If I could say minus 10 I would.. staff not friendly at all.. I wanted a paper bag instead of a plastic bag and they refused .. saying that I had not bought enuf $30 was not enuf ..I would not recommend this place .. Mallory square was better and friendly

If we could put a minus five we would! three rude women who refused to allow us inside the shop due to our legit service dogs! gave different stories as the time went on. will be filing a formal complaint! owners dogs are not a valid reason to demy store access for persons with disabilities!

They charged us $0.５per a plastic bag... The man cautioned my little girl to stay out of the ornaments although my girl was not touching any of them. I felt very uncomfortable with the people working there. The gifts looked very cute though.

Great ornaments year round. Lots of shirts & jewelry different from the other souvenir shops.

Key west is awesome, local people and businesses are wonderful and friendly except the arrogant person at this gift shop. Walked into this shop without checking reviews and see it is aptly rated.
