These guys are totally awesome! Our gearboxes went out on both our slide outs, at the same time, while staying local at Key Palms RV. The only RV service shop in the Keys and service booked up for weeks, they changed their schedule and got us in next day. They then set the whole team to work on getting us back on the road and continuing with our vacation. Cant thank them enough πŸ™

We regularly get our propane tanks filled here. Love the ease and value of their flat rate fill fee. If your tank is near empty, its a far better value than the exchange program at the tank exchange stores, and with their awesome staff inside and out, in my opinion, even easier. We have also used their RV parts stores for much needed in stock RV parts and supplies. They have a fair size selection of basic boat/ marine parts in stock, and we have made purchases for our sailboat as well. Definitely one of the best businesses of the Keys!

Gave a deposit for a trailer less than three months ago. Out the door price was $22900. Trailer finally arrived at the dealer yesterday. Sales person calls me this morning and says unit is here, but the price is now $29,167!!!!! Do you want it yes or no??.. I told her we were under contract/purchase agreement for $22900. Her response, yea, Im sorry but that doesnt mean anything keep in mind I had just recommended the dealer to my cousin which he went and purchased a $40000+ trailer in cash and I was going to purchase an additional 3 more trailers from this place in cash also! Ended up calling around from South Carolina, Georgia, Texas down to Tampa. All to get the same response from every dealer i spoke to your getting ripped off.. needless to say, they were ripping me off. Sales girl calls me back saying hey, Im soo sorry but I need to know if you wanna continue with the deal cause I have several people in line to purchase your unit. I Already received a quote from another dealer and will be wiring them $24500 cash tomorrow morning!! And ordering 3 possibly 4 more trailers from them. I understand prices go up due to inflation but they definitely havent gone up 40% in less than 3 months. The owner and sales girl are incredibly sweet and pleasant to speak with, just becareful you dont get ripped off like I almost did. Dont believe me, I can email every single piece of documentation including the purchase agreement (signed) !!Update -In response to the reply by the owner.....its very unfortunate and disappointing that anyone in your mom and pop business is running your operation off of pure lies. We could go back and forth about this until we are both blue in the face but its simply not worth my time or energy. In your response, you failed to mention that when I specifically asked you how much the increase would be because I was worried about the monthly payments my retired mother in law would incur, the response was oh no no. Maybe $1,000/$1,500 if that. So that was very convenient for you to leave out of your response. The truth of the matter is that you most likely have a long list of people waiting for this unit and you and your small mom and pop business could care less about loyalty to your customer nor verbal or handshakes. I was verbally told the increase wouldnt be more than 1,000/$1500. If told the price was increasing $7,000, I would have taken my deposit back a long time ago. So now I cant go by either an official sales order NOR a good ol handshake and verbal as you say. I guess I cant rely on anything as the customer of your establishment.....OUCH.For future reference, when asked a specific question about pricing that you simply cant give an answer to without absolutely knowing 100%....the correct response would be, Im sorry sir. In this current market, there is no way of us knowing at the moment.Thank you for putting my refund in the mail.

We just bought a brand new travel trailer in Ocala in October. After using it a few times we realised that it was just not big enough for our family. While on our vacation in the keys we decided that we just could not take the small space any longer and decided to look into upgrading. Holiday RV had exactly what we were looking for and we absolutely fell in love. Jack and Melody were absolutely the best. They made everything quick, convenient, and were so patient, helpful, and kind. We couldnt of asked for a better experience.

The people here went out of their way to help us out. My husband turned sharply while backing up damaging the cord. While trying to get it working a switch was tripped so we had two separate problems that needed addressed. The service department was open but no technicians work Saturday. Lou and his team still managed to fix our problems, even though it meant spending considerable time on the phone with their technicians. They were just very kind during all this. Our vehicle wasnt safe to drive with no lights and no brake assist but they got us safely back on the road!

Had to get a baseplate and tow bar put on my Jeep Wrangler after realizing it was too big of a job for me to do myself. Even though they were packed they were able to fit me in and get me in an out the next day. Super friendly staff. Very helpful, great work, and went above and beyond. Will definitely go back for rv, towing, and if I ever get a boat, marine needs in the future.

