I did not have a pleasant experience I went in to buy stihl weed eater.The girl that waited on me was fine and I bought the weed eater plus but the owner was unfriendly and did not offer any explanation of weed eater and instruction pamphlet.I will go back in there again

Rude comments first thing. Smoking at the counter. The main issue is the work that was done. We left our mowers to have them go through them to see what was needed. We expected a call back which we never received to let us know what they found and for us to approve the work. This didnt happen and they did a lot of unnecessary work and parts replacing that we would never have agreed to. Mainly due to the fact much of the work done was light maintenance either already done or that we would do. Do not use this shop. Find somewhere else and save yourself money and get it done right.

I wish I could write a zero star. Avoid these weasels. They will rip you off and laugh on your way out the door. I own a large lawn company in the area and dropped two mowers off. I asked them to go thru the mowers and call with a quote. Before I knew it they had serviced and overhauled both mowers costing me over a grand. when I asked about it they snarled at me stating they did me a favor by repairing what they thought needed it without having to bother me about it. I paid my bill and that is the last dime they will ever see from me. RUN RUN RUN from these people. They are crooks. All my future business will be going to Judson Outdoor Power on Judson Rd. in Longview, TX. Tys never done me wrong and above all hes honest unlike these robbers.
