The staff was helpful, but the phone I wanted was not available - it was out of stock, but it was still on display.
Ive been a Metro customer since they were just in Texas and one other place up north. They have Stellar customer service and thats why Im still with them.

The managers at this store, Dustin and Tyler, were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I went to their store to transfer from another carrier to Metro PCS, while porting (keeping) my phone number. There were some glitches in the system, but these gentlemen resolved each issue promptly. I give this store the highest recommendation, 5 stars, at least while these two men are working there.Metro PCS seems to have about 90% of the coverage and signal strength of the carrier I left, but Metro is only about one third the cost. I can live with that. Also, unlimited data has a few caveats as well, but for the price they are also quite workable.Overall, I am very happy with the store and the carrier.
This place tried to over charge despite the fine print revealing the true price. When called out on his deception the owner got mad and told me to find another metro store. I recommend not wasting ones money at this location.
Awesome group of guys! Im originally from New York and Metro pcss reps in those stores are very harsh. This guys at this location were nothing like New York reps. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Not the best customer service trained staff and be sure about the phone you want before buying it. Absolutely no return or even exchange policy.

I bought a new iphone from metro pcs. The next morning I was not happy with my purchase. I called to enquire about the return policy and the girl said I have no options. When I asked her about an exchange she just said no. I suggested I may have to leave metro pcs and she said whatever I asked her for her name and the attitude worsened and she raised her voice more than once. Yesenia you have very poor custumer service skills. I am sure I have been a customer longer than you have been an employee. I plan to find a new carrier after this experience. Im incredibly disappointed

I have been with this store pretty much since they opened. Service has been exceptional!!! Im about to buy the galaxy s7 edge. Im sooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Extremely bad place. I spent alot of money at this place. They were happy to take me money. However when i need their help i recieved absolutely none. I instead got some punk kid giving me a bad time. The kid showed my wife nothing but disrespect and he simply refused to help us. We attempted to get more information as to who we can contact above him.... all he gave us was false names and false phone numbers. After doing our own research we emailed the owners, who inturn has refused to help us as well. In the 5 years we have been using this metro pcs store we have purchased at least 6 phones.... 2 of them being Galaxy S5s, and when we recieved no help fixing those when the screens cracked we inturn purchased a S6 & a S6Edge. Less than a year later we are having problems with the phones... and this metro pcs store is telling us, its not our problem, we cant help you!!! I need a phone, so i go back in there yesterday to buy a cheap phone, this kid who is acting like a real little punk, gets into a argument with my wife THAT HE INSTIGATED, then tells me he is refusing service to us, THEN I BLOW UP ON THE KID then we leave.... COMPLETELY DEFEATED & ENTIRELY CHEATED. I just dont understand how this store can treat us like this.... after spending so much money and being loyal customers?! This store is a scam.

Note to managementStore need I-tec training. Unable to help me resetting cell. 45 min. They where unable to do it. Try to sale a new one. I try myself and I did it in 10min.