Melody and the team have been an absolute blessing to work with. They’ve become a second family and have helped us immensely. With the excitement and nervousness of purchasing and running a first time camper, they have gone beyond by helping us become more comfortable with our purchase and always available to answer questions and help. I brought my propane tank to be filled. Employee Eric told me that there was a flat rate fee for fill up regardless of how much they put in tank. He was kind and guesstimated it was about 3/4 full. I duly appreciate his honesty and integrity. When my tank gets near empty I will return there to fill it, because of his Honesty.

Holiday RV was wonderful with us, on short notice. We filled up our propane once arriving in the Keys, however within a week, we were low again. We went to refill again and discussed this with folks at Holiday. They suggested we needed to check for a leak. They made room for us in the schedule and got on it immediately. They found the leak, replaced the regulator, retested and filled us up with propane while we waited comfortably inside with our caged parrot entertaining staff and customers. They made the warranty service call and took care of getting the job mostly covered by warranty. Great service and knowledgable staff!

Holiday RV was very quick and helpful in fixing what we thought was an air conditioner problem. We called late one afternoon and their wonderful technician Juan came early the next morning to check it out. He quickly determined that we needed a new transfer switch, which Holiday RV was able to get that day. Juan then came back and installed the new switch early the next morning. Excellent and knowledgeble service. We are very pleased.

Bob couldnt have been more friendly and helpful in assisting us throughout the whole process, and he went over and beyond to spend hours with us as we have been contemplating this purchase for months. I called for a last minute toilet install after being repeatedly given the run around by other plumbers. Holiday RV was able to rework their schedule and drive out to my location, same day, to accommodate me.They called when they said the would call, arrived when they said they would arrive, performed the job quickly and effectively, and I only paid the price I was quoted on the phone. All of those things should be standard practice, but sadly arent.I am very pleased with Holiday RV, and will happily return when I need their services in the future.

Me and my husband are staying in Key Largo for the summer and last week my A/C stop working, we call Holiday RV on Saturday to set up an appointment to come and check the Unit, we got the appointment for Tuesday afternoon an it was determined the A/C need it to be replaced, after they work out the details with the insurance company by Friday I had a brand new A/C, I couldnt be happier the guys were amazing and very professional and friendly I totally recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for RV services place. I give them 5 star :)

Consumer beware! These people are crooks! They had my rig for a few days and did nothing! At the last minute they’re guy brushed two wires and the maintenance manager swore up and down the electrical problem was fixed! Upon connection to sure problem and $313 later I had the same problem as before. Irma the secretary was useless over the phone when I called them back. The owner will reply to this review twisting truth with lies. Look at prior negative feedbacks. There are many mobile RV repairman in the local area that are honest and trustworthy. Avoid these thieves!

I just bought my first RV and was petrified at all the nightmare stories Id heard over the years when it comes to dealerships gouging you left and right, especially when theyre the only option in town.Holiday RVs is the exact OPPOSITE of that.Ive twice now brought my rig in to have something looked at (generator and furnace), and both times they could have very easily said it needed major repairs and, $450 later, Id have a working generator. But in both cases they made a quick diagnosis and only charged me for half an hour of labor. You just cant put a price on honesty like that. In both cases a quick diagnosis was all I needed in order to take the next steps on my own.I might also note they have a superb parts department. Id already read up on the best of certain items to buy (waste tank drain hose, black water tank cleaner, LED light bulbs, etc.) and that was the exact brand they carried in every case. I was particularly pleased that they had the new style of LED interior bulbs which have a nice clean white light, not that ghastly blue light as with older LED bulbs.It might also be mentioned that their LED bulbs are less than HALF the price of the exact same bulb at West Marine, so it appears theyre not gouging people in the parts department, either.All in all, a top-notch service with top-notch people.

I just bought a boat from Holiday RV and Marine and Im very satisfied with my experience. Rick was our salesman and was terrific. He was responsive and diligent in putting together a very fair deal for us which included getting us financing. The terms for the bank were better than I could secure on my own! Rick is a man of his word and came through on every promise made to us; he is a credit to salesman everywhere. Rick also served as a good buffer from the owner who seemed angry that I made an offer that was 5% less than the asking price. We did settle on a price that we were satisfied with, however it was an uncomfortable moment in an otherwise seamless transaction. When we picked up the boat we had a seatrial and I was assisted by one of their mechanics named Tom. He was affable and knowledgeable about the boat and all of its options. He spent considerable time with me to explain how everything worked and what to pay attention to as the boat ages. Upon leaving he helped me strap the boat to the trailer and generally went above and beyond what was required of him. I sincerely appreciated his hard work on my behalf. The closing was done by the co-owner Melody. It was quick and easy! Melody was personable and fast. Two qualities you like to see during a closing when you want to get home and put your new boat in the water! All things considered I would definitely ask for Rick and do business with Holiday RV and Marine again.

