Not helpful at all. Went in hoping for a live person to help me solve a problem with my Bluetooth, Apple Watch and being able to listen to podcasts recommended by Apple Watch downloads and was told to call Apple service. Seemed like I was too much of an issue and was dismissed quickly. Very disappointing.

Was just in to the store 10-30-2018, and was met by Josh. He was both friendly and informative. Even though I was not a Version account he looked at the issue I as having with my Apple I Phone. He took his time and explained the possible issues and fixes that might help with my I Phone 6. He also gave me the numbers for switching to Version which made excellent sense. Thanks Josh. Great experience today, they have my return business. Tracey was interested in my issue and was very courteous on the phone, and as a bonus she was talking about Star Wars when I walked in. Gold star! Keith was the technician on duty and was great to work with. He knows his stuff and has a sense of humor which helps when you are having computer woes. As for the service itself, the turn around time I was quoted was reasonable, and the prices for labor and products are fair. Nice change of pace... Professional Apple service and products with a better vibe.

We had an experience of having our phone locked because my wife accidentally put in the wrong passcode while on a business trip on Maui. I was beside myself and went 3 days without my phone. After several calls to Apple, reaching out to our hotel concierge for help, a visit to the Verizon they suggested this company. Mike was so amazing. He fixed us right up. Very helpful. While we were there they had a woman come in looking to get a phone battery replaced. Even though he told her the battery was in good shape, she insisted on having the batteries replaced. He advised that he was happy to do one of the batteries but the other owner of the phone need to come in and get her battery done herself because her spouse was not the owner of the phone. We were there and witnessed it and he was trying to be helpful and save her a lot of money but she got hostile and use profanity. This company and especially Mike was more than helpful and very reasonable. I give him a 10 out of five stars . Thank you Mike and your company for helping us with such professionalism and knowledge and with complete understanding of her situation. God bless you

Mac Made Easy was the best place for me to take my mac. Everyone was friendly and Tony and Todd made me feel comfortable leaving my computer with them. The time it took to fix my mac was quick (given the issue) and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process.

I had a phenomenal experience, Joel, Carol, and Melissa were all very helpful and attentive. Helped me send out a broken iPhone and switch the chip into a new one, had me up and running when I walked out the door! Very helpful, kind people, will definitely come back for any of my tech support in the future! Thanks again!

There are many choices to buy a Mac and there is nothing better then good professional service. Macmadeeasy thankfully was a perfect choice for me to have my old Mac worked on and to purchase a new Mac. Their service is second to none. If I could give more then five stars I would!

My Mac didnt turn on while being on holiday, so I went to Mac Made Easy for help. They were extremely helpful, polite and didnt even charge me for their services. I can highly recommend this company!

Was having issues with my macbook when I arrived in Maui so I took it in to see if they could fix it. Carol at the Kihei location was so helpful! It was a Saturday so there wasnt any techs in but she took the time to take a look at it to see if she could figure out the issue. She was able to get it up and running again, ran a diagnostics to make sure there wasnt any serious issues and had us on our way. I would definitely take any mac problems to them in the future. Very knowledgeable and willing to help without charging for every little thing. Great customer service!

Small store that seems to have all the connections you could use for your Mac. They have computers, monitors, and service center. The service was fast and friendly.

Those guys are the best. Solved my ipad problem and gave me some helpful suggestions for next to nothing. Anything Apple or Mac related go there first.

I am new to the island & I found Mac made easy, via Yelp...,I have utilized their services several times, and have found support especially from Josh, Carolyn, and Anthony...I had the good fortune to meet the owner Betty, and I can see why she has a crack tech team!!!

They seem nice and the store is nice, but both times I went in looking for a fairly common adapter for my MacBook, they were out of stock. When I asked where else on the island I might find such a thing, the guy behind the counter just shrugged. Not helpful.

Im an Apple Store groupee. I was dubious that an Apple vendor would offer comparable service and knowledge. I was wrong. While Id have preferred a deeper stocking position which would have enhanced my choices, I am aware ITS MAUI. Maui should be pleased theres a Mac Made Easy here. Its like an Apple Store but friendlier (if thats possible) and not so crowded. I left my iPad on the plane. I found Mac Made Easy as a result. Im a winner all around.

