I called Harbor Marine Electric on a weekend they were closed because we had little to no electric switches & outlets working on our houseboat. We were using box fans with very long industrial cards spanning the length of the house to the few outlets that worked. At night we had little to no light. We were tripping on cords. We were miserable and it was actually dangerous.I was so impressed when Jade with Harbor Marine Electric answered my call on the very Monday following my pitiful plea for help. She was kind and helpful and actually persuaded me to give their tech Steve an opportunity to help us because she knew we would be pleased.Pleased is an understatement! Steve was so knowledgeable and got to work right away. In short order I was doing happy dances!!! I can honestly say Steve arrived and then there was light!!! He too was very kind and determined to get everything working as it should. He had to identify every circuit and then had to isolate every switch and outlet and put them on the correct circuit breaker for the entire house. Not an easy task!!! It was obvious he loves his job, both the work, AND helping people.When Steve left we put the box fans and cords away and enjoyed our ceiling fans and all the lights and outlets throughout the house. We are still smiling!I cant think of a single time we invited a company into our home and realized a better outcome! We had an issue with a battery cable and called them to get some advice. Steve called back promptly and had me text him pictures of the cable. They were able to squeeze us in after hours to make all the repairs. Steve was awesome to work with and knows what he is doing. We will absolutely use them again. Steve came to our sailiing catamaran (Lagoon 440) in Key West and helped me troubleshoot my entire Mastervolt charging system. I needed to make a few changes, add fuses and install a new large battery charger. He was very knowledgeable about the wiring system on our boat and offered good suggestions. He answered his phone everytime I called and showed up later that day. He Came out to the boat three times. I highly recommend Steve, super nice guy to work with.