We were staying at Keys Palms near Holiday RV on our first outing since having our AC units upgraded. It rained the first night and we had a serious leak. I called Holiday at 8am the next morning when they opened. Spoke with Billy and he sent Ryan out that very morning. Ryan discovered that the leak was not due to the rain after all but a result of the condensation drain lines not connected correctly on 2 of the AC units. This resulted in the condensation pump sending water into the vent system and into the coach. He brought extra parts in case the seals were bad around the AC units but didnt need them once he found the drain line issue. As a result, the repair was less than originally quoted (when does that ever happen?) They followed up and sent two techs (Ryan and one other) to inspect it two days later (no additional charge) just to be sure there would be no further water intrusion. Couldnt be happier with their professionalism, responsiveness, thoroughness and follow-up. Highly recommend them - saved our vacation and took the stress out of our trip by identifying and solving the water leak issue so quickly.

We live in Key Largo and had an RV issue yesterday. I called the (newly owned) Holiday RV and they sent out a service person right away. Not only did he take care of the issue, but dealing with the service department was an overall 5star experience. Yes, they charge for a service call to your location (so does everyone), but dont be surprised when they actually show up on time and quote you a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Was shopping for a training craft and wandered onto Holiday RV &Marine... I have been to over a dozen boat dealers and most appear disinterested at discussing used boats....Holiday on the other hand went out if their way to schedule a test run and then delivered to Marathon... the owner, who i had not met was with Jon( salesman) when they arrived at my dock...a six hour round trip delivery with the boss!!! Second time Ive used them for RV repair. Service took MONTHS to finish and its always the suppliers fault. Communication with service department was much better this time but when I asked about selling my unit on consignment I waited two weeks for a return call that never came. Finally called them and they said they werent interested. So now its time to arrange for pickup. I call and give them 3 days advance notice and then call again on that morning so that they can have the unit ready to go. I get there to find they havent even started and I sit and wait another 30 minutes. New service mgr is a stand-up guy. I hope he can turn the place around.

Worst place ever. I called them and asked them if they did warranty work on Forest River travel trailers. They said yes but because I did not buy from them I had to wait a month to bring it in. BTW I spoke to three different people there and they said no problem we will service your trailer. So I wait a month and bring it in. They new it was a 2 1/2 hour drive for me one way. So I bring it in and they check me in and say we will call you when it is ready. Three days later they call and tell me they refuse to do the work and bring it back to were you bought it. When I call and speak to a manager he laughs on the phone and says thats what you get for not buying from us. Do not buy from them do not give them any of your business they are bad news. I bought my trailer from Americas RV because it was $7,000.00 less then what they wanted to sell the same RV for. They are a rip off and I would drive 10 miles away again to save $7,000.00. Well camping world is fixing it now with no problem that I did not buy from them. If I could give zero stars I would.

I just purchased a custom ordered travel trailer from Rick . He answered the phone EVERY time I called and provided me with updates on the status of my unit every couple of weeks. I tried to order my new trailer from two other Florida based dealers and was not even able to get a return call or quote from them. Holiday RV is a very different experience. If you are considering a new unit: dont hesitate to give these guys a try.

My wife and I were looking for our first travel trailer. I had never been to Holiday RVM but it is located in the Florida keys which there is not a better place to be. We went to another large dealer in Dania Beach,Fl and you felt the corporate vibe as soon as you drove in and the salesman looked like a bunch of vultures flying around road kill. We arrived at the dealer and was greeted and directed to Rick the RV salesman. That man is a class act he took us outside and showed us from the lowest price trailers to their most expensive and bingo we found the one we wanted unfortunately it was sold but two weeks later we had ours as he promised. During transport it was damaged which is not their fault but they fixed it with no issue or excuse. There were a few scratches which they also resolved also they had to repair one more thing but time passed and I forgot to send them the information but low and behold they called me to remind me and that is called customer service.The setup my truck with a trailer brake and weight distribution bars that work flawlessly. I could not feel any better dealing with Jack, Melody,(owners) Rick(RV Sales), Tony and Billy(Parts and Service) and kudos to their service guys in the yard I forgot their names regardless it was a positive experience.I can without a doubt recommend them for an RV or travel trailer purchase. I have seen reviews about customers complaining about lack of inventory they are giving the showroom a complete overhaul and being a business owner it is not cheap to keep a lot of inventory that might sit for a while. Holiday RVM is not your big city dealership and it shows but I will do business with them hand over fist.AND MOST IMPORTANT YOU WILL NOT LEAVE WITH A HOLE IN YOUR WALLET PRICES ARE VERY FAIR!

