Broke down on my way home over the weekend. Went in at 0800 Monday morning. Justin diagnosed the problem right away. Had me in and out right away. Charged me what I thought was extremely inexpensive. Justin SAVED my vacation! My battery died just after arriving in Key West. I replaced it, but was told that the alternator needed to be replaced too. I went to KEYS CUSTOMS, Justin ran the diagnostic testing and told me that the alternator did NOT need replacing. He didnt charge me for this service or his time!!! I offered to buy him lunch, but he refused. It is a pleasure to meet such an honest individual!

Price was way to high and took several trips to get the job done an was still half a** done .....update figured out they broke the wheel speed sensor it has to be removed before removing the wheel bearing and then the bearing is upside down it has a cutout for the sensor so thanks guys ya got me good

This was the most expensive brake pads i ever put in my life. 450$ total for the 2 on the front. And of course it did not even fix the issue, the bearings were the ones needing urgent attention. This is ridiculous how people can charge 220$ for the labor to put 2 brake pads, but this is how they take advantage if you broke down and have no other choice. Probably there are still some honest mechanics out there but definitely NOT these guys. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Work was done in the time they stated, the mechanic got some smudges on the interior. I pointed it out, and the owner immediately apologized. He not only completely cleaned it up on the spot but offered to have me come in another time and have the whole vehicle detailed. Very professional and solid work

Are these reviews even inspected? The guy with the corvette sounds fake. 30k for a corvette sounds cheap and the guy with the expensive brake pads...well what freakin brakes and car is he running it could be a normal price!!!

They dropped my corvette off a lift totalling my 30,000 car. Wouldnt give me their insurance info or offered to work out a settlement. Had to call my insurance and a personal attorney. Not right
