The lady that worked in the photo department was very rude. None of the employees are customer service oriented that work here. A little disappointed in the Walgreens in Kerrville. Ive been to other walgreens that greeted me first and a simple gesture of did you find everything you need would of been nice. No hi or bye dont even think I had eye contact with the person who cashed me out.
Good local store. Helpful staff and pharmacists. They do drive thru COVID testing.
Lady rolled her eyes when coming outside to deliver my dad his medicine and walked back inside in a huff. ridiculous.
Walgreens is one of those stores where you can get lost for hours looking at the cool gadgets. Always and I mean Always very helpful even the manager will stop what hes doing to help me.
I am an adamant shopper at this location and today I just had a not so great experience. The cashier was about in her 60s and did not greet me walking through the door. She watched me like a hawk from the moment I came in and when I approached the cash register she still did not greet me- just started scanning my stuff which was a birthday card, Visa gift card, and Tylenol. Her only comment was “You know you can’t return gift cards, right?” In a very condescending manner. I’m not sure why the need for the comment, but it’s not like I’m trying to pull some scam. I have bought many before here and never had been asked this. Clearly, the card wasn’t for me. I felt uneasy as a woman of color that has tattoos and piercings and felt as thought I was being judged heavily. I will be making a formal complaint.
Always friendly and very helpful with my questions. And another place that gives your family dog a treat .
They have a lot of medicine and other stuff.
I absolutely am sick of dealing with this store. There phone and counter service is horrible. Once they hang up or you walk away from the counter, its like you never existed. I go there mostly for the convenience of the drive thru. Im am done and will take my business elsewhere.
Always very helpful and there pharmacy does not take forever they are pretty fast
The customer service I received from sales lead Sanders was absolutely horrible. She was not considerate, did not help, and was rude and unfriendly before I even had the chance to speak. She did not smile, say thank you, or make me feel like a valued customer. I am Very disappointed as I have been a customer here for over a decade. Not sure if will return.
I tend to go late, and as a result, always have a pleasant experience. They are normally more expensive than HEB or Walmart, but occasional deals can be had.
The computer they use for texting you when your script is ready, is unreliable. More than once I have received a text that a script is ready, only to get to the pharmacy and find out that I have to wait for it to be filled.mentioning this to the pharmacy staff - the reply is I dont do anything with the computer for that, while the pharmacist who was listening is just shaking his head, no one cares it seems.No one seems to care even when you suggest they report it, they smile and say they will - any bets?
Great service at the pharmacy.
The wait time here is consistently awful. However, the staff is working hard. Walgreens corporate needs to get these folks another pharmacist to work along side the ONE they have.

Very friendly, but very slow and the phone service is awful. The only reason I continue to go there for my occasional prescriptions is because they are open 24 hours and there are a couple of employees there that I enjoy seeing.
I was ready to buy 2 $60 perfumes, one Male cashier helpful, and asked for the cosmetic lady to come and help me with one more perfume, she never acknowledged me and my time was running out to shop so I purchased only one perfume and the Male cashier helped me with and let him know she just lost $120.00 sale,he was very apologetic!
I have been using Walgreens for 20 years. I never had a problem until moving to Kerrville and using their pharmacy. They didnt have a very common medication that is life or death for me to take, they said they were out of stock and didnt know when they would have it again. Twice they messed up my prescription. Once the prescription was for 60 pills, a medication I had been receiving from Walgreens in that amount for 15 years. They gave me 6 pills instead of 60. It took them 4 days to rectify it and I was without my medication for a day because of it. They staff is rude, they are obviously not well trained. My step mother is a pharmacist so I understand the demands of the job and their mistakes and attitude was not excusable. I started using CVS 2 months ago, I have not had one problem whatsoever. I will never use Walgreens again.
Pharmacy is very rude, they cut you off in the middle of a sentence.Dont Care. Took 3 hours to get a medicine ready that they had instock. Russ told me at 4:30 that he could not have 2-30pill prescriptions readyuntil 7:30. I ask if I could come sooner. He responded you can if you want towait until 7:30. Russ is also a racist.
Terrible service at the pharmacy. The woman stared at the computer screen and didn’t have time to help customers. High prices plus no service we will gladly shop elsewhere.

I give this store a 2. The 2 stars are for the store side and not the pharmacy. The pharmacy deserves ZERO stars. The wait times are ridiculous, and even if they were avoidable, the pharmacy staff is rude. On multiple occasions I have called and waited on hold longer than 45 minutes. I was even able to drive from Fredericksburg to Kerrville while on hold and arrived to the store before anyone picked up. This past week my husband waited in the drive thru for 35min while the woman in the car in front of him argued with the staff. My husband was late to work at that point so he just sent the prescription through the tube and drove off. I called the pharmacy and waited on hold for 63 minutes before someone answered. I was simply calling to make sure they received the script and they didnt need additional info. When the pharmacy staff answered, and I explained the situation, the man let out a long aggravated sigh. Happy holidays?!?
Not the place for passport photos. Having done the photos before and knowing the State Deparment rules, I was very disappointed. Staff member clearly cropped and retouched the background, which was off-white as allowed. I told her retouched photos, as mine clearly was, would be rejected but she dismissed my concern. She informed me that they do it all the time because the background had to be white. Going elsewhere for another set.
The store had what I needed, was clean and I didnt have to wait in a long line. While shopping, I was asked by two employees if I needed assistance. I will shop here again when in town.
Pharmacy had botched my order multiple times. My doctor had called in orders they did not have it on file. I had vowed to never go again but decided to give them another chance. Never again.
When I went to drop off scripts @ window I was told to wait in line. I couldnt stand in one place that long!! Then wait again to pick it up!! Had to call district about lack of cooperation in both that and getting a medication in, after I was told the drugs are sent automaticly and we dont have control over that, when years before they had it regularly 80 percent of the time. This store refused to order it for me. I had to travel to another town 16 ml away who had it most of the time and more than happy to order it if they didnt. I found out this Kerrville store did that to other customers who had to travel for meds . I have many health issues and dealing with getting meds was a huge mountain
This is not a bad pharmacy. The biggest problem is the customers.

If you want to save yourself the headache, go somewhere else other than Walgreens.Poor customer service nor do they have enough employees for the volume of their business.Long waits!!
