I have been more than pleased every time I have gone to the Quick Lane at Stoepel Ford. The service advisors are helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The techs always do a good job in a reasonable amount of time. They also do a good checkover of the vehicle to make sure I dont have any pending problems.

I give this one star quick Lane has been my go to for tires and oil changes since 2004. Quick lane and Dave the customer service there is always very helpful professional honest and courteous.2013 I needed a vehicle and I was going to buy a truck however the salesman left me inthe waiting area all day. Finance sales rep never Greeted himself or introduce himself.just left me in the waiting area till 2 PM I finally left. I was there at 7:30 until 2pm. I had such a headache my husband went to the Chevy dealer that night.We own a Chevy 2013 equinox it needed a low beam headlight bulb. Gave me an estimate of $110 outrageous. I went to NBJ automotive Comfort Texas and they Change headlight bulb for $20.I can’t believe I’ve been at Long standing customer so long.I don’t earn a lot of money that a Bulb change will cost $110 to replace. It’s like I’m being punished for not buying a Ford,but; I did try I was left in the waiting area. I think it’s because I was a female pushed me away. This is why I choose one star if I have a choice No star.

Steve Black thanks for helping me get my Daughter Brianne her Jeep Wrangler, these vehicles dont last on the market very long, and you definitely help answer all my questions, took my information, submitted it, and delivered it to my home in EL Paso, Texas. Shout out to Juan Rod. from ELP, we have definitely stomped on the same ground growing up in the neighborhood (tough). When I head in your direction, one day I will stop by and shake hands. Thanks again for your professionalism, and for the calls (just the right amount to close a deal), wasnt to hard to make a decision once we saw what was available with Ken Stoepel Ford.

A great mobile office while you wait and not too long; pleasant, comfortable, and efficient. David, Lori, and another wonderful tech (name?) have always been great. Recently saved me parts and labor on an unnecessary repair which was recommended by an outside source. They showed me why there was no need instead of taking my money. They could have as I was committed to doing the repair. Good work and thanks!Mike Veselka in main service department treated me as if he wanted to keep my business for years. Sensible and fair man who represented Ken Stoepel Ford very well.Sure, they arent perfect. But, I believe a fair deal is to be had if you will communicate and listen to them. I got more than I deserved on a recent issue and I am a skeptical self thinker with a DIY attitude when it comes to automobiles.Thanks guys.

Shopped around hard for tires and windshield replacement. Almost as alast resort, I contacted the Stoepel dealership (not ever having much luck with dealer service in my past).Not only did they beat the lowest prices I had gathered on both items, the quick lane gents, especially Dave, really made the experience very enjoyable!!! From delivering on every promise, including timelines, to going above and beyond with courtesy shuttle and keeping me fully informed with multiple follow up phone calls... Dave was great!Very pleased! Highly recommend!!!

Please note they answered my review over TWO YEARS LATER. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Go to Cecil Atkins in Hondo. They treated me so well I have bought two cars from them. Again watch out for Dealer Option on you contract! I have been quite disappointed in this place my first experience was when I bought a truck from them and the sales person was very pushy, buy it now! You will lose to much if you dont they lowballed my trade. I later sold it for $4000 more than they offered. They did bring in a truck that I liked but during the paperwork I noticed Dealer option buried in the contract. It was to wash and wax and detail the truck I told them to take it off. They brought the contract back and it was still on there. Two more times it came back till it wasnt on there. Now two years later they have called and told me I can upgrade to a newer model of my truck. Its a supercab f250 gas engine 8ft bed xlt. I returned the invitation and checked their inventory they didnt have one but in communication they never mentioned that they wanted me to come in and see the gas ones instead of looking at my request and telling me we dont have one but let us help you look for. They called at around 8 this morning it is almost 6 and no further communications avoid the place
