I have visited this store a few times. After thoroughly researching my options I ended up buying a quality sofa/sleeper. It was more than I wanted to spend, but the quality of the furniture was well worth the cost. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were able to deliver on the same day! That in itself was great for me since I was short on time and leaving the island in a few days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tons of variety. Geared more to comfy and beachy vacation rentals. Somewhat overpriced but we are at the end of the world.

I bought a very expensive sofa and loveseat from them and within a month the loveseat power stopped working. They said all of that was under warranty so my husband and I both have tried to call the store directly and the associate who sold us the furniture. It has been 2 weeks and nobody will return our call. Now I am stuck with a recliner with the seat permanently stuck half up.

We bought 40k worth of home furnishings from Royal furniture in our new home. Our sofa alone was almost 10k. It has been four years and there are four holes one the sofa. This is a vacation home so the furniture is used infrequently. Owner couldn’t be bother to call me back and but was told by another employee when I called back there was nothing he could do because it was out of warranty. I would understand that if it was 10 years out, but 4? Poor business practices for good customers. Would not recommend this store, nor would I buy a Bassett product again.

Have made a number of purchases when I first settled here and a few in the last year. I have found the staff helpful for the most part and willing to offer counsel. A very large store with a variety of furnishings that range from very expensive to “...more than I expected, but only game in town.” You will enjoy browsing and are encouraged to do so. A nice place to shop.

Eclectic and wonderful local store, filled to capacity with beautiful furniture and accessories.Attentive and focused service (if you want it or feel free to browse). Knowleagable staff, familiar with the products they are selling.I ordered two custom LR armchairs.The salesman listened to my needs carefully, assembled a group of chairs for me to try out, handed me a few swatches of fabric, printed out warranties on the frames and the fabric...45 minutes to complete the order which will be here in 3 weeks...built just for me 😎It was tempting to go to Miami but I knew exactly what I wanted and didnt have an 8-hr-plus car trip, crowds, traffic etc to contend with.A little more expensive than the mainland but worth it in terms of quality, longevity and sheer ease of purchase...I sat comfortably in a sample armchair the whole time!

I had a great experience working with Royals very helpful decorator. We worked together in the store and online. I am very satisfied with the results! I dont know how I could have decorated our entire house including window treatments without their help. Also I thought the prices were very fair.

We decided to buy a couch from here. It may be slightly more costly, but that has more to do with the location I think. They only ask once if you want help which is good. The delivery guys were ok. Could have been a little more careful trying to get the couch in the house. We would buy here again.

We will never return to this store. Horrible service, poor selection, and the furniture is cheap, but they try to sell it like its 5 star quality. Were a gay couple and the sales person kept calling us maam. After doing some research Ive read a lot of similar stories from other people. THE GOOD NEWS is we ended up going to Southernmost Furniture and had a wonderful experience there.

Getting pricey. Need better selection of recliners. Lazyboy mechanically is awful.

This place is horrible. We had the worst customer service experience when we bought a couch here. We werent happy with the piece and tried to return it a couple of days later. The owner told us I wont take it back. We dont sell used furniture. I wouldnt recommend anyone buying anything from here ever.

This place is a mess out front from unloading trucks. Get the boss to clean it up. Packing material Styrofoam get to drains in the ocean

This place has horrible cystomer service. I went there for an estimate on carpeting, I wanted to compare pricing between a couple of places before I made the purchase. They didnt get back to me at all so I called them and he said hed call the installer. They wouldnt come out to do an estimate because I already had a quote from someone else. Thats not the way to do business.

Great sales staff, nice showroom. Stops there. Delivery team very unprofessional (items came unprotected and ended up dirty from delivery). Owner is rude and not customer service oriented. Got downright nasty. We need a house full of furniture, but will order online instead (where customer service is better).

Very friendly service, but unfortunately the furniture there does not correspond to my taste / style.
