The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumers mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind.A gem of a shop in the middle of a busy downtown area of Key West. We were tourists here and randomly got into this store because of an enticing entrance. As we entered, an old lady in one of the counters made a prompt welcoming. They had a wonderful collection of decors, gift items and showpieces ranging in all sizes and budgets.The frog collection was definitely an eye-pulling one and we got ourselves couple of glass made roosters that are symbolic to the Keys (you find them literally everywhere in the Keys, as if they are the National bird of the US).The high price is a bit of a sour point but I guess that’s got to do with the demographics of this place and the visiting tourist population.

Then jewelry store has absolutely any kind of jewelry! My husband wanted to add on to my Pandora bracelet,so he bought me 3 key west charms! The lady was very Noligable that was helping me,with what I had needed! Very Clean Place!

The store does have unique items and I purchased many items, one of which was a dog and fireplug salt and pepper shaker. I had taken the one from the shelf to the counter where it was replaced with one in a box. We did not check it there as I assumed wrongly that it was intact. I hand carried the items purchased so they would be protected and safe from harm. When I got home and opened it, thankfully prior to giving as a gift, I found the leg was broken. I called the store several times and left messages but no response. Very disgusted.....

I really liked shopping at Artisans. They had a high number of unique and cool items on display that I enjoyed looking at. There is a variety of different things that I have not seen before. The staff here is very friendly and does a good job of making everyone feel welcome. I enjoyed my time here and was happy with my purchases.

They have multiple shops but I have only bought from this one. I love the support for artists, but its mostly high end and IMO the staff is focused on people looking at expensive pieces and kinda rude otherwise.. TBH I would rather give my money to the street artisans in KW. I felt dismissed the last time I was in here.

My wife and I stopped in to see if they had a Key West charm for her Pandora Charm bracelet. Allysa was very helpful, helped my wife select from several. As she installed the charm on the bracelet, she began to polish the 10 existing charms and two spacers. She suggested that if we could leave the bracelet for a couple of hours she would put it in their tumbler for a more thorough cleaning at no cost, which we did. It was ready at the agreed upon time. Artisans also has a wide assortment of interesting merchandise beside Pandora charms. I would recommend it as a great place to look for unusual Key West related items for your home and they had an excellent selection of Key West Pandora charms.

No running in that store. ;-)

Today went to this store and made $134. purchase. The fraud department from my bank called to say 2 additional charges were made on my card. 1 for $147. and 1 for $174. This is not right. Called the store. No answer......

Very welcoming & i got my first bracelet from ALEX AND ANI

My friend came to visit me in Key West and she decided to buy a Pandora bracelet and I decided to add to the three charms I had on my bracelet. We spent over $1,100 combined. Five days later Pandora introduced a promotion, buy two charms get one free. My friend looked at her receipt and noticed that she was overcharged on the original purchase and also did not get the 20% off the original purchase. We went back to the store and the manager did acknowledge that my friend was overcharged $80.00 on the initial purchase. We then asked if it were a possibility to get three free charms as our original purchase was within a week. We were told no. We then inquired about the return policy. We were told that we were unbelievable, holding up the line, making the manager feel uncomfortable, she also said Im so upset Im shaking and a variety of other nasty comments. We never got rude with the manager but we were collectively berated for more than an hour. Ultimately I was also overcharged by $70 by the same person who defrauded my friend. My background is in helping small businesses and I would never post a comment maliciously. The treatment we received was absolutely over the top and I think people should know. When I repurchased my $400 plus in charms they were literally shoved back at me and she refused to put them back ony bracelet. Many stores have policies regarding substantial price drops because they understand the importance of building a relationship with a customer. This store not only doesnt understand that they also dont understand that locals who influence future purchaser deserve to be treated minimally like a human being. My husband bought me a pandora charm 6 days ago that I didn’t like so I brought it back to exchange . I wanted to exchange it to 2 Alex and Ani bracelets . The woman who checked me out told me I couldn’t exchange a pandora to an Alex and Ani which I never heard before but was ok with it and told her if I can’t exchange it than I will just pick another charm but in different color and get a different brackets instead . She got so irritated and told me “ I have to cancel the whole transaction now “. Her manager looked over and saw her attitude toward me and asked if she was ok and she said out loud “ no I am not . I have to cancel the whole transactions bc she thought she could exchange a pandora for an Alex and Ani”. She said it so loud with an attitude making me feel like I was doing something wrong and that I was there to beg them for something . The manger then said “ yes she can “( of course I knew they can bc all products come from one store ). The woman than mumbled “ I did not know that “, then she said “ bc no one told me so “.she rolled her eyes and shook her shoulder expressing how unhappy she was with management. All I got from the whole deal is I don’t really care how she feels and what she knows and doesn’t know ; I am a customer and just want my transaction to be taken care of . Good thing the manager was nice and very apologetic and knew what she was doing . She took care of me after all and I am thankful for that. However, the short blonde hair woman was so rude and left me bad taste about a store that I always go to and recommend my friends and coworkers to go to. On the other note, she was picking her nose while I was walking around in the store lol. I looked over and caught her picking her nose and i thought it was so unprofessional and had to pretend I didn’t see it .

Great atmosphere & awesome people working there. They took care of my wife on her purchases of Alex & Ani and Pandora!

They are ok. Stopped going after the new owner changed the rules on outside smoking because my husband liked it less after that. The mixed drinks are usually way too strong, I dont like my mai tais and coladas tasting like just alcohol.

There are a lot of small accessories and various art products in it, which is actually a bit mixed, but the service people are very welcoming and friendly, making people feel very comfortable. I bought a necklace here at a reasonable price.
