Rusty and James are honest and honorable sales people. Because of them I wish I could give this business a five star. However, the car I bought two weeks ago had some issues that could easily have been fixed by a quick inspection. One of the callipers was missing a bolt (which they fixed free of charge); earlier today the vehicle failed to start and I noticed a bolt on the battery terminal was lose; I checked the transmission fluid and it was missing almost 3 quarts. Thursday I will take the vehicle to the shop so I can do a full inspection myself, just to make sure theres no more of these little issues that can become a problem in the future.Once again, Rusty and James are great salespeople, I just would recomend a few improvements on their maintenance shop. Other than that, I look forward to making business with them in the future. Im planning to buy a truck once I finish paying this vehicle. (:

We returned about 6 months later ready to buy. They worked diligently to find us the best deal possible. We were able to get a great car with low down payment. Zero stars if I could. 81 miles from KAB when I notice 3rd brake light not working i figure easy fix fuse. not the fuse, i call KAB they say they replaced both rear lights and that the 3rd light doesnt need to be working as by DOT inspection which covers inspection for leaks, lights, road test..... Quick Lane multi point inspection takes it for a test drive and lets me know brakes are no good. the truck had been given a DOT inspection and just before I purchased it the inspection was done again so 2x at KAB. they refuse to help me out and insist i drive 370+ miles for them to take a look at the vehicle. engine oil pan drain bolt leaking, coolant reservoir hanging on by a hose, brakes missing bolts, brake rotors and brake pads in horrible condition, air filter caked up with dirt and insects. $2300 worth of suspension work revealed when i took it in for an alignment. I made a bad buy but THAT is the condition of the vehicle they had FOR SALE to the public. I was told 90Day dealership warranty, truck is leaking oil so I call KAB turns out no such warranty exist with them.

Was very helpful and comprehensive..I ran into some issue with my bank ( daily spending limit) they took what I was able to pay then allowed me to come back the next day with the rest of the down-payment. I really do recommend this dealership to all..the transaction was fast. God bless yall.

I am so grateful and happy with our purchase I would not recommend anyone else to go with besides Killeen auto brokers if you have poor credit or no credit they work with you, they do not waste your time the day before going to Killeen auto brokers my husband and I went to McLeod auto sales and our options were so limited they ended up getting us approved for a 2017 dodge truck the truck looked a little beat up and they were asking for $5000 down we were there for about 5 hours and with Killeen auto brokers we were there for about 3 hours only and got approved for a 2018 Colorado Chevrolet for only $4000 down and the truck looks brand new everything is touch screen inside and very up to date the gentleman was super sweet I recommend y’all to see James!!

Got a car from here a few months ago and the car is now having issues. Was told to bring the car in to be checked only to bring it And be told the mechanic won’t be able to look at it and they may possibly be able to look at it the next day. It’s bad enough the car has been having having issues so early on and now getting the run around about getting it looked it at is a big set back.

Don’t go to themThey sold me a car with electrical problems and a bad engine and then when they installed the new engine broke something and refuse to pay for fixed when they were the ones that broke it they never call you back when they say they’re going to call you back the customer service sucks they tried to glue the part back

I’d recommend to anyone with less than perfect credit. 3 month update car is having issues called on a Thursday to see if they can have the mechanic take a look was told that they was backed up and to bring it on Monday morning took it there and James completely forgot about telling me to bring it than he tells me that his mechanic is backed up working on another car and that they may probably be able to get to it today or probably tomorrow the only good experience I had at this dealership was being approved before I got there that’s it!!!

My husband and I were looking to purchase a car, we read up on this companies reviews and were very impressed. We visited the lot and were interested in two Mercedes that were available. We went inside & did a credit application, waited over an hour in the office and got no answer. Apparently because everyone is working from home due to COVID, things are moving slow. No problem, we understand! We were told that someone would reach out to us the next day with an answer. The next day comes, nobody calls. So we call the office... we were told once again that someone would get back to us. We wait another day and no answer. Long story short, we still have heard nothing from these people. Very disappointing & do not recommend. Now we have a hit on our credit for absolutely no reason.
