Nice little casual place for breakfast/brunch. Sit in back under the huge tree. Everything we ordered was very good.

Fabulous! Sara our server was so nice and attentive. After she had heard that it was my Birthday, she brought out a tart ( strawberries, key lime tart). Our breakfast was so delicious. Salmon Eggs Benedict was the best Ive ever had. A must for flavor explosion. The caffe latte was spectacular.

This QUICKLY became our favorite spot for mornings. We ate breakfast here every morning when they opened, trying a new menu item each day. Out of the 6 days we went, not one thing disappointed us! Everything was amazing. The crepes, eggs Benedict, beignets, PEACH mimosa, my husband had eggs Benedict with salmon and loved it. We wish we had something this wonderful in St. Louis! My uncle who travels to France confirms that this is truly France come to Key West!

Awesome find in key west. Outdoor patio was beautiful and shaded so it was super comfortable despite the heat. The service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious - definitely try a crepe. Extremely reasonable prices as well, less than $50 for the whole meal. They offer both morning and afternoon “happy hour specials” also. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m here.

Absolutely delicious food. We got the omelette with spinach and Nutella wrap. We forgot our cell phone when we left and the lady who seated us was nice enough to keep it safe with her and returned it to me when we went back!Gave us a free mimosa coupon too.

Been in the keys for 4 days and this is the best place weve had food at so far. Just a simple burger and salad. But it was perfect. And it was also the smallest bill if had since coming down here.

Great service and delicious food here! Cande was our server and she was extremely friendly the entire time! The food was delicious, there was a bit of a wait though nothing too major. The prices were a bit higher than expected, but worth it for the quality and taste of the food! The seating area in the patio is absolutely beautiful as well!

If you are a croissant lover - this place is for you. Great authentic croissants are served here. Crepes were great too, watch out for those carbs and sugar tho 😉 The staff is friendly, this place is hard to disappoint. And the roosters...of course are frequent guests here who appreciate authentic French-flavored quality crumb leftovers 🐓

The chocolate croissant was good for a US chocolate croissant, the chocolate inside was not super tastyThe cinnamon and nut roll toasted like sadness, not sweet, no taste of cinnamon. I was disapointed 😒

Quiche heated up in microwave so not freshly made. After a second request to heat up as was cold in the middle, still not warm in parts. Very salty taste. Macarons Ok but hard. Crepes OK. Much, much better food at La Grignotte.

The place is super nice and cozy but... Don’t let the picture fool you, the food looks delicious but the eggs came out cold and the bread hard :( the waitress didn’t check on us for long time so I had to take the food back to the kitchen to ask for warm it up, sorry but the service made my experience a bad one, I asked for a sweet croissant and I never got it... I am waitress so I know how bad is to have a unsatisfied costumer, but I was craving this place for sooo long and I totally regret to visit it!

Best Wedding Cakes Ever in Key West Fl @Croissant de France!! We got married on Fathers Day June 16, 2019. Lily made our cake; she is the best she called me; we talk, it was like we known each other for years. She stayed in contact with me. We took our wedding cake on the Sunset Dinner Cruise they delivered and it was already there waiting for us. I didnt feel the need to call and check because I knew she would handle it without a doubt. Shes simply amazing. Check out my most beautiful wedding cake by Croissants de France! I love it so much and so did my guest plus the Captain and his mates on board they was more than happy to keep the rest as they know how good Croissants de France is. Absolutely have the coffee here. I’m not an omelet fan, but would highly recommend the omelets here. It’s also very affordable with a comfortable atmosphere! Staff was incredibly nice :)

Great hideaway away from the traffic and heat- beautiful patio area- shaded, quite and full of nature. Excellent coffee, perfectly poached eggs, incredible crosswinds as well. Highly recommend for a quiet breakfast. Prices are consistent with the area.

This is one of the few places we have found in the keys that has no problem accomadating my seafood allergy. Even better, the homemade brioche and croissants were incredible.

So, this is THE place for breakfast in Key West. We loved our food and our waitress, Carolina! When we paid our bill the first day, Carolina gave us coupons for free Bloody Mary or Mimosa if we came back. While the food and service was the main reason we ate there 3 times in a week, those drinks were SO good. Outside atmosphere is beautiful. Make it one of the places in Key West you have to go.

The ham/brie baguette is the best I have ever had. This place is a must to stop in for also the best croissants I have also had... and I almost forgot... the desserts!!!!!!!

Arrived around 9am ordered and got food in about 10 minutes. Food was fresh and hot. Would go again.

Breakfast twice in two days because it was so good the first day. Party of eight super-picky snobs generated zero (0) bad reviews. The egg whisperer in their kitchen knows how to do perfect Benedicts, and I do mean PERFECT. Crepes as thick as newsprint. We will surely return.

My companions and I visited this restaurant on Saturday May 1, and it was a wonderful experience. Welcoming staff, and excellent breakfast...our server was Catalina, she is a wonderful employee who gave the impression that nothing is too much trouble, she was attentive without being intrusive, and that SMILE! This is such a cute quaint little place. The staff is really friendly and so attentive. The island rum drink with the hint of cinnamon was so good and refreshing. And our food was so great. Another must visit while in Key West. Its on Duval between Petronia and Olivia.

