4x4 that has a 3 year warranty on it. We do a thorough check of EVERYTHING. Well, who needs a scheduled maintenance check to cost 7%-8% of the total price of the product and that goes above and beyond the warranty needs? Nobody. Its price gouging. It cost me $130 down the road in Fredricksburg.Also that day the Salesman first made it a point to tell me I was in the wrong place to unload (no signs) and that it was obviously not where to do it as it was blocking the entrance - which it wasnt - there was plenty of room for a car to pass. He was arrogant, rude and put out that I would question the price and made it seem like he was doing me a favor and said I dont make the prices I just work here. When I asked how long it would take he said, You get in line and we might get to it by the end of the week (this was on a Monday). This was after I called to set an appointment but was told to drop it off instead. He did give me the number for the Service Manager whom I talked to after doing some research, he was polite but wouldnt meet my needs of a warranty based service only.The guys in Fredricksburg did a great job, were friendly, and quick - same day service. When they saw my key fob from Secor one guy asked why I came to them. I told them because I liked their prices and I especially didnt like the customer service attitude at Secor that I received. He said, we get a lot of people from them because of that.This is an account of my recent Secor experience.

Dropped off Stihl blower 27 months old, out of warranty by 3 months. The repair man found the issue, I was told it was cheaper to buy a new one than repair the one I brought in. I returned to Houston & visited a Stihl dealer & was told the warranty would be 4 years if I purchased the 6 pack of Stihl oil, I did so why didnt Secor salesperson tell me this information?

4 weeks to look at a fan belt.... Asked if they cared about customer service...they stated not really.
