If you will let there all day I suggest all day rentals we had a blast touring on the scooters, Im glad we didnt get a gold cart. It was awesome. You will stand in line without being acknowledged if they are on the phone but overall the scooters were great

We rented bicycles and rode them all over the place. They provided locks and there were bike racks all around key west. Not having to pay for parking or even find parking. We had a blast!

BEWARE. Ask to see the property damage price sheet before agreeing to rent. They do not offer insurance. $400+ later for minor scratches after renting it to me with an inoperable mirror. The rude clerk kept adding up prices after we verbally disputed the damages. He over charged based on emotion, basically I’ll show you type of attitude.The nice clerk charged my friend $100 and she fell off the scooter the day before I turned mines in.I cannot tell you not to rent from them but make yourself aware of the end prices before pulling off. The guy working 8/30/21 morning shift is dry and lacks customer service. Do your research!

We called several places around key west, this place has the inventory, they have scooters available! We rented one and it was a great price and was brand new! Literally 1 mile on it. We come every year. From now this will be the only place we rent from! Thanks guys! Kevin was the guy we dealt with!They picked us up from Pier house, and took us to the airport. Thanks A&M!

We were in Key West for 2 weeks. They were very accommodating with pricing per day for mopeds If you can, ride mopeds as it is the best way to get around and there is moped parking everywhere. Running out of gas? Don’t worry because they refill it for free and send you back on your way.

This is my second time renting from here and they did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Their bikes are good. and the location was excellent (almost across the street from where we were staying).

DO NOT RENT!!!!! I rented from this company on vacation and they completely scammed me. They charged my card for a wreckage when no damage was done. Owner is unprofessional and rude. He would not provide me with valid information about the charge and refused to look it up because he did not have time for this. Disgusting, he takes advantage of people, and I was falsely charged $500. No idea how they are still in business.

Make sure you show your military credentials. We got a discount because my hubby was in the military. Only giving 4 stars because, the scooter wouldn’t start on the first try, many times.There was gas leaked in the storage area. Great way to get around Key West. Scooters get free parking.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would! We made an impromptu drive to key west and saw that scooters were the best way to get around. The people that worked there were very nice and accommodating. Pick up/return was smooth and very reasonable prices!! Love that you get free parking everywhere 🙌🏼

I would go back to them. Rented a 2-seat scooter on 2 different days. Stayed at a Marriott property a few miles away and was picked up/dropped off by A&Ms shuttle in a timely manner for just tips.Staff: I found to be extremely accommodating and easy going. Andy the first day was very Veteran-friendly, and thorough. Kevin (I think) the second day was patient and customer-friendly when he let me take the scooter back out near closing time, to re-trace our steps and find a dropped item. (read sccoters below). Shuttle drivers - both were life-long locals and friendly with good stories/advice and Disney movie knowledge.Scooters: First day scooter was very good inside and out and had a requested basket on the back. Second day scooter was ratty - chipped body parts, no locking storage, worn brakes, and no basket (leading to us carrying our bags and the dropped item mentioned above). BOTH scooters did the job and got us around just fine.

This was the second time in a month that I used this place for scooters. They are awesome. Quality scooters great price and had a blast. Excellent way to get around key west. And get this, free gas if you stop back to there shop while you got the scooters.

I rented an electric car, 4 seater. Brakes were loud and a lot of effort to stop. Parking brake did not hold. After two trips back to A&M they swapped out the car. This was better but the charge ran out quickly. Went back again and got another one. This one was old and worn out. Steering was sketchy. Took it back early and called it a day even though we had an All Day rental. No offer of a refund. Got a “Sorry about that” was all. Done with these guys. Scooters looked newer and in better shape but go somewhere where else for an electric car.

We can’t say enough on how great this company made our Key West trip so pleasant. We called for a pick up from the Key West Express once we got off the boat. We had a pleasant young man pick us up and got us to the place where our 4 seater golf cart was waiting for us.The battery life was great and lasted us over 24 hours without a charge. The back trunk was big enough for our overnight bags and had a lock on it so we could roam about Key West before checking in our hotel.