Horrible !!! I just got a brand new iPhone 7 from T mobile a week later its stop working they sent me to mac made easy and instead of helping me they told me to go back and ask for a refund from t mobile and but a new phone !!!! you know you have 14 days for a refund he said he even was to lazy to look at my device ..... what a lazy people frl !!!this kine of service i never seen !!!this guy Joel was also had a big attitude and it was looking like he wanted the easy life ... T mobile confirmed they do it a lot ...... shame on apple if thats who they choose to work on Maui !!!!

Mac Made Easy was the best place for me to take my mac. Everyone was friendly and professionally very straight forward with the fixed. The time it took to fix my mac was quick and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process was able to pickup the same day but I decided to pick up the next day since I work at Kihei side. Highly recommended to all Maui residents that have a Mac computer. They also have store in kahului if you live in Wailuku or Kahului side.

They told me they can’t help me with a brand new iPhone X that turned black, the were rude and the older guy had a really bad attitude!!!A friend told me to go to iCell Hawaii in Kahului I went there and these guys are amazing !!! They saved my life !!! they helped me with my phone and did not even charge me anything also the manger decline my tip !

HORRIBLE!!!!One of the worst customer experiences I have had, I walked in and purchased what I was told was a 2017 Imac desktop computer. After i got it home I realized it was actually a 2014 Imac. The computer they sold me in the box was 2.5 years older than the computer I was told I was purchasing.After many phone calls and emails, I never was able to speak to a manger and my emails to management were ignored. I never received a phone call back by anyone other than the employee who sold me the computer that was two years old, in which he stated I am sorry it is past the 14 day return policy, I cannot help you There was no ownership on managements part. I am typing this email on a computer that I paid full retail price for, that i bought in June of 2017 and the model is from Late 2014. Ridiculous! I think one of the most frustrating parts was that this situation was pushed under the rug by management and I never was able to speak to the owner/management even after several phone calls/emails.

Very very friendly single staff member. Completely over worked but unfortunately tech staff useless. They work between two shops and I’m not sure much gets done. I was refunded and left with a unfixed laptop.

I had a terrible experience at Mac Made Easy. My iPhone stopped working due to an antenna issue. After working through Apple, they decided to replace the phone. Thats when I was directed to this store. Mac Made Easys job was to take my broken iphone, give me a loaner phone while they mailed it back to Apple and received the replacement phone from them. They ended up emailing me after a week to say my replacement was ready for pick up. Everytime I went in the store, I felt like none of the employees cared about customer service, efficiency or effectiveness. Theyre not pros here. Thats for sure. No visit was under an hour. Thats with the store being empty. I understand this is not the mainland so slowness is to be expectes. But literally complete incompetence and lack of professionalism is not acceptable. The store actually gave me back my old phone as my replacement phone. It had the clear sticker put on it as if Apple sent it. But I confirmed with my carrier that the serial number was the same as the phone before. The phone is still broken! This has now been over 3 weeks of dealing with this company. When I called to address the problem, the employees acted like they had no clue and offered to try again. At this point, ive had to take much time off from work yo deal with this matter and drive far and buy a seperate phone in the interim. Makes me wonder where the actual phone Apple sent them for me is. And why the owner has not offered to find an immediate solution to fix this mess. Really dissapointing. Hard to put any confidence in them being honest or effective if yourr going to them with an issue. But maybe they demonstrate better customer service if youre there to buy a product.

I had the privilege of accompanying someone who had a problem with her Apple device, and watching the things that are not possible, even for service staff, to do on Apple products makes it staggering the company (Apple) is still in business and it isnt a positive statement on humanity that it is.

Ridiculous request!! I just need the battery changed and the shop asked me to check my phone in and pick it up 24 hours later. It will sit with nothing being done to it until they have time to work on it. I said, I️ use my phone for business and asked can I just drop it off when he’s ready for my phone and they said sure for $99
