So, Im on vacation, need a souvenir and love the Salt Life brand, so I was very happy to find the storefront right on Duval Street. The store was clean and the staff was super friendly. I got what I needed but when I got home (not in Florida) I realized I bought the wrong size. I called and spoke with the manager, Mike. He was so incredibly helpful and allowed me to remedy the situation through the mail (not something that is typically done). His follow up was amazing and my kid is happy with his souvenir that fits. Thanks Mike for the outstanding customer service!!!!

I stopped in this store and made a small purchase on a decal of $6.00. Took a chance on buying a black decal to stick on my window of my truck. Get home, install, and of course....black was a mistake. You couldnt see it. Feeling like I just wasted $6.00, I decide to check saltlife.com and of course I couldnt find this decal in any color but pink. I decide to email their customer service who in turn gives me the phone number back to this location to see if I could order and have shipped a new decal. I call, and lucky for me, the manager, Mike Cabral answers. I explain my story. Seems they dont normally ship from store. Mike does a solid favor though as he realizes I really want this decal. He gets a replacement decal in white and ships it to me at no additional cost. Its this kind of service that not only brings repeat customers, but brings these kind of reviews, that also help attract new customers. If your down in Key West and on Duval Street, stop into this location. Just dont get a black decal for your vehicle window. Mike thanks again for your excellent service. I hope to stop again at this location the next time I come through Key West.

I had a small concern with a recent visit to the store. Immediately contacted the store, after receiving my credit card statement and noticing an error. I was fortunate to get the store owner, Mike Cabral, when I called. He was quick to rectify the mistake and make it right. My service in the store was great. The follow up response by the owner was outstanding. Definitely the kind of business where you want to spend your money. I will be back to spend more money when I return to Key West - just because of my experience!! Thank you Mike.

My son purchased 2 shirts as a gift for me and when I tried them on they were the wrong size. I live in Connecticut and called the store spoke to the manager Mike Cabral who promptly said no problem ship them down and he will exchange for correct size. Great customer service. Thanks Mike.

This is one of the many souvenir shops around town, all pretty much sell the same thing from the same vendors and have the same today only! sales haha They did have a unique brand of salt life, which is there brand. Worth checking out. They also have a ticket salesperson in the front of the store, so expect to be asked what they can sign you up for haha

I cant begin to say enough good things about the Key West Salt Life store or its Manager Mike. Mike went FAR above and beyond to help me locate a hard to find item and I am grateful for his help. There is nothing better than patronizing a business and discovering true customer service. Key West Salt Life has earned my loyalty and I cant wait to visit the store the next time Im in town. Thank you Mike....you and your employees represent the Salt Life brand extremely well.

Stepped into this store just to browse and the worker told me I couldnt be in the store. When I asked why he said....uhhhh....isnt it obvious in a very condescending tone. I understood that there was no power on the block but all of the other stores were open and welcoming...this store didnt have any doors closed or a closed sign up so how was I suppose to know? Anyways....I told the man he didnt have go be so rude in his message in which he proceeded to raise his voice at me. As I walked out the door he said...take it how you want....very unprofessional and disappointed in a store that I love.

I was absolutely amazed by Deannas awesome customer service, & how amazing she is at her job!! This very pretty, nice woman named Deanna, was really helpful, & was rite there, when I needed any type of help!! She always had a smile, & was very polite, & considerate. She told me about how I could apply for a discount online, wich was amazing, cause I was shopping for both myself, & my wife, as well, and everybody likes saving money when they can, ya know!! I will continue to shop at, & keep going to Salt Life, downtown Duval St., just for Deannas great personality, & amazing help alone!! Facts, its always nice to be lucky enough to get awesome curteous service like that, no matter where your shopping, but Deanna made my shopping experience 100% all the way, & its being treated nice like that, that makes the shopping experience so much better, always!!