This place is run by thieves. Six weeks after I rented from them they charged me $549 for no reason except the company’s desire to commit fraud. Avoid at all cost.

A&M was recommended to us by our hotel, Silver Palms. Timmy was our awesome chauffeur, to and from port! He is hilarious!! When our battery was running low, I called the shop and they said I could swap out for another cart with a full charge. Everyone was so nice!! I will be renting from A&M on my next visit in August!!

Our vehicle had many problems. For the amount of money you spend for the use it was very disappointing.The interaction with the staff in trying to correct the situation was more than unpleasant.I would recommend that you rent from one of the other providers while you visit.

By far the best place to get your rentals in Key West. Been to KW many, many, times and in 20 years never once had any issues. Only rental place I would ever trust in KW.

During a bike ride on the island the chain on my bike malfunctioned, locked up my back tire and threw me head first over the bike on to the concrete. A new bike was brought with minimal condolences offered and when I asked about a full/partial refund due to the injuries that interfered with the rest of my trip, I was told “sorry that happened to you but I didn’t know about this and we can’t do anything for you.” The chain on my first bike was very clearly rusted beyond when it should have been used and the staff could not have cared less. We will rent from somewhere else on our next trip.

We went to return our scooters (only had them for 3 days) we made sure to park in good places and at night parked out front of the house we were staying in went everywhere my mom and her friends went and they claimed we crashed our scooter when there was NOTHING wrong with it and charged an extra $500. We are college students and we’re with all adults and ours was the only one “crashed”. They are all about the money and will say anything to charge you extra. We have pictures of the day we rented the scooters on it and all the scratches were already on it and the manager did not care and still charged us. He was very rude and only cares about the money. DO NOT COME HERE if I could give negative stars I would. They are thieves

CREDIT CARD FRAUD! RENT ELSEWHERE!! 4 guys rented scooters and before we even started riding, they said check them out before because theyre in good condition now. They werent in fact in good condition. By the end of the night when we returned them, after not having any issues, we went home assuming we would only get charged 30 ish bucks. Turns out there was apparently $300+ worth of damage done to one of the mopeds, and they tried charging the card associated with it. Well, it bounced, so they went to the next card, and the next, until they found one that went through. THIS IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND ITS ILLEGAL!!! We all were separate entities! They have no right to charge whichever card they please.

Trouble free experience. In and out with 2 bikes for 24 hours. We rode them all day and night around key west and it was one of the most memorable experiences on our trip. Employees very helpful and quick...Johnny on the spot type. Will rent from here again on our next trip.

We booked a 4 seat electric car the day before our trip to Key West. We actually paid extra and booked it for 24 hours so that we would have the leisure to pick up and drop off at our convenience. When we arrived to pick up our rental the check in process was pretty easy, but when we went to get our car we were given a car in which the trunk (the only lockable feature of the vehicle) had been cracked and the employee was duct taping it down. When asked if it could be swapped out with another car, we were told one was already rented and the other was charging and we could check in 4 hours to see if they could swap them out. When we called 4 hours later they said they had nothing, which basically meant they rented out all of their other cars and didnt bother to check with us. The mirrors were also not able to be adjusted. The staff member we spoke to about swapping vehicles was incredibly rude, and clearly did not care that we were not provided with the product we had paid for.. We were highly disappointed with A&M, would not recommend them. There are many other rental companies on Key West, I recommend going with a different company.

We rented an electric car for eight hours, and the car worked great but battery ran out quickly. We called them and they said bring it in and they were trade us for a different one, so we did. It was a quick and easy process, and we got to drive around quite a bit more. Would have given it five stars of the battery lasted a little longer. Our car looked pretty old compared to some of the others that went out. But will definitely rent from them again.

The most run down crooked moped place on the island. Only went there because the others closed an hour early. They gave me a broken moped that left me stranded after the first ride and then charged me $450. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere. Also the people working there are rude and cuss.

