Great place. Knowledgeable staff. They are very helpful and will assist you with what ever you need. They know where is everything is. And they can tell you anything u need to know about any product. They have anything you might think off, that is home 🏡 related. And all the tools 🔧 you might need for any DIY project! Ironically; sometimes I need to work on my old truck but missing some tools, i go get it from home depot, because the Auto parts 🚘 place might not have it.Unfortunately I have to give this place 4 🌟 not 5🌟 because their prices is just a little higher than what you can find online on the biggest online retail website!However; if you are like my wife; (how like to see 👀 & touch anything before she buy it) then this is your place to go.We also live on Key West island; where very few shop & companies are down here! I am sure this place adds to all local peoples life who live down Florida Keys here.

Open at 6am and not crowded! Looked an item up on line and found it right where they aid it would be! Took a while for a cashier ... I am not an employee, no self checkout for me!

I always encounter some super friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people here.

Needed 2 large items that were located on the top shelf in the garden center. Forklift was already in the next isle, but the employee driving it would not acknowledge me. Asked another employee if there was a way someone could retrieve the items, was told no. No attempt made to get someone to retrieve the items. Same response from a second employee, and the third said to ask the forklift guy. Nobody made any effort at all to assist. Terrible customer service. Ended up going to the Marathon location and had the items (also located on the top shelf) within 5 minutes.

Well laid out. Helpful and professional staff. Sometimes difficult to park it is such a busy place.

THE BEST Home Depot Ive ever been to. Gorgeous tropical plants for very reasonable prices. I got 6 Vanda orchids for $70.00 with tax. 3 of them came in hanging baskets. They have giant banana trees and climbing jasmine plants for $15.00. 5 stars!

If your looking to buy and appliance and have it delivered by Home Depot third party XPO delivery service —- DON’T….. We tried to buy a refrigerator here. We were told the delivery would install up to one flight of stairs. We were told they would remove old fridge.. all sounded normal… They use a company called XPO to deliver. Delivery came and they told us we had two refrigerators and they were not going to install either of them, but instead leave them down stairs. (Same size fridge as we had delivered 6 years ago, same house same spot).. we called delivery service and asked about this and the second fridge, and why no installation.. they told us we would be billed for the second one we ordered and “they don’t install” or we have to cancel order.. no sooner I hung up delivery guys were gone.We called HD about our refund, manager Cody said come to store this afternoon we get you squared away, (admitted this is happening a lot) I made sure over the phone he was capable of refunding or did we have to wait a day or two.. he assured me no problem. Got there and staff manager said we had to wait.. colossal waist of time. Manager Mike did a good job keeping things cool. We were wanting to use the money to get same fridge from local spot Kholages that day across the street..We shop HD allot for obvious reasons. The do a pretty good job in house But this was a huge problem. What could have been a easy refer delivery turned out to be a mess. Waisted a whole day for nothing. Hope HD gets their act together.

I’m not completely happy with the inside Home Depot associates. But this 5 start are for Alex who is working assisting us at the parking lot, always active and willing to help even in rainy days.There is another guy from Haiti who is also very helpful (I couldn’t get his name), every single time he helped me to load my Jeep. I tried to give a tip and he refused to take the money. Great experience at the parking lot.

I just went to take advantage of the Black Friday deals. Mike helped me find the products I wanted to purchase. The store was fully stocked and all the sales associates were very friendly! This is my new favorite place to shop in Key West!

Decent home depot.Lacks size so many selections are reduced to best sellers.Had a couple knipex pliers for a while; gone now.No full tool lineups like some larger stores.Great to have but lacking sometimes.

Franchesca at the service desk is wonderful to deal with! The crazy person that takes 45 mins to fumble around on the register on the contractor side is not. So if your doing corporate order or call in order go to service desk!

Hands down the worst home depot I have ever been to! No body knows s#!+. Weather it be what it is, where it is, or when they will get more. The qualifications for working here must be breathing. If you can avoid it by going to Marathon then do yourself the favor and save half a headache because I would give them one more star then this one because a fraction of the people know what they are doing.

Employees have little training and can not find a product on the computer, said l need to see picture or bar code.thay do not want to put in any effort to help,l could not get my delivery that day 78 dollars, over seas lumber 17 dollars for delivery

I have had several terrible experiences at Home Depot across the country Their online ordering is terrible. I never received email confirmation They didn’t send me all of my order. What came was late. When I took back some of the things that I did not need, because I did not receive my entire order, the cashier was rude on top of it all. Never again.

Customer service was not existing, sat there 15 minutes watched a woman that was right in front of me swear and leave because she was there before me and wasnt helped while there was 3 working there taking in returns that came in 10 minutes after we were in line .

Its pretty nice and the staff are friendly. I was looking for PVC fittings and they were all scattered in the wrong boxes so it took me forever to find what I needed. I cant complain too much about that though because it isnt their fault. I would assume they would check through it every now and then though.

A Home Depot is a Home Depot, more or less, but then again, if youre from the frozen North, it might amuse you to see summer furniture and BBQ grills on display in January. It always makes me smile. You can purchase the usual home improvement store goods and enjoy some lush tropical plants at the same time. Worth a visit to see how the O-mile-marker people live. On the edge of Key West, a little short on parking, but theres also a Five Guys hamburger restaurant just across the street so its worth the trip.

Geared twords the emergency. Wish there were more specialty items. Quite generic.

Usually I get great service at the key West home Depot. Not today. I was there to pick up an online order. One gentleman only was working behind the counter, and 10 people were waiting to return things. It too awhile. A long while. And he gave no recognition to anyone of their wait or a thank you for their patience. Just poor customer service.

This was hands down the worst Home Depot I’ve ever visited. They don’t offer assistance of any kind. They don’t have hardly any materials at all. This Home Depot is reminiscent of an arts and crafts store rather than a contractors material store. They don’t carry hardly anything needed for the job.

I work there. The staff is great.

Garden center could use more help especially when needing assistance pushing cart to car. Recently purchased 30 bags of pine bark and could find no one in that section who would stop to help. Perhaps management could improve this area. A lot of older people could use help with large purchases. A woman had to ask me help loading a small fridge into her car today while employee just stood and watched.

Great selection in garden plants, but no houseplants today.

Today we had horrible experience at the Customer Service desk, employees should be trained to have right attitude toward customers, Lenny was unacceptably rude

Mike helped with a verity of hardware. Marcia helped me find one item but the way she went about it was out of the ordinary .When I told her about the exceptional service, she told me without the customer there is no store without the store there is no job !
