Excellent customer service. They worked with us on a tricky logo and made it work. The final product looks fabulous. We will definitely be back with other projects.

Up front on quality I expected then did not deliver!!! Wrong logos on jackets. Logo on one side 3/4 lower than the other side!!! Ray Charles could see that!!! Logo bunched the shirt because not embroidered propely!!! Picked up order that was incomplete, discovered after traveling 4 hours across the state! Then they try to turn me into the bad guy!!! Unbelievable!!! Dont do your job then blame the customer!!! Not in this case!!! Those are the facts!!!

My Triathlon team has had a great experience with Apparel 1. Good quality, excellent customer service, competitive pricing.The online store made managing large group orders so easy...everyone was able to get the items and sizes they wanted. Everything was processed quickly and came packaged for the individual.Everyone loved the quality of shirts...we had to re-open the store so they could order more!

You wont find a better screen printing and embroidery service than this! Customer service is excellent -- fast replies and even offer suggestions for designs and colors. They do stitch outs and prints beforehand to make sure the design is perfect before they do the full order and ship. Quality is extremely good and price is incomparable. Will be using them again for sure!

2020 Just ordered and received another great bunch of shirts and hats for the Rathbun Yacht Club - superior quality, excellent graphics and super fast service/delivery! This was the second year weve ordered over 300 shirts from Matt. The quality is excellent and the price is the best we could find anywhere. But most importantly- the customer service is amazing! There was a minor misprint on the back of the shirts and with the time crunch we were in needing them the next day, Matt had the shirts reprinted and personally drove them the three hours to make sure we had them in time. Not sure where else you would find customer service like that. We will continue ordering from Apparel 1!

I highly recommend Apparel 1! They were so easy to work with and saved us so much money! We got over 1,200 shirts from them for an event in the Twin Cities this past weekend. We had 4 different art designs on 3 different color shirts and two different types of fabric. Looking forward to working with them again next year!
