I walked right in and was greeted by Johnathan, who helped right away. He was very helpful and walked me through every step. Very pleased with the service.

It took my sil 3 times to pay her bill. She went a half hour before work and the first 2 times she waited 15-20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging her. Not even a “be with you soon”. All she needed was to pay. She had to leave both times. She was finally able to pay today. It was a female that hadn’t been there the first 2 times that helped her.

Beware these guys like to sell you BS to get the sale. An associate (Mandy) swore that 1) we could get the $30 new-line activation fee waived by calling ATT due to Covid (helpful since I told him I was laid off), and 2) we were required to carry one month insurance. On both accounts corporate ATT without question said these were false. Beware of this store.

I cant give any stars. Since George left the staff is uninformed and lazy. I was told I could add a share line for $15. I asked, over 3 visits and asking over a dozen times what it would cost to add the line to my bill. The answer : $15. My bill came with a $50 charge. When I revisited the store about it, I was told of course, it costs to add the line. WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME THAT WHEN I ASKED? Answer; I never asked that question. Month 2 - my bill came with a $40 charge for the added line, but has a $15 discount, so $25. STILL OVER THE $15 I WAS TOLD. Why? because I have 2G and to get the $15 you need 15G or higher. The guys were looking at my account when offering me the added line for $15, and we specifically talked about the 2G, AND they checked my usage. UNBELIEVABLE!! DO YOUR JOBS. Now, how do I go to the elderly couple on a fixed income and tell them their share of the bill is almost double?

Called to ask a question was never given an answer. I had to ask yes or no answers like I said to her I am asking a question can u answer me.she said yes. I ask do you deal with virizon phones...she said this is AT&T I said so you do nothing but AT&T she said yes. Silence I said I am asking cause I dont know she hung up. Go figure

Went by today for a cell reception booster. New girl, on her second day, didnt know what I was talking about. Mgr said he had booster he guaranteed would work. Turns out, the only thing that was guaranteed was that booster could not be returned, even unopened in 1.5 hrs.

I had problems, they solved them.
