My wife is all upset about her experience at the FedEx print center inside the Walmart. The clerk was very unprofessional in asking her personal questions that had nothing to do with the service she was there for. She said he apologized when she told him he was being rude but it shouldn’t have happened. Please treat everyone equally regardless of their age, gender, race, or disability.

I have some complicated printing needs, and every time, FedEx Printings comes through for me. Mary and staff are very attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to get my jobs to me on time, and just very friendly. So nice to have such a service in Kerrville. Super professional and excellent printing quality. Keep up the good work!!

Got a notice yesterday that my package had arrived and it was left at my doorstep. This is not the case. I am missing my package and it must have gone too the wrong address. Very disappointed with this. It was a new laptop. I will be going to or calling on Monday. Yrs. I am angry.