We stayed in key west for a week and had breakfast here 3 out of the 5 days we stayed. Very good food and service!

Have had pastry to go many times but this was our first meal. Service was very good and we were delighted with breakfast. We were very happy with both the sweet and savory crepes and the mix of fresh fruit was excellent.

Great place... drove by it my wife said “this where I want to come!” Next morning we were there and what an excellent decision. Great food, outstanding service by Catalina (so cool she is from my hometown in Argentina!!! Can you believe that?) the French toast is highly recommended and the eggs Benedict were very very good!!

Everyone that works there was so polite and the food was delicious! I highly recommend having breakfast here at least once!

For all the hype we were a little disappointed. The food was barely warm and the beneigts tasted more like regular donuts.

Simply put, they know their croissants. And everything else. Just get what you want and enjoy the flaky, lightly sweet layers of buttery goodness that comes forth. And never mind the rooster that was patrolling the area, he was simply looking for a little lagniappe, crumbs dropped were his next meal. Seriously, just fresh pastries done exactly right--Parisian cafe in the Keys!

Love their pastries! However, were locals and in our visit to the restaurant side, the service was inattentive, very slow even though they did not have a large crowd, and the quiche burned without an apology. Well keep to buying a pastry and eating it on the front deck.

I would give it four stars because it was a tiny bit pricey, but the food was too delicious! It was a perfect spot to sit and people-watch on Duval St, but it was away from the really noisy areas. I had a ham & brie on a baguette as well as a chocolate croissant and they were both incredible.

I used to never order key lime flavored anything, but their key lime crepe with coconut shavings is making me second guess myself... So delightful. The staff was polite, the restaurant has a tree growing inside the center which when combined with fans that gave a slight breeze and the sun roof convertible ceilings gave this restaurant such a comforting atmosphere and my first ever 5 star review.

Fantastic fresh croissants with varieties such as bacon and cheese, nutella, ham and swiss, and spinach feta. Coffee is great as well and they have filled beignets. I had a key lime filled beignet and it gave me life... Well with the coffee. Get there quick in the morning for the best selection as they sell out of popular items fast and once theyre gone, theyre gone.

They give away a lot of free desserts. Unfortunately, because of poor food and service. Not sure if it was an off day or not. Staff was nice but were in a rush. They also do not sanitize menus and other items passes from table to table. We waited 20 minutes to get coffee after ordering. The food was cold and greasy. Would not recommend.

Go on get up and walk down there. You know you need the exercise after last night anyway. This is a great place for breakfast and worth every bit of the walk, ok drive if you must. I have never had anything from here that I would not consider ordering again. The staff and counter help are exceptional. They always puts a smile on my face. I would highly recommend a stop here anytime. Bon appétit.

Approached hostess station and was told to wait a few minutes. Hostess came back and when she noticed my son in his electric wheelchair, told us there were no tables. I counted 4 empty tables accessible by wheelchair. Rude and illegal.

We went for a late breakfast today 12/25 - upon being sat and ordering drinks. A young lady threw up in the potted plant by the bathroom, next to where we were sat! I was immediately concerned for all the obvious reasons! I told the French woman at the door. She was apologetic BUT had an employee move the plant. I insisted on a new table! However, they left the vomit on the ground! Employees walked through it again and again into the kitchen. Customers walked threw it - I will never eat at this establishment again.

They didnt object but that should be common sense in those times... 😉 Im still giving it 5 stars because my overall experience and food were great...

Pleasant shady porch for breakfast on Duval near Hemingway house with excellent pastries, including the interesting specialty of Key lime croissant with just a touch of flavored filling. (I am generally a purist not typically in favor of such variants) French owners with delightful international staff who make espresso just right. Almost as good as the best croissant in the US made in Venice, FL.

It was not so good second time around

I had the chocolate cosant and a coffee. The coffee was not French just average truck stop coffee and the chocolate croissant had little chocolate in it. I have been to Paris and real French coffee bars that have real elaborate coffee machines. This place lacks the real Parisian feel you exspect from a French backery. I asked to meet the owners since I am a chef and the workers did not know how to get in touch with them. Deffinently not as good as this place could be.

This is a very non-distinct bakery on Duval street, but every bit worth a visit.The menu is limited, but the items are absolutely delicious. We tried three different pastries, including the key-lime pie and were amazed.The person at the counter was super helpful - he helped us find a candle/lighter to celebrate the occasion too.

Very nice food, we had a Shrimp Salad, BLT and a Traditional Sandwich, and some super nice beverages; Ginger-Juice-something and orange juice. The food was well prepared from fresh and crispy ingredients. Considering the price: High Five! Very friendly staff and service so if youre in for a light meal, go here!

Baked goods are ok, but nothing amazing. Shame that the cappuccino was served in a styrofoam mug, even when eating on the patio.

Amazing food, a must try. The Breakfast Bistro was the best breakfest sandwich Ive ever had. Only minor compliants I had is a little on the pricey side and lack of seating... but this is Key West so that is to be expected.
