Very quick and easy to get what you need. Friendly service. The scooters and golf carts looked brand new. My only regret is not renting the scooter sooner. We rented a 2-person scooter and covered the entire island. Turned out to be one of the more memorable experiences of the trip.

Great place to rent your carts. Staff are amazing and friendly, the equipment is well maintained and clean. Made our Key West experience that much more fun traveled the island with it and no problems. Henry and Samor (hope I spelled it correctly) super friendly. Definitely recommend 100%.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ! Gave us a moped with a messed up transmission. Almost got into an accident in the first 30 min of driving the scooter because it would not accelerate with cars behind us. Would not refund money even though we had the scooter for under and hour and he gave us a moped with a blown out trans. MANY OTHER BETTER PLACES. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Rude and unwilling to listen. Wouldnt actually diagnose mechanical issue, just shooting from hip and knowing everything before actually taking scooter for service. Would not recommend to others, especially locals.

One of the best customer service experiences we had. We spent a long weekend in Key West and renting from the Moped Hospital made it one of our best trips. Super friendly staff, great value, and of course lots of fun driving a scooter in Key West. Absolutely loved and totally recommend!

This place is awesome! The price is very affordable and the value is awesome. We worked with Henry and he provided friendly service. My wife and I came to key west for our honeymoon and renting a moped from here made the whole week a lot of fun. We will be renting from here on our next trip to key west!

Took very good care of us. Good prices. Good equipment. Close to everything. We got scooters which work very well for getting around key west.

I gave them 1 star because for one they charged us $45 per week despite there website say $40 per week and when brought up he just pointed at the sign which was marked through. We went ahead and rented because weve rented from them before. Secondly we had a low tire on our car and they were only one building away from where we was parked we asked if we could get some air and he looked at us rudely and says, nah, we dont have any here. There is a gas station more than a block down the road, I mean there is 5-6 gas stations on the island. Okay yeah thanks for the info but will remember that there is also 5-6+ bike rental places on the island and will take our business elsewhere. I mean we spent $100 there the least he couldve done was be courteous and give us a little air or a good explanation why he couldnt.

The guys at the Moped Hospital (Shaun and Henry) were amazing. The price was very reasonable and Shaun even gave us a map with cool places to check out. And the scoot coupe we got was so much ride around the island with. Full marks, 5 stars, 10 out of 10 and 2 thumbs up...

Shawn and his staff go out of their way to accommodate the customer. The bikes worked great. But most of all, he worked with our schedule with pick ups and returns. We are repeat customers and Moped Hospital is the only place well get our bikes on our frequent KW trips.

Rented two bikes here. They helped us find the right bikes and adjust my sons helmet. The bikes worked great and everyone was very friendly. Get there early and park along the street in front of the shop.

These people make you feel welcome from the second you step on to the lot. After a not so good experience with my wife and scooter the prior day we decided to get a golf cart from a different rental company. Best choice made was with this company rates are best in town along with customer service. After a hot few hrs walking around Key West, I received a call that our golf cart was towed. We were in no way treated badly they felt bad for us but I told them it was no big deal and paid the tow. They called us back and decided not to charge for the rental being that we got towed. I am a buisness owner myself and must say that the customer service is the best around. Highly recommended for treating you like friends and family.

Quick service. Pricing is comparable to the rest of the island. Gave great instructions. Well go back next time we visit the keys.

My wife and I were in Key West in Dec and rented a car from Henry it was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making our time there better.

If i could give less i would. Was given a bad throttle moped and when i told the guy who worked there that it wasnt good and it turns off he said its me not the moped the moped is fine. The breaks were hard to use deff needed new break lines. He wouldnt let me try another one said because i dont know how to ride it i was done. I am an experienced rider and have rode many times before and motorcycles. Bad customer experience and when i explained that it was a bad throttle and stalled he continued to tell me that i have a bad attitude and started bickering with me. On top of reserving 8 single moped’s to get there 5 hours later for them to tell us they never had a reservation and didnt have any singles that they only had doubles. Will never go back. Will use another company instead. Its called a hospital for a reason.

Worst place in keywest to rent anything rented a 8 passenger golf cart had to put air in the tire 3 times went to stop at a stop sign no brakes emergency brake didn’t work shut off twice will not be going back at that place anytime soon and all they could do was knock off $20JUNK JUNK

The worse bike rental you can find in the entire island! He promise us, in the morning, that well rent bikes (5 bikes) for all day, but at 5pm oclock he call us and he pretend we return back immediatly the bikes. He ruin our vacation

My experience was frustrating with this place. We went in and rented two scooters, one for myself and one for my husband. They didnt check to make sure they were in great order, because my brakes sucked and I didnt have a headlight. We had to go back to trade mine out and a gal came out, actually inspected it and we were on our way. When checking the scooters out originally, they asked which hotel we were staying at. So the next day we went to return said scooters, which was on Thanksgiving Day. They failed to inform us that they wouldnt be open....so spent roughly two hours wandering around trying to figure out what to do. But chance we see the manager at CVS who apologized and said they forgot to take out number....but forgot to call our hotel I watched him write down? To top it off, he says hed give us a discount for the huge inconvenience. Hilariously, we were charged full price.Thanks for the bunk scooter the first time.Thanks for making us miss Thanksgiving dinner.Thanks for lying about the discount.Avoid this place, theyre incrediblying unprofessional.
