Customer service needs a little work this visit but other than that I found what I needed and then some.

I always find great deals on makeup, teeth whitening methods, and anti-wrinkle serum. All of which are normally higher priced items. I do think the furniture is overpriced, but that may not be their fault. I sat on a bunch of sectional couches today and the most uncomfortable, was smallest and just as expensive as larger more comfortable sectionals. So in summary Big Lots has great deals on certain items and other items you could find better deals elsewhere.

I’m not keen on loyalty programs from corporations like this. When you only start caring about the customers information to get more money from my name, I stop going to your store. I’m not too happy with the cashiers deceptive practices when it came to pushing the rewards program on me. I already had a $5 off coupon on my name and the cashier asked if we wanted to sign up my husband for “20% off everything” well come to find out that “20%” was a coupon for the next purchase. Why would I need to sign up for 20% coupon for next time when I can get $5 off this time? Didn’t make sense and she blatantly lied to our faces and her manager, then apologized for US “misunderstanding”, which was super annoying.I wish I knew her name because I would call corporate in a heartbeat over that. Anyways, thank you Herbie. You’re always very helpful and you made the situation right which secured my return to your store. You deserve better than those cashiers.

The employees are so nice and they have great prices, even better than Walmart.

Fairly well stocked. Decent organization. Pretty clean. Reasonable prices. Good luck getting any help on the floor. Usually only one checker, so you may have to wait a while to pay out. Buyer beware. Some of the Big Lots brand items are inferior. The ones that are ok are not a great bargain but reasonable nonetheless.

Newly remodeled great layout. Great selections for your home decor. Good pricing on furniture. Colorful items. Restrooms updated. Good associates.

Really cool little store. Im not sure what I was expecting. I thought it might have been a knock off dollar store. Instead I was greeted with a beautiful array of home goods. The had a rather nice sized selection of bedding, curtins, wash rags and silver ware. They were really cool trinkets amd goodies too! I ended up just buying some sockies. They are really soft and they have really nice grippies on them.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at checkout, I felt insulted by the cashiers attitude her attitude was on the ugly side over a price of earrings, I will stop here.Im going to call Manager today and not go back to the store.

Love the new changes that Big Lots has made. They carry a lot of really cool decor and quite a bit of diverse furniture as well as all your basic household needs.

The store runs low on stock of coffee, water and other foods that are popular with big lots.

This store is terrible about addressing items that are marked one price on the shelf, and it coming up another price at the register. It can be over a year that it is mismarked, even though it is brought to their attention several times. The manager, to his credit will say If its marked that price on the shelf, then we will sell it to you at that price. Then the next time the assistant manager will say No, we wont honor the shelf price. We will sell it at this price. Which is somewhere between what it comes up at the register and what it is marked on the shelf. There is no consistency. Its aggravating and embarrassing at times. And I dont understand why they are unwilling to change the sticker on the shelf when it is wrong and brought to their attention.

Since the remodel, this place is awesome and they have a lot bigger selection. I love that they have hard to find brands. All employees are very friendly. Highly recommend.

I like the store for the retail prices as well as how quickly they are to get you in and out the thing I like the most is their return policy when it comes to headphones sure of three kids and I pay anywhere from 20 to $5 for headphones and it seems like every one of them within a week to a month have lost or been defective but theyre always quite nice to return and exchange!

Big Lots Kerrville has been reorganized. It looks nice and fresh. It is now much easier to find what you are looking for.

You can get some good prices and I do like the new furniture selection.They have aggressive online offers, which is great for bargain hunters.

Not the close out store it started out as. You can still get good deals but you need to know prices. Some food items are actually more expensive than retail here.

I love Big Lots but Id swear this locations prices were inflated compared to locations in San Antonio. Additionally (yes I know what season it is but..) the shelfs were bare in a lot of locations in the store. That was disappointing.