We rented a scooter, 2 seater, from A&M. I’m 5’ tall. The first one brought out was so tall I couldn’t reach the ground flat foot. I was also needing a two seater. Finally a bothered employee brought another scooter out. The person instructing went through it so fast I didn’t see all the details. When I asked him to show me again he became agitated.We rented the scooter at 12:30 with the return time of 6:30 PM. Unfortunately after only using it until 4 PM the scooter was not working properly. It would not start properly, the kickstand was broken and required us to always ask for extra help to stand it up and put it down.The speedometer was broken. And the directionals didn’t work properly. The breaks were iffy as well.When we returned it at four and mentioned these items they did not offer to give us another scooter through 630. Nor did they offer any money back. They were obviously bothered by our concerns and not willing to help.Bottom line I would not recommend this place for any kind of rental.

If youre in Key west you need to rent a scooter and you need to get it from these guys. They were so helpful, gas is included, the scooter ran great and was a ton of fun. PLUS when it was time to drop it off, the took us back to the hotel and waited while we retrieved our bags, then took us to the airport! The driver works on tips so be kind and enjoy the key west experience!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! I am a college student and visited Key West during the spring breaks. I went there to rent a scooter and they took a picture of my credit card. Once I left Key West and was in Miami, they charged me $840.64 for the few scratches that was already there and one can barely see it. I tried explaining to them but they hang up the phone on me and they said text only.They will take a picture of your credit card and charge you any amount once you left the small town. You cant really do anything about except regret doing business with them.

I rented a scooter for the week and it really just made my trip. Best price I could find on the island (110) for the week, and exceptional service. Tim picked me up from my hotel and brought me to there shop. Got my scooter quickly with kind and friendly service from staff. It was in great condition and I had a blast on it. They even fill up your gas tank for free whenever your running low. At the end of the week they took me to my hotel and then to the airport. Overall great service and I highly recommend!

Great rental company right by the Kimpton bungalows. Was on the road in no time. So quickly, I thought something was up. Dudes were super chill and helped answer any questions. They have a great happy hour deal. Try to book in advance to get one of the newer peds but thats with every rental spot. Highly recommend. Will rent again from this place.

Extremely rude employees. The guy with dirty blonde hair and glasses (dont know his name) continually uses profanity and shows complete disrespect towards people who are just passing by. This is not a one time occurrence. I have witnessed this attitude for four straight days.

We took a risk after reading the low reviews for this place. I could not be happier with the level of service we received while renting two scooters for the day. We were able to use the scooters until 6:30 pm and they even included free gas fill ups if needed. The scooters were easy to use and their customer service people helped us out by explaining everything we needed to know before taking off on our adventures. They were fairly priced and were honest and friendly. Highly recommend.

They gave us a great deal on a 6 seater electric car and we had so much fun cruising the beach. My husband & I rented a golf cart from this company & it was a smooth experience. This rental made our trip so much easier & so much more enjoyable. The staff was really helpful. I loved that we had the option to park our cart outfront of the rental location, we didnt have to pay for hotel parking ($20/nightly) and it just took us a short 3 minute walk to and from our hotel to retrieve the cart. I will be using this company again.

Very pleased with the friendly and efficient service from the team at A&M. We arrived early evening but they were able accommodate our needs at great prices when other locations were closing. A&M will be our future go-to for bikes, scooters and cars.

The scooters were old and cheap and damaged. This was my first time on a scooter and I told the guy that but he didn’t instruct me on how the scooter worked all the way or how to best operate it. They didn’t show us the storage under the seats or offer helmets. The scooter was difficult to operate and I tipped it over right outside their place. They then came over and told me better how to operate the scooter and said the damage wasn’t a big deal maybe $100. When we returned the scooter they first tried to charge us $390 and when we complained they upped the charge to $525 and then ran my card without asking me or letting me know the amount went up. They are much better places to rent a scooter from on key west. Do not use these guys!!

