Went in for an oil change and the service was spectacular! Very nice people and my car was ready ahead of schedule. It’s a small dealership but they treated me like a person not a number. I will be returning for my next oil change and then buying a car from this hometown dealership . Very happy with the experience.

I especially appreciate the kindliness of your Service Advisor, Julie. There was a time, about a year ago, when I had been told I needed a new battery. She got in my car, started it up, and said, You donf need a new battery! She saved me $200!This time she gave me the same kind treatment. My car was towed in. Service was spot on however, my husband dropped me off and when I called for the shuttle service to pick me up I was told there wasn’t any! I’ve used this location before and they took me to town AND picked me up. So, my husband had to leave work to bring me back. Not good customer service. They seem to be short handed with help. Phone rings many times without being answered.

The staff and service was excellent and completed the service in the time period stated.

Excellent experience interacting with the website, sales team, sales manager and finance manager. The test drive and delivery process were engaging and informative. Readily recommend the dealership and will return if in the market for another vehicle.

Were down in Key West visiting and had a problem with our vehicle, Toyota Sequoia. They fit us in and fixed the problem and did an oil change as well.
