At first getting my car was great but when it came time for my plates to come in nobody knew anything its been six months since I have purchased my car. They keep giving me the run around and saying theyll figure it out and call me back. They never call about the plates only to collect payment. Dont waste your time or money here everyone is very unprofessional

At first it was great got my first car I was prepared to make the proper payments that were needed to be made when the time comes, but as everyone knows life happens and when it came to that time tina wasnt understanding and never gave you time to make payments and hung up on me multiple times spoke to me as if I were a child. It’s not worth it take your money somewhere else and get what you actually pay for from people who have human decency.

I put 2000 doen on a tryck here about a year and a half ago and it stopped turning on 2months later, and they gave me no warranty no refund no options hate this place worst in killeen

Worst dealership I have dealt with. I have 2 kids and I’m a single mom, their service sucks, my car has been in the shop for 1 week and 2 days and they said they fixed it, I picked it up and had to take it back a few hours later. I been trying to get a holf of them for hours. Went up there to check on my car at 3:40pm (they close at 5) and it was closed already. It is now 4:30pm.

I was happy at first with the service. Because I couldnt afford full coverage insurance, my car was taken from me with the promise I could get it back once i had proof of insurance. When I called and requested the vin number to get the insurance, I was told my car had been repossessed and Id have to pay the full price i get it back. And I couldnt refinance. I was never in default. Didnt have the car more than 10 days. And my $1,000 down payment was just lost. I signed a contract that was not explained and didnt give me a copy. I will never recommend anyone do business with shammets. And I will never do business with them again in life

This dealership will scam you I repeat it’s a scam I don’t recommend anyone to go here they sold us a car with a bad wheel bearing and they didn’t give us a copy of a contract they sold me and my girlfriend a dream and we can’t get no money back we only had the car for 6 days

Do not recommend we bought a car Friday check engine light came on Saturday we called them and let them know that the car was messing up they said all they needed was the invoice 🧾 okay we took it to a shop today which is Monday now that they have the invoice and it’s 4500 they saying they can’t okay the job Shelly refuses to speak with us on the phone Jackie acts of she don’t know what’s going on but Friday she was quick to take charge take pics with us etc now that’s it’s a issue nobody seems to want to talk to us or give us our money back I do not recommend this lot to anyone that’s looking for a car!!!
