I live on Maui part-time and urgently needed some help to clean-up very bothersome malware on my computer which is needed for scientific reviews and audits. Clare, Erik and their team of precise technicians came to my rescue. They are honest, good communicators, and I have the utmost confidence in them. I later called upon Erik to make a house call to set-up a new router-modem. The time was well worth it. Now I can relax. I feel fortunate to have them here if and when I need them.

Really nice group of people and the owner is trying to help people get parts they need while still trying to keep a business going. I saw someone comment about used computer parts, but where else are you supposed to get used stuff? This is where you go when you need parts that arent at the regular stores or need your PC fixed.

We went into this store looking for a part for our PC. I was told by a friend that this is the only place on the island that stocks computer parts. Well, I found that not to be true but worst of all, they only had used parts??? The last thing I want is someone elses problem installed in my computer. They werent very professional either. They handed me a box of used parts and told me to look through it. I wound up buying the part at Walmart. Found that Officemax has computer parts too. We wont be going back to this rinky-dink operation.
