After many samples of paint I bought my pale oak paint through CT Robinson because they had the best price. Once I got my paint on the wall I regretted not having the mix 25% darker. I called CT robinett to see if they could increase the pigment for me, they refused, said it is a policy of no custom mixes. I explained that it just wasnt quite dark enough to no fault of there own and wanted it darker, again the response was a firm no. They then suggest I try another Benjamin Moore store ( of which I didnt buy the paint from). They could have at least tried to add more pigment and tell me if it doesnt come out perfect we wont replace it, I still would have tried it. But instead, after me buying $230 worth of paint they wont even try to accommodate me. Ill pay a higher price elsewhere in hopes of getting a little more customer service.