Told them we had been using it for the past month, moved it then it would not start. They pretty much called me a liar. Caveat Emptor,This business provided the worst customer service that I have ever received. Make sure to get your service agreement in writing. This is because it will take 90-120 days for any warranty work to take place, and they will forget what they told you multiple times. Service tech will make excuses as to why they shouldnt complete what needs to be done. Good luck getting anyone on the phone or having anyone return your call. Their billing department and warranty personnel will mess up your paperwork. Keep driving past this business and save your cellular data by calling someone else.

This place advertises propane refills, but hides the fact that they only charge for full tank refills! We asked for one of our tanks to be measured because it wasn’t empty, they did, they put 20 lbs of propane in our 30 lb tank, and then tried to charge us for 30 lbs! They have a bulk rate listed, but apparently only use that for motorhomes, unless you fight with a manager long enough. Willful attempt to rip off customers.

Bunch of idiots. This is where RVs come to DIE. Inquired about an RV, after viewing online...They said it worked, I could drive it and check everything out. I got there and suddenly they didnt think they could start it, it smelled like a swamp, they FINALLY told me it had been sitting there for years and STILL tried selling it to me, saying I wasnt going to find what I wanted to spend anywhere else.... After telling them we had seen plenty of RVs in the same price range the sales guy just chuckled and shook his head, very obviously assuming we didnt know what we were talking about.Drove 2 hours to see this hunk of crap, and the two fat morons running the place were nothing but grease-monkey RV toilet salesmen. Everything on their lot was either not for sale or dead.

After being sent here for my Jayco Warantee claim by Jayco and it taking 7 months to changeout 2 murphy bed tents and a fridge part, well what can I say this place has had a ton of turn over of employees, says alot especially when both owners are on site all the time.My issues with them were.....1) time it took for repairs2) during repair techs stepped on sofa with mud feet and did not even clean it off3) my unit was left totally open that the amount of dust was layers thick and it was not wven swept4) my propane tank vanished ( maybe an employee needed it over the hurricane)5) my travel trailer 12v batter was switched with a car battery that was dead / damaged6) the employee tuenovwr is the worst I have ever seenI had to give them 1 star to get a rating in, but they are not worth 1 star.

Disappointed as First Time Renter. I rented an RV for a family vacation at Key Largo Kampground. I got the smaller of the 2 styles available. The office ladies were nice and cordial enough. I paid extra for the setup/breakdown. The bathroom was very tight and the AC blows more toward the back and not in the front where the large bed is located. Heres the part you must BEWARE...checking out. When the unit got setup I did not walk thru with them to see whats there and whats not. After they brought back the unit to their lot, and Im no longer in town, they called tell me there were significant damage to the unit and an extra $450 charge coming out of my credit card, which they have on file. Luckily I was still in the area and was able to stop by several days later. They showed me things that were missing that would have been large enough to be noticed, like vent cover for the AC. Joint strip that was about 2 foot long. A small stain-like or irregularity on the arm rest of the leather sofa. The black on the bottom of the pot stained the plastic sink, which they claimed would have to be stripped and repaired. Small bit of food still in the sink, thus charge for cleaning up. In other words, I should have returned the unit perfectly clean. When I ask, why dont they include in the rental fee for cleaning service, they said they will next time. This telling me either they are inexperience or simply just trying to rip me off. I would be extra, extra careful if youre planning to do business with these peoples.

