We scheduled a hearing test at a certain time which was 1:30pm. On the day of my sons hearing test I got there at 1pm. It was already 2:15pm when they finally told me, which I believe her name was Keira who does the scheduling didnt put us down at the right time. So I took my son out of school for nothing, and wasted my time for over an hour.

Exceptional service. After 21 years flying in the Navy and Reserve, plus 30 years with an airline, both demanding twice yearly audiology testing, I have a unique experience for comparison. Service was prompt for both appointments (10-15 minutes). The audiologist was very knowledgable and courteous. I cannot compare with other audiologists in Kerrville, but my experience makes me a better-than-average judge of quality of care in the hearing department. This is where I would recommend to my best friend or children.
