Wayne was terrific, he scheduled my Buick for service per my request. He had the technicians change out the two filters in addition to the oil change for which I had the appointment. My car was finished on time, once again per my request. I appreciate Waynes attention to detail.

He explained the work to be done, scheduled it and I dropped my car off for the service. Service was completely promptly and was well done. First time owner of a Cadillac and my decision to by a Cadillac was because it could be serviced here. Had Lexus in the past. I was very impressed with my first service appt. with Wayne and I am glad I am now in the Niles Family.

We bought our first Cadillac from Niles, a 2021 XT6, and have brake issues the service department will/can not fix. The brakes make a loud noise on the driver’s side and fight against the engine. The service manager told us Cadillac was aware of the issue, but there is no repair / corrective measure for it now (maybe not ever). We should have been told about this issue when we purchased the vehicle, if it was known, as the service manager says. We have owned many vehicles, and the brakes never made these sounds or worked so poorly. Niles and Cadillac should honor their warranty on this weeks old new vehicle, and repair the brakes immediately.