Im giving them an extra star just for effort and being nice and courteous. But other than that, they would get a 2 star rating. The bright side...their staff tries hard! The bad side, the owner is obviously an absentee member of his organization. They are consistently disorganized to the point where you wonder, is anybody in charge? I once gave them my 2006 A class rv for sale under consignment. I was out of state for 6 months and couldnt understand why my clean beautiful coach hadnt gotten a decent offer. When I returned, I learned why! The entire time it was there, it had never been washed! My shiny rims were now rusty, cobwebs were inside the rv, and the batteries had gone dead after no one took the time to start it from time to time. I, of course had to pay for 4 new replacement batteries, plus storage fees! What a waste of time. I used to take my rv all the way from Homestead to Tampa for repairs, so I thought the convenience of only having to drive 30 minutes to go to these guys was a better choice...wrong!I gave them several attempts to prove my eyes wrong, but the facts are, they are too overwhelmed with trying to keep the boat afloat to concern themselves with matters of detail. Most of the time, after service, you will get back a vehicle that is dirtier than when you left it.The last straw for me was when I brought it in for 4 issues. I was called and told the repairs and service were complete. I went and paid the $2k, then driving home realized that 2 of 4 of the items werent corrected. One, being the generator service which includes an oil change. I was suspicious and asked can they confirm it was done? They said, no, but they think it was. So I asked what brand of oil filter they use. Their response, Onan. I drove it to a local mechanic that I use sometimes and he checked and found it was a NAPA filter...the same brand he used the last time he changed it! smh.Lack of organizational checks and balances really ruins what seems to have so much potential! I wanted to give these guys multiple chances, but after a certain point, you have to admit an the inconveniant truth... That these guys arent ready for the Majors, they are farm league players at best.

Allen quoted it to be two hours work, which came out to $291.22, it only took him 1 hour and 20 minutes. I still paid for 2, and didnt say anything because what is new with Keys businesses, that was Thursday. (6/25) I put the camper on my truck Thursday after work and the clearance lights would not come on with the headlights, but flashed with the hazard lights on. I called Friday morning to get it corrected I was told Allen was out on a job, and Allen would get back to me after lunch. I never heard back until I called around 4:50pm and he called back about 3 minutes later stating that he just got back from the job. I told him what was going on and he immediately stated that it must be the original 7-point wiring harness that is the problem (from Dodge) and not his work. And he wouldnt be able to look at it until Monday. (This was Friday)I came to their shop at about 8:05 on Monday on my way to work with the intention of dropping the truck and camper off while I got a lift to work so Allen could fix his mistakes on the harness. When Allen came out he plugged a sensor into the hitch 7 way and said that it was wired wrong, because he couldnt of possibly crossed a wire. (Dodge wired it; boats and campers have worked without a problem) I asked him to check the one up by the cab he did and said it was wired wrong. (Same plug that my northland Camper used with out a problem) I asked if he could fix it then, Allen said not until Thursday or Friday he has people getting ready for the Fourth of July weekend. I guess since I paid them last week my holiday didnt matter. Allen did tell me to check with the office about a appointment, I stood around another 10 minutes with out any help and I left because I had to go to work. I brought my truck to South East Trailer Sales, they figured out the crossed wire as soon as I told them what it was doing. It took him about 5 minutes to fix it. After that is when it get really ugly. I went back up to Holiday RV with photos of the crossed wires to show Allen and Allen completely lost it, Allen screamed at me in the middle of the store calling me a liar, and I dont mean raised his voice a little bit, I mean puffed up, in my face that I am a liar I really thought he was going to attack me. I tried to let Allen speak on the phone with Pat from South East Trailer so he could explain what he did to correct it and Allen just got more upset, I asked Allen to calm down and Allen walked out.After dealing with the office folks for a while longer because at this point I wanted a refund it seemed that they calmed Allen down enough to come back out again. At this point Allen and one of the office personal went out (by Allens request that is how out of control this guy is he needs witnesses) to the truck again and when we checked the 7 ways they all worked fine. Allen said, I AM GOING TO INVESTIGATE THIS AND WE WILL SEEAfter Allens investigation Allen printed off the schematic from Lance that I tried to show Allen at the start, you could see how upset he was that he made the mistake.Allen still would not conceded the possibility he made a mistake. Allen decided it was only worth 15 minutes of HIS time because another company was able to correct his mistakes. Allen claims to be the manager there, he literally got in my face and screamed at me. I have never met a owner of a business that would let a manger speak to their customers the way Allen did. I have never been treated the way I was by Allen. They took $36.40 off of the bill, that is 15 minutes of time and he cant even do a job correctly. They ignore the fact that I took a day off of work to address something that should have been done a week ago. Allen is such a child he doesn’t even seem to have the mental capacity to speak to some one as an adult.I want to point out in case it was missed Holiday RV charged me $291.22For a Lance slide in Camper plug in. I brought everything they needed to do it, They said they could handle it when Allen couldn’t he lost it.
