Customer service was great but our time was wasted! We told them we just moved to killeen so we dont waste our time or their time and their response was that shouldnt be a problem at all. After being there for 45min he tells us since we just moved to killeen the bank wants to see stability which is understandable but we told them that when we first sat down so it was kinda frustrating because they knew that and they work with these banks all day and should know what theyre looking for. Seems like they could be great for someone whos been in the area for awhile and meets all other requirements.

Why not tell us that BEFORE we drove all the way there? What a run around and a joke. Dont waist your time here. There are much better options like the Nissan Dealer in Temple, TX.
