I am very happy with the wonderful service in this office. Dr McCae & his assistant Kay are great to work with. They make the experience of getting hearing aids as pleasant as can be!

I cannot say enough about the Audiologist (Dr.) and the receptionist at the Kerville office. The Beltone store closest to us does not have an Audiologist. We drove 4 hours from Cameron Texas to Kerville Texas because of the awesome service that they give me. So we will continue to travel eight whole hours because of the top drawer service that we are actually receiving from this amazing team.They make me feel like family and that is a hard commodity to come by these days. Beltone can count on me as a customer from here on out.

I have the Belton Amaze hearing aids. They are awesome. The staff at Kerrville Spectrum by Beltone have exceeded my expectations in obtaining, setup, adjusting my units to give me the best hearing. They also assisted me with setting me up with the Beltone App to allow me to connect my units to my cell phone via Bluetooth so I can now stream music/phone calls/TV, a great plus. I am very pleased and recommend Kerrville Spectrum by Beltone for Audiology service.

Great service and helpful staff...As a maintenance director of a senior center, I had a technical issue with some residents television and i walked in at closing time with technical issues....The staff was patient, helped me troubleshoot the issue and allowed me to get the televisions fixed and.... made senior citizens very happy
