I was recommended the service by a friend.... Everything went so smoothly. Our property arrived, across the border, everything cleared seamlessly. The truck driver was amenable to deliver into our car port which was great because rain was looming. When we unpacked, everything was secure and arrived in perfect shape. Truly excellent service

I dont think this couldnt have been messed up any worse. I left a wallet behind while vacationing in Key West, my bad. The wallet was picked up at the place we stayed on the day they said they would by Pak Mail. I paid for Overnight, but the package never arrived by 10:30 as promised. Digging in junk mail in the afternoon to see if it had even been mailed, I found the receipt......totally had the wrong address on it. I called FedEx, they tried to confirm my phone # which Pak Mail also got wrong.The only thing that was right was the city. I jumped in my car and drove to the address they used. Thankfully my package was still sitting at the door and no one was home. Not even sure anyone lived there.I had asked for an email confirmation from Pak Mail during our phone conversation just to be sure that they had all of my info correctly. That never came. Just the receipt that went to junk mail with the wrong address. Really disappointing service.

The folks here were fantastic to me and were able to ship everything I wanted and got it there safely. They took their time to make sure everything was packed right. Sensational customer service.

I dropped off a package that had a prepaid UPS label on it, and handed to the owner John. Somehow John misplaced the box and UPS never scanned it in. So I called and spoke to the owner John and he said it was my word against his and that its just a convenience to drop off UPS packages. My mother has spent a fortune over the years at Pakmail sending her clothes back and forth to North Carolina. The owner of this company has NO customer service skills. Make sure you get a receipt even if the package is prepaid. Be aware!!

I left a fishing reel as a local hotel who then used this company to ship it back to me. They sent a 3lbs reel, by ground, with $1,000 insurance and charged me $76. They said that is what it costs. US Postal service would have done it for under $20. I feel like I was taken advantage of and question the ethics of this firm.

John and his crew at Pak Mail are the best! We use them for mail box service, shipping, and an occasional truck rental...never disappointed.

I forgot my blender in the keys (margaritaville!) while on a recent vacation. I called the hotel and they put me in touch with pak mail. I was a little skeptical, but they hooked me up in no time! Great packaging, fair price, and speedy! I would higly recommend based upon my experience. Very good experience ....

Often I will make a special trip down N roosevelt the oposite direction of my shop because the place is really good at what they do(once I used another place on a time zsensitive {xmas} package and was sent back to return address !) and never much of a line(like the post office ALWAYS seems to have ), THANKS JOHN ! they also seem to always have great reasonably priced materials for sending thingslike poster tubes, if you are a tourist buying a poster to send i recommend this place, right across the street from Shanna key pub and restraunt(about 1.5 mile ride from duval)