I enjoy the service great employers .know problem with the scooter that l rented and the employee gave me a helmet to put on for safely. This is the only moped shop that gave me a helmet to put on. I enjoy that day l feel safe. I will rent again when l come back to keywest

The guys that work there were super friendly and the scooters were so much fun. We didnt have any problems and truly enjoyed our experience with them. We were renting a condo right next door to their shop and Alex even offered to park his golf cart in our parking spot any time we left to make sure no one took our spot! Needless to say, they went above and beyond. Horrible rented an electric golf cart for four hours and after two hours we got stranded because the battery died after waiting a half hour they brought us another cart and after 1 hour and half that one died as well didn’t get any refund nothing. I will never rent from here again nor recommend anyone to rent from here. The driver that took us back to or hotel was very unprofessional with the supper load music on and driving a little crazy never once said hello nothing, it was definitely a scary ride.

When in Key West, I will always get my scooters and golf cart from here!! The guys are all so helpful!!

Rented a scooter from this company during our stay at Key West. We stayed at South Winds Motel and A & M Rentals was within walking distance. Rates were very reasonable and the staff was beyond helpful! They will fill up your tank whenever you need, you just stop by. We had a 2 person scooter which made zipping around town so quick and fun. Best thing about this place...when we returned the scooter we were offered a complimentary shuttle back to the airport! They said next time we fly into Key West, just call them and they will pick us up at the airport! Will definitely stop here again on our next stop!

Good place to rent bikes or scooters. Bikes we rented were fine single speed boardwalk bikes with locks and a basket over front tire. Nothing special but they worked and were $10 all day before 6:30pm. I would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience here and returned to rent bikes throughout our trip. A bike is all you really need to get around here! The bikes worked great and the baskets were very handy. The staff went above and beyond for us! It was storming very badly when we were scheduled to bring our bikes back and we called them and they were very understanding and told us to just return them whenever we could at no extra charge!Thanks so much for making our trip!

Staff didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in. It took 3 staff members to park one scooter and then they left while the one staff member was answering all the phones and ringing people up slowly. Not friendly.

Best place for rentals. I always use them when I come to Key West. Their staff is professional and knowledgeable. I use the South Street location but I’m sure all of them are the same.

Awesome people, we rented golf cart for a day and they were so nice. Next day our travel buddy motorcycle broke down and they helped us out. Awesome people!

We rented bikes from these guys (2 adults, a teen and an 8 year old), and the experience was great. Even though we stayed across the street at the Southernmost on the Beach, we rented from A&M because it was cheaper. We didnt want to return them at the end of the first day, so they let us keep them until the next day and only charged us another $5. A couple of the bikes were a little rough looking, but they were cheap, comfortable and worked properly. (They only had one kids bike, so we were fortunate to get that for our 8-yr-old, but they had lots of adults bikes and scooters on hand.) The bikes were a great way to get around in Key West!

First time rental, paid for 5 days, no issues, no problems, they shuttled us from our B&B to the shop to pick up our scooters. They ran great, and we dropped after regular hours, clerk told us just park em and drop the keys in the slot in the door. Charge was correct, no hidden anything. Would definitely rent from again. We rented two units, 109.00 each plus tax for 5 days. Great deal as far as I was concerned, allowed us to discover Key West our way!

The electric cart was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices of their rentals were a much better price than their competitors closer to the port. They were so nice and brought my husband back to the port so he wouldnt have to walk or catch a cab. Well be back the end of May and will rent from them again! Thanks Terry and Melinda Walters

Me and my husband rented 2 single scooters this past weekend. We had great customer service, great working scooters and charged as agreed. Very kind people. We would never go to another rental place. Dangerous bikes, the chain kept falling off which means you can’t stop or pedal as you comeUp to a street or stop sign. As a result we missed our anniversary dinner and the restaurant cancelled our reservation. The guys at the shop seemed very unapologetic and would not even consider a partial refund for the faulty bike.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
