Not a bad location. Ive been to a lot of Starbucks locations around the US. This one seems average. Service is decent. Employees could be a little happier. They are quick.

Ive been going regularly to this Starbucks for the last 6 months and it has never given great service, but today was the worst. I had ordered what I was told were the last two Ham and Swiss Paninis, and was waiting at the pickup counter for a long time. Eventually they called me over and said theyd given them to some else! SERIOUSLY!! At least they refunded my money, but I wont be back.

Their cups are noticeably smaller. They have joined the ranks of those who rip us off by charging the same ( or more )for smaller portions.

Been going to this Starbucks for a wile and due to Covid, I use curbside to avoid going in with my three children and because I have underlying health issues. For the second time, I have been given a hard time by the same staff person for how I order my curbside. I literally had no idea you could order wrong through their app. If you don’t want people ordering curbside, get rid of it.

Awesome experience. Great pilot excellent equipment very pleasurable ride especially for the wife who is afraid of heights and it never wanted to go in a helicopter. She loved it. In fact it was one of the favorite things we did while on Maui.

Love all Starbucks. This one is popular with laptop workers. I like that they save coffee grounds for us gardeners. If you ask they will carry it to the car for you. BUT PLEASE TIP THEM.

I like to start a day with a fresh coffee. This place is a bit busy and need to wait longer, but I think its charming...Why do you should speed up in a such wonderful place? Dont take this coffee for granted, enjoy it!

A nice little Starbucks in a prominent place. They were offering nitro brew samples when we stepped inside. The samples were amazing but when we ordered the same thing, the drink was not very similar. Couldnt figure out what changed between the sample and the real deal ...

This is a very busy store, and has been very slow other times I have visited, but today they were very efficient. Even though the line-up was out the door, I went from the doorway to having my coffee & hot sandwich in under 5 minutes. They need mobile order capability

This place is usually okay, but they closed 15 minutes early today and I was not able to get in after half an hour of walking. Why advertise a closing time you won’t uphold?

Very clear disdain for our service. The main crew member helping us was not welcoming and answered questions with a condescending demeanor. The bathrooms were not clean, lacked toilet paper, and when telling the crew members about the issue, I was met with a short “ok, we know that”. I love wiping with paper towels!

I visit this Starbucks each time I come to Kehei. Always pleasant atmosphere. Across the street from the beautiful blue waters. You can walk the beach either direction while sipping their fabulous drink.

This is the beachier one in Kihei being on the main road near the ocean. Has a nice outdoor patio but the soundings have a pretty abandoned feeling.

Im glad, as a visitors to Maui, that there is a Starbucks in Kihei. The drinks are consistent to taste. But... the service has room to improve upon.I can understand that the place is busy and have its own familiar patrons, but even if as a new patron comes in, they should be provided with the same high standard of service that Starbucks is usually known for.Nonetheless, its Starbucks and there is the familiar tasteful brews its known for.

We love starbucks but I can only give this joint 3 stars! During our 1w days stay in Maui we visoted this place nearly daily. It seems busy enough which is normal but the staff seems kinda confused...? One gal forgot my coffee altogether one day. They totally forgot to refill the breve and left my husband standing there. Also we like to sit outside and this place has a great outside seating area but it smelled and was quite dirty which attracted flies! SUGGESTION: Power Wash your patio! It take about 1 hour! It would be 100% nicer! Cleaner and less flies! The wood seating tables and chairs were also old weathered and falling apart. They could also use a power washing! The coffee was good and hot...little strong some days but hot.

There’s a guy Micah working here who has a hard time hiding his disdain for the public and his job. My wife and I both work in customer service jobs, and we really notice when it’s bad. A lady ahead of us ordered. We were next. The one guy starts making the lady’s drink. The other guy, with no awknowledment of us standing there continues mopping the floor in front of us, 2 ft away. We stand there for a few minutes then decide to leave. I say “thanks” on our way out. Mop boy says, “thank you” back. For a town that relies heavily on tourist dollars, you’d think the service here (especially at Starbucks) would be better or even existent. - June 16, 2019 . 1:00pm

Starbucks always has great coffee on tap, and a large variety of customizable espresso drinks. They also offer tea and juice based drink options, and assorted food and snacks. The company emphasizes humanitarian causes that give customers the pleasure of knowing their money is going towards more than just coffee.

Nothing special here. Outdoor seating is adjacent to a busy road. Internet is free but not very fast. Coffee is overpriced as usual. I recommend Cafe La Plage about a mile south.

Your basic Starbucks. It tends to be very busy, and the staff is not the swiftest (island time), so be prepared to wait. However, drinks are prepared expertly, and many people seem to be regular customers, so they must be doing something right!

Parking is good, good outdoor area. During peak a line will form. On occasion the line was so long I left without ordering.

For a Starbucks at 7:00 AM. This store was very dirty in the outside sitting area facing the street.Full garbage cans, food and garbage around the seating area and on top of the garbage cans. Have been At this Starbucks a few times on my vacation. Good cfe as always, management missing or something.From the city that first gave us Starbucks

The old woman with the gray hair who works here always seems so miserable and unhappy. I rarely come to this location, but sometimes stop here if its convenient and have been helped by her previously as well and she is just so unpleasant. The younger lady who made my iced tea was a lot nicer, but it still couldnt save the bad impression her co-worker left. I never have this problem at the Piilani Shopping Center location. If you dont like your job or the customers you serve, you should find another profession.

I agree with Ray Anna who also wrote a review about the grey haired woman who works there. She was so sour both times and unpleasant. I had to ask her was she mad at me. She made me so uncomfortable after these two visits that I will not go back to this location. Given the horrible way it made me feel, I dont think this location even deserves one star. Plus the coffee I ordered (sumatran pour-over) was not supplied and the substitute she gave me (some kind of blend) was bitter and burnt. At least the other worker refunded me.

This location is alot more quiet than the Piilani -& is often full of 1 on 1s or students studying. They are more personal, rembering your name & asking how your career has been.

My experience was the worst. There were over 12 people waiting for their drink and only 1 girl making them. One guy was too busy counting the tips to help her. When another guest asked him to fill the cream bottle he tried to direct her to the very busy girl already working her butt off and she and I both said no way, you should be the one to help her. Finally another gal came out to help, but that one guy did nothing to help move the people in and out of there quickly. Dont go to this starbucks!!!! It will be a huge waste of your time. They dont care to help each other out.

We visited this store on Saturday, June 24th 2017 and were not served in a timely manner. After all the local customers received their drinks then we were served ours. It was so obvious that I order was put to the side. We frequently visit our friends in Kihei and I will never visit this location again. It is a drive but will visit the Starbucks in the Marriott Wailea. Even with having to hassle with the parking at the Wailea Shopping Center, then walking to the Starbucks is well worth getting the service you expect.

Almost 35 weeks pregnant and my husband and I decided we would go to a Starbucks get a drink and sit inside to cool off. There were no tables but one in the corner with some info on joining their team. We asked if we could sit there and was told no because their district manager set it up. Yet I guarantee if she were there she would have allowed us to sit there for the 30-45mins we would have been in the store. Coming from the land of Starbucks this was the worst experience I have ever had. I would have never experience such rudeness from Starbucks employees back home (Oregon). One of the girls basically rolled her eyes, her name was Jen or Jean or Jan. Something like that.

Nobody was moving very fast when I was in here today. By no means was I in a rush, but after a while it was starting to get a little annoying! :|

They also have a couple of tasty smoothies.

Lost my order, then they were out of coffee and then my Frappuccino was melted by the time I got it to my wife after having to wait for my coffee.
